Hidden Cloud Ninjas had been raking over the site of the Kadichime and Bakufu's battle four hours earlier. They had searched the bodies of the twins and what remained of Jin's corpse and determined them as members of the 8 orbital elements under the control of Kabuku Ifuuki. Knowing that if they left any remains that Ifuuki could possibly reconstruct them from their corpses, they burned the bodies after a few hours.
As they were going to leave, a kuani streaked in from the bushes, nailing itself into the head of the leading ninja. As the man fell to the ground with a thud, a soft chuckle could be heard and a tall man with jet black hair emerged from the brush. He wore a black and white uniform with a serpentine dragon wrapped its way down the uniform, changing its color as it passed into the black or white colored clothing.
The most intimidating thing about him though was his piercing red eyes, each with 3 black curved tomes . "So, we have more snooping mice do we?" The man said with a smirk as two clones come from behind only to be quickly dispatched by the man, moving so fast that his strikes were barely visible. "Tsk, tsk, I'm hurt that you would try something so foolish as to make your deaths quicker than unnecessary."
"Who are you?" One of the ninjas asked as they took battle ready stances. "None of the 8 Orbital elements possesses such speed, nor stealth. Where is Ifuuki?"
"I am not her keeper I am afraid," said the man as he continued to walk in the cloud ninja's direction, unabashed by their fighting stance. "Though I wouldn't say that she is mine either, I intend to obtain services from her and while I'm waiting, I've agreed to help out 'around the house'." The man used his fingers to do quotes as he said the last part as well as his next comment. "Which includes, 'cleaning up messes'."
Before any of the ninjas could say another word the man was a blur and 5 of the 7 remaining ninjas dropped the ground, some with snapped necks, some with kuani's in their foreheads. The two other ninja suddenly lost their nerve and began to run. The first one fell quickly, a small series of explosions under the ninja's skin caused him to fall to the ground, bloodied. At the same time, a number of kuani and shurkin coated the back of ninja's legs, causing him to fall to the ground, where he began to drag himself as fast as he could away from this juggernaut.
A few seconds later the man was standing over the ninja, his eyes glaring at the ninja's. "If you can manage to survive this this next little mental excursion, you can tell your superiors that you were dealt with personally by the Tao Eiju." Then with a few twitches of the Eiju's eyes, the man's body began to writhe and twist, his face in pure agony.
Eiju smirked as he stood up and in a blink, was next to the now charred remains of Suri, Suru and Jin. "To bad you three could do your jobs, I had to go and get my hands dirty," Eiju said as he kicked the ashes around. "At least if my relation with Ifuuki goes south I will have 3 less insects to distract me from her." With that, and a swirl of smoke, Eiju was gone again.

After about an hour or so of travel, Rio held up his hand for signal a stop from Mai as he held his place on a large branch. He rolled of the branch and tumbled the ground, landing in a crouched position, scanning the dirt and then looking into the near distance.
"It looks like Ion-san ran into someone here. I recognize the scent, I can't say whose it is exactly, but there are in the Kadichime, I know that much. The ninja is also a few years older jugging by the tracks, as he is fully grown, and a fair bit heavier. I would have guessed the large one that barely spoke, but these tracks are to small for him. This person's weight seems a bit heavier than most for someone with his size tracks, though he may just have been carrying extra weight with him."
Rio looked over the tracks some more and sprinkled a bit more of the dust he had been using on the scene, sniffing the dirt after.
"They changed course drastically here and heading in a different direction, maybe this Kandichime member knew where he was going."
With that Rio gave the signal to move out and bounded forward in a new direction.
This leg of the trip only took about 10 minutes thankfully, as Rio once again gave the signal to halt for a moment before he said, "There is a small building up ahead, I smell Ion-san, Sakurai-san and the Kandichime member's scents are very strong here, they are probably still here."
Rio then dropped the ground and began walking at a normal pace towards the small house, allowing his approach to be easily seen, not wanting to be possibly misinterpreted as a threat. "Hello?" Rio said as he looked for any signs of life, "We're friends of Ion-san and Sakurai-san, is anyone home?"

Sorry we made you worry" he softly said

A momentary scarlet gleam flashed in his eyes similar to Mokuhakai's.

Dragon Sneeze Mai looked at the two and sighed. "Whatever. Just don't take off on me again. Or I'll kill you." She looked back at the door and wondered if Rio was going to come in. "Hmm sorry, so what happened to you anyway?" Ion asked.

Sakurai lay back down and lapped back into a dream. Flashback "You do realise what's going to happen? Don't you?" Mokuhakai snarled feraly, assaulting Sakurai from a range, with shap branches, protuding from his back like tenticles. "You realise one of us has to die?" Sakurai bit his lip and was slashed across his cheek, but an oncoming sharp branch. He stumbled back. "Why? Why does it always have to be like this? Why do we have to kill all the time? I'm sick of it! I don't want anything to do with you! I hate you! Go away!" He acrobatically leapt back making some more distance. "Oh, dear Sakurai, I would if I could!" He leapt back, too, spinning in the process, but only a meter. "Mate no Juzakura!" His tenticles intertwined, forming two eeirly long, clawed hands, the bubbled viciously with chakra, the charged at Sakurai. "Mokuton! Sakurai Geijutsu Ryuu, Tsubasa no Kodama (Wood Element, Sakurai Art Style, Wings of the Tree Spirit" Sakurai yelled. Where had this jutsu come from, he wondered for a split second. Two crude, oversized wooden winds burst from his back and enveloped him. The demonic hands collided into the wing-sheild with massive force, sending an aftershock, due to the sheer force of the jutsus used. He hands began to burn into the wings, but Sakurai retaliated. He flexed the wings wide open, spanning to 8 feet wide, in the process, he snapped both the arms of, but they still clung to the wings. Sakurai pushed the wings of out of his body, one under the over, so that it formed a pivot. Before Mokuhakai could throw his next jutsu, Sakurai used to pivot to launch himself into the air and onto a branch of the highest tree in the forest. Mokuhakai looked furious. He clasped his hands together and a root grabbed him and threw him in Sakurai's direction. --- Mokuhakai was still in persuit, both Mokutons slithered around the peak of the tree, nimble as anything, as they were in there element. A blur. Several, actually. A wooden blade impaled him, through the heart, he fell of the tree, smiling slightly.

Nova Blancke Dragon Sneeze Mai looked at the two and sighed. "Whatever. Just don't take off on me again. Or I'll kill you." She looked back at the door and wondered if Rio was going to come in. "Hmm sorry, so what happened to you anyway?" Ion asked. "I was fighting off a guy that was coming to kill you Ion-kun." Mai replied simplisticly, "I was losing.." She suddered when she thought of the melting genjutsu, "But a guy named Rio saved me. He's...kinda odd."

Rio had come in as Mai had spoke and added on to it. "That ninja was a person from my own village of Ash, at least until recently. His name is Bakuhatsu Kasariyuu, though he is more well know in my region by his alias, 'Kyuukazan'. I don't know why he was consorting with Ifuuki or why he tried to kill you, he always hated unnecessary fighting and the overkill he seemed to embrace in that fight. He might have brought the entire cave down on you just to capture you." Rio paused for a moment before give a small bow as he said, "I apologize, I'm Ohmu Rio, of the hidden Ash, pleased to meet you."
