Waking up from a sound sleep, Mike and his Charmeleon were still on top of Titanium's head sunbathing.
"Good thing we don't burn right Nitro?" Mike laughed as Nitro rolled over and fell off of his "perch".
Shiver, somehow made it on top of the Gym roof while he Mike was sleeping, most likely a joke played by the Steelix.
"Alright, everyone up!" He jumped off of his Pokemon and rallied his friends together.
Shiver hopped off the roof at the sound of his master, meanwhile Titanium was shaking his head to help wake himself up.
"Hey Mitsu!" Mike called his friend, "Want to go fill the gap of Grass types in our team and go to Petalburg?"

((I already asked this, but I want to okay it with you. Okay if I catch a Bulbasaur here in Hoenn? whee sweatdrop ))
"Sure, I'd love a Bulbsaur." Mitsu said. "I'm sure Kirlia could use another friend." Mitsu face lit up with a smile still overjoyed that Ralts had evolved.

"I've got my eyes on a Shroomish myself, To Petalburg!" Mike comicly shouted as he hopped on Titanium's head, along with his Pokemon. "It's more fun like this." He said as the Steelix slowly slithered on, keeping pace with Mitsu.

After a rather short walk, er, slither, the two trainers and their Pokemon found themselves at the opening to Petalburg woods. Mike used to make trips here when he was still a young boy with a Charmander.
"Well..." Mike said as he hopped off of Titanium and looked at Mitsu. "Let's catch some grass types!"
Mike and his Pokemon walked into the dark forest with their hopes high.

((Back. Had a lot of baby related stuff to do - I'm soaked from head to toe thanks to her bath!))
Kasiya grinned, and walked up to the doors. Ariel looked around excitedly, her tail swaying in reply. "Here we go," she said, opening the doors and stepping inside. There, in the center of the gym, was the largest indoor pool Kasiya had ever seen. It was so large it was practically a small lake. Moving in closer, she saw that it was surrounded by rows and rows of stands. "I wonder if there are any performances happening soon," she asked aloud, her voice echoing off the water and throughout the gym.
"Not recently," a voice said from nearby. Stepping out of a door with a raindrop symbol on it was a girl, wearing a cerulean blue swimsuit. Her eyes were the colour of the water in the pool, and her red hair was loose about her shoulders. She had a very friendly smiled, and nodded to Kasiya. "There won't be any water dances anytime soon. Everyone knows its the season where we get bombarded by trainers."
"That's a shame," Kasiya said sadly. She had read about the famous 'Sisters of Cerulean' water dancing team before, and knew they were very good. Kasiya knew by the red hair that this was Misty, the current leader of the gym.
"You must be Misty," Kasiya said, extending her hand. "My name is Kasiya, and I was wondering - "
"A Vaporeon!" Misty shrieked, bending down to get a better look at Ariel. "I haven't seen one in so long!" She petted Ariel's head gently, who made happy noises in return.
"Her name's Ariel," Kasiya smiled, slightly annoyed at being cut off. "She's been feeling really down lately, and I was hoping that perhaps you would let her go for a swim?"
"No problem there," Misty smiled. "I was just about to go for a dip myself. You're free to join us, as well as any other Pokemon you may have."
"Thank you," Kasiya said happily. Misty pointed down a corridor. "You can change in there, and there are towels poolside. See you in a bit," she said, and climbed up a ladder to a high diving board.
"Just let me change and we'll jump right in, alright?" Kasiya said, and Ariel nodded excitedly.

Mitsu walked off into the grass in search of a Bulbsaur hoping one would pop up sometime soon. Not paying attention she was rather lost after five minutes in the forest.

Staying close to his female companion, Mike combed the grass in search of a Bulbasaur for Mitsu, and hopefully a Shroomish for him.
"Hey guys, if you see either Pokemon, let me know ok?" Mike whispered to his friends, each nodding in affirmation.
Two humans could be seen a male and a female. Each were followed followed by three Pokemon, this is not going to be easy...

Nina, who had trailed behind Kasiya for a short amount of time, dashed to catch up to her; she had reached the gym's doors a few moments after Kasiya had entered. Nina opened them, walking in with Anna, Cupcake, Angel, and her egg.
"Hi Misty!" she called, and waved, before Misty walked off to change.

Venerax with a great yawn, looking up at the sky. . . the night sky. I musn't have slept long. Cal leaned over Venerax wondering how he could have possibly slept an entire day away. Venerax stood up stretching. "Well pal, I know it's night, but what do you think about moving on." He smiled. "I'm surprising well, rested for such a short rest."
Cal cocked his head, skepticism.
"What?" Venerax asked.
"Por ry gon." Cal sighed in exasperation.

Kasiya changed quickly, her swimsuit stowed carefully near the bottom of her belongings. She let out her other Pokemon one at a time, and jumped back as the Zubat materialized in front of her, its body shimmering like no Pokemon she had ever seen before. Wait...she thought, as Zubat did three circles around her before clinging to her head, that guy, back in Pewter City...that strange Pokemon glowed just like that when he sent it out. Amazing. What could be the reason for this? Kasiya was staring at the floor, lost in thought.
"Porrree! Ariel nudged her legs with her head, snapping Kasiya back to reality.
"Sorry, I got lost in thought there," she said sheepishly, and looked at herself in the mirror. "Ack. I look terrible," she groaned, quickly turning away and facing her party. "Let's go for a swim."
She stepped out poolside to see Misty doing laps, several water type Pokemon swimming with her. Kasiya could see a Staryu, Starmie, a Horsea, several Seel, a Dewgong, and a few Goldeen and Seaking. Misty waved at her. "Come on, the water's great!" she called.
Kasiya nodded to Ariel, and the two took a running leap and into the water, while the three other Pokemon stayed behind, looking amused.

Nina smiled as she saw Kasiya dashing off towards the water. She and her Pokemon sat several feet from the water's edge, watching Misty and her Pokemon swim.

While eyeing the Pokemon, he saw the Steelix first. He had dealt with Onix many a time, and these seemed no different. Basing his knowladge off of it's sheer size and weight he assumed that he could out-run him if things got dicey. The Cloyster was not even a thing to worry about, much less a primary target, no water types have ever givin him much trouble before. Now the Charmeleon was his main concern, if he missed and doesn't take him out, this will be one short fight. He wasn't stupid, he knew that it would beat him in a straight-on brawl, he needed to be sneaky. After his close observation, he ducked down and devised a plan to take them out, for no one tresspassed onto his territory...
"You hear something?" Mike asked Mitsu, getting a bit uneasy.

Unlike Mike she had kept her Pokemon inside thier balls just incase they were to scare away a Bulbasur or a Shrommish. She walked on heading into taller grass.

Kasiya surfaced, rubbing the water out of her eyes and looking around for Ariel. She was nowhere to be seen until Kasiya saw her stick her head out of the water at the other side. "Hey! This is great!" she called excitedly. Growly, who carried Shocker on his head, who carried Zubat on hers, all crept over to the pool's edge, peeking over. "You guys can swim if you want to," she said, then saw Growly's sickened expression. "Want! Want! I didn't say anything about having to!" Shocker and Zubat soon were splashing playfully in a shallow end of the pool, while Growly, uneasy about the water, only poked it with his paw, trying to get used to it. "C'mon, Growly," Kasiya said, swimming backwards and looking at him. "The water will only make you stronger." He only looked at her, and whimpered, putting his head down on his paws.
