Shaoran never knew his family. In the many islands of the water country, he traveled by stowing away on fishing junks or other boats. He lived wherever he could, despite the rude looks given by those of the upper class. Shao was constantly being picked on by other kids. It was during these encounters that he honed his skills with weaponry, starting off with wooden sticks and poles, then eventually training with wooden blades. She started as a shy and sheltered girl, but as her family traveled from location to location she was exposed to the harsh realities of the world. Her family, catching the eye of a foreign ninja village was targeted for assassination after selling weapons illegally in their market place. Mary, who was out picking the local fauna in the forest returned home to find her family dead. Heartbroken, she snapped and fled into the wild. Starving, and lost she came upon a young girl picking flowers like she used to do. Going upon instincts she killed her, smashing her head with a rock before dragging her away and devouring her flesh. Having feasted upon human flesh, she has now decided she will live as a monster and devour people. However as people started to disappear from the local village, ninja were sent to investigate. However when found, she put up a pathetic fight against the Anbu assigned to subdue her and was captured alive and escorted to the village to be tamed and used as a weapon.

Description: When the users Gourd was created, he/she infused his/her chakra into the materials used to make it. This gourd is no different from other gourds except for its ability to reform its self when broken. When broken, the gourd will change into sand that cannot be used for jutsus but it will not just fall apart. The gourd will keep its shape until 45% of it is cracked/ destroyed. If it is cut in half horizontally, the top half will turn into sand and no longer hold shape. If it is cut vertically, both half's will turn to sand and no longer be able to hold its shape.
The gourd can also be used to soften blows to the back of the user or if the gourd is moved to block a physical attack the same effect will happen.
(this can only happen is 50% or more of the gourd if full of sand)

Description: Due to the users Gourd being infused with chakra it is able to reform with the cost of chakra. This is a passive ability once learned. It requires 5 posts of forcing the gourd to reform, after the first time it requires 1 post to reform. During those 5 posts it costs the normal cost plus a additional 2 chakra per post.

She is ruthless, lacking emotions that people are born with (happiness, sadness, anger) and the only emotion she shows is toward her sister whom she loves despite the lack of her feelings.
