"What are you-" Clyth looked at her, she was practically mauled, or something... "Ayalah, vistu emuno kees fe. Do not go down there again, ever. It is best for you."

"Eh?" Alayah responded to his strange words. She didn't know exactly what he meant, but she knew that she had just been attacked by the demon within Clyth. Somehow, she felt drawn to that river, some pure energy was pulling her back, but she knew that the closer she went, the more dangerous it would be.

"What the hell did i just say?" Clyth snapped back to reality. "Oh man... When was the last time i ate?" Ckyth got up and looked in the stream, a fish would be perfect. "Meat, just what i was in the mood for." He reached into the stream at what seemed to be lightening speed, and grabbed the fish, then it wriggled out with its mucus to help it. "Hey!" Clyth grabbed at it and fell in, then he dived after it.

"Haha.." Alayah laughed softly, as Clyth dived in after the fish. Yes, some food might be nice... She smiled slightly as the sun shone down through the trees. But somewhere, there was an underlying dark layer under the seemingly light and happiness. Alayah's burning curiousity wouldn't let her enjoy this moment completely...

Clyth popped up from the water with a fish in his mouth, he spit it out on the ground. "Gotcha!" He said laughing slightly. "Ok, lets cook it."

Alayah laughed, forgetting her thoughts earlier, when she saw Clyth appear out of the water with a fish in his mouth. "Haha! 'Kay," she said, gathering some sticks and grass from around the area. She put them in a pile, then, with a small emission of energy from her hand, swiftly slid two pieces of flint together to create a decent sized fire. She stood up and looked at it, then at Clyth, with a slight grin.

"Dunno...." Alayah answered, "Probly about an hour... maybe..." she said in an uninterested voice. After a moment passed, she spoke again. "Do you go to school here? Well, in the town that is?" she asked.

"If you haven't noticed, i live on the streets, and anyway, no i don't got to school at all" Clyth said. "No offense though."

"Oh, haha, yeah..." she said, looking aside. She didn't know if she had offended him or not. She did get the impression that he lived on the streets from the way she found him on the streets. "... sorry..." she muttered, softly and quickly. "I don't go to school either... never have... I'm pretty much self taught... Don't know math or anything, but I know basics, and that's all you really need..." She looked back at the fire. The flames licked up, brushing the fish, which was now skewered on a stick. After a moment, Alayah changed the subject. ".. Your ability... with the Blue Flame..." was all she said.

Alayah was slightly baffled. "Tried to... kill you...?" she said quietly. She couldn't comprehend. She could barely comprehend the fact that there were evil Imariquan in this world... But indeed there were. "Why... do you think they did it...?" she asked again after a moment. The water's rushing added a distant background noise to their conversation, yet it still seemed quiet. There were very faint breezes, as well as normal noises of the forest. Alayah sat next to the fire, distantly hearing the crackling, as though through mufflers. "The demon inside of you wants it too... or something like that..." she said quietly to Clyth.

"Yeah well, he can have it! It's brought me enough trouble, no doubt." Clyth said. "This my not mean anything to you but, I would rather be dead than here."

Alayah looked up at him with concern. "You... would rather be..." she said, as if she couldn't comprehend it. "But... why...? did Imariquan cause you that much trouble...?" she asked solemnly.
