I dont think there is any set up at the moment and pherhaps its not needed.. after all Bushin and Henge are pretty basic Jutsus ad both are on the same category of Genjutsu.
On the other hand if we were refering to phisical jutsus like Tsuchi-bushin or mizubushin then that would sure require it since they are two different types of jutsu

What level do you have to be to block someone else's attack with taijutsu?

You can block with taijutsu at any level, as long as you beat their taijutsu attack roll.

I should have phrased that better if there three people and you are blocking for someone else. It says you have to roll a sprint and an attack so would that be level five?

Yes, that's right. Academy students' reflexes aren't good enough to block for someone else.

For the spying exercises, just follow regular training procedures. You could set the DC at Spy + 10 with a Train of 5 or a DC at Spy + 15 with a Train of 3. It's up to you. For collecting hide, are you wanting to go hunting? If so, any attack training would work. Karite could use taijutsu, trap, grapple, weapons, etc. You could turn the process of skinning into Spy training too. Making clothes could be a number of things. You could be a little creative and use Charisma, work on tiny stitches with Spy, or use Focus. There are numerous ways to do anything so you're encouraged to use your imagination. It's fine as long as it makes sense.

What would be a good exercise for training the 'Sense' skill by ones self?

Walking through the village blindfolded. You have been blind folded and have been sent straight through the village during its busiest time. Use your shinobi sense to make your way through the chaos and out the other side. 1D20 + Sense DC: 10 + Sense 5/5

Thanks Karite. Also would this be ok training:
Bamboo Run Sprint into the bamboo thicket without getting hit. Sprint first and then dodge for as long as you can. 1d20 + Sprint; 1d20 + Dodge DC: 10 + Sprint; 10 + Dodge Train: 0/5 Sprint Train: 0/? Dodge
Trying to train two things at once. I would need a successful sprint roll first and then see how many successful dodge rolls i can make. If I fail a dodge then I start over with a sprint roll. Hope that made sense... Would that be ok?

I believe it has to be 10 points higher than the attack to not take damage. Otherwise it is half damage. If its not listed in the weapons system, I think we should discuss it in the crew area, because I can't quite remember. ^^;
