I play alto sax, but sometimes I wish I played tenor or maybe the flute.
But usually, the lack of fun parts for tenor is what drives me away. I played flute for about a day in 6th grade, and I decided that I didn't really hold up my arms, and sax seemed fun... so yeah.
For the most part, I'm pretty happy with alto sax though.

when i was little i wanted to be on drumline
but when it came to choosing an instrument to learn i wanted to play french horn but my mother said i had to pick a nicer instrument
so i picked the alto sax
but i have always wanted to play trumpet

I technically did switch, from alto sax to french horn.

i really wanted to play bass or alto saxophone, but my mom made me play trumpet. but i love it and wouldn't give it up for anyhting

I play the Trumpet and wish I played the Oboe, I am in the process of switching though. So its cool. smile

I play clarinet, oboe, and saxophone. I dont really wish to stop playing any of my current instruments but Id really like to learn percussion, violin, cello, and piano

I really never wanted to switch Flute for something else, especially now that I have been playing for four years. But I've always wanted to learn Bass and Trombone... >.>

I'm a mallet percussionist and I love it! I wouldn't switch my instrument but I wish I knew how to play the trumpet.

The only instrument that I've realy, really wanted to play was the alto sax.
Flute was my back up, and that's what I got stuck with.

I'm glad that I have flute as my instrument, though I still really want to learn alto

Lots of people wanting to play horn... wow.
I play horn and mello. I would never trade either for every other instrument out there.

Well I would switch my clarinet for anything! But I have always wanted to play quads in the drumline! My school only has so many drumline spots though and my mom dislikes drums sad
