Kyoshi kicked at Zaine's legs and tripped him. Getting up he held Zaine by the neck. "You know, I don't need to be hearing how f*cking stupid I am from someone who is dead. I have been holding my damn tongue because no one, not even me wants to hear the bullsh*t. Believe me when I tell you, I know how much she cares for me. She told me all about it in the little note she gave me. No doubt she had one for Talon. But I would bet my pretty wings that it was a hell of alot better than mines. Now, you can trash me all over this place, I don't care. I am going to get Dusk out of where ever the hell she is and then whatever happens after is between whoever is still around." His voice was calm, cool, collected, sad and anger all controlled. "I told you before that I don't hold people against there f*cking wills and Dusk was no different to that. I'm going to keep my damn promise to you. I said that I would look out for her and I will. Never have anyone here ask me for anything ever again because I will refuse." Kyoshi stepped back from Zaine. Sure he was going to get beat down but that was better than feeling emotions right now. "If you have anything useful to say to me then say it. Otherwise you wasted everyones time."

She finally got the over grown pup off, "You will pay for laughing," she said with an evil grin on her face, she then pounced on him shifting in the process.

"s**t!" Mist fought off Catherine. "That's no fair!"
Zaine glared. "I wasted everyone's time? You annoying angel. You are older than i am, but you act like a child." He had to sit down or else he would murder Kyoshi. "I'm dead because of something that had to get done, you don't need to know about it, because it doesn't concern you. Tell me this, Kyoshi..." Black eyes finally went back to gold. "You seem to be jealous of Talon. I've watched...and that's what it seems to be."
Talon was now sitting alone, over looking the city. The others were watching over Kyoshi and the kids. He sighed and fingered the necklace around his neck. "..."

Catherine chuckled, but didn't let him go easily. She finally pinned him to the ground. She then shifted back and smiled at him her hands still pinning his, "Was that a laugh I hear earlier?" she asked with that same evil grin.

Kyoshi almost lost his control. He wanted to rip his jaw off with his bare hands at being consider a child. Instead he crossed his arms over his chest. "Jealous of Talon? I hardly know the guy. I haven't even had the proper time to even be jealous of Talon. That a**hole burned my neck. How the hell do you want me to act? Want me to be nice to the guy who tried to burn me? Since you've been watching then you would have seen all that went down in the apartment. Damnit." He ran a hand through his messy hair in frustration. "This was why I never wanted to babysit someone I hardly know. My life was going just fine until you had me doing this sh*t." He muttered. "By the way. Who do you order rum from?"

Again, Zaine almost lost it. Quickly, Kyoshi was pinned by his neck and arms, Zaine's bat like wings keeping him in line. "Listen to me closely...You were never baby sitting, you were guarding. There is a difference. I did see most of the things that happened, and i saw how close you got to that girl, and I saw how close she was to you. What you didn't see was the tears that were about to pour out of her eyes as Dusk wrote those notes. You didn't see how emotionless she was while contemplating on what to do. You didn't see Dusk break down in front of Joker while you were dying." His grip tightened.
"And obviously, you can't see your own emotions. Ali should have given you a clue." He released Kyoshi, his wings going back and his feet taking him back away from the other man. "When you get to Dusk, she's not going to go with you. She'll leave with Talon. You're useless now, Kyoshi." Again, his words were harsh, but the other man had to see the truth. In the state that he was in, Kyoshi was no use at all to anyone.
"I've told James and Ali how to get in Ellwood. Unless you have something else to say, something to defend yourself with, good bye."
Mist grinned as she shifted back into her human form. That one was smaller, so he flipped her over, grinning down at her. "Yes, you heard me laughing."

Catherine chuckled, "I thought so," she said, "Be careful now... I can easily get back on top," she grinned, "But as the game goes I am squarely defeated."

Mist finally got off of Catherine, holding out his hand for her to rise up. "What now, my dear?" Looking at the puppies, he noticed that most of them were asleep, just a few watching the two people with tired gazes.

Catherine looked at the two puppies still awake, "Sleep," she said. She then looked at Mist, "I don't know, I cannot leave until morning though," she said.

Kyoshi walked to his body slowly. "I'm not going to make excuses for myself or anything like that. I am useless. I've always been useless. But I'm more so now. Don't bring that little girl into this conversation. She has shown me what I need to be. Will I be it? I don't know. I will try because I do see my emotions just not in the way you do. And I really don't care if Dusk ends up with me or with Talon. I just want her to be happy with someone who can make her happy." That was the God honest truth. There was a sadness coming into his words that he had to wish away. "I don't care what you or anyone else think of me. So. Good bye." He waited next to his brusied up body. "I'm telling you man, today is trophy day on my body." He muttered annoyed.

Mist smiled and kissed her forehead, "Then you sleep to, Catherine." For some reason, that just felt right.
Zaine growled and said, "Get that sorry moron out of here, James." A glow went around both Kyoshi and his body. Soon, Zaine was gone and replaced by all the others. James and Ali were on either side of him, James looked normal, an emotionless mask on his face, while Ali looked close to tears.
Talon didn't even look back.

Joker walked up to the little group and stepped her foot on his head leaving it there for a moment. Kyoshi couldn't breath. "Stay down." He growled. Gambler walked up as well and pushed him away from Kyoshi. "There is too much pointing damn fingers without knowing where the source is. You got your information and he has his. Leave him be." She looked dangerously at Joker. Of all the people there Kyoshi had thought Gambler would have done what Zaine or anyone wanted to do. "Take yourselfs and begone. I will have my word with him." Despite everything, Gambler would always stand by Kyoshi's side. Even if he was being a useless moron. Someone had to take care of the big oaf. Joker stepped back. "Pay attention to the children and get them somewhere safe." Gambler had ordered the twins and Joker.
