Jigglypuff's hats are..Um...adorable? And Pikachu has what, 3? He could have had atleast one more...
I'm kinda dissapointed that there's no Shiny Charizard, or Female Trainer Costume Change... Why is Wario the only one with special treatment?
I mean, given he is awesome, it wouldn't be that hard to make the little 3-D figure in the background look different, right?Female Trainer is an awesome idea.

Maybe they didn't think it was worth it to remodel the trainer or something. There may be costumes though, according to the file dump. Dr. Mario, Mewtwo, Roy, and stuff. But I think we would have heard something about that by now.

And it's kind of hard to beat the speed of the fasted character in the game if you don't like playing as fags (Fox). just sayin'. NEVAR So now you hate Sonic because he is fast? Nice, nice. At any rate, my biggest problem with Melee is how many people complain about Fox. Ok, he is a little overpowered. So what, work your way around his speed. And now I am afraid that everyone's constant bitching is going to make Fox suck in Brawl, which will make me sad. No. I don't hate Sonic. I just like Snake more than everyone else on the roster XD. "Overpowered.. So what Work your way around it." O.O' It's called OVERPOWERED for a reason, dewd. lul k, Fox is unbeatable. I was wrong. Now You're talking like Tats. I never said he was unbeatable. I'm just saying he's got rediculous advantages. Sarcasm is one of my things xP You acted like it His up A is retardedly strong, yes. He is overpowered, and needs a "nerf" (I hate that word, though). But I'm just afraid he will suck because people are so whiny. It's not that he'll suck. I hope he's just more balanced. of course downing anything makes him auto-suck. Why would I even sugguest a de-leveling to fox? I mean, dang, he's perfect the way he is, blah blah blah.

You know, in tems of alt costumes, they could've made Dr. Mario a costume. They could've also put in these:
Link: Zora Suit, Magic Armor
Samus: Fusion Suit, Light Armor, Dark Armor
Toon Link: Ezlo Cap
What else, what else... I can't think of any more. Anyone wanna add on to this?

I agree, SOMETHING would have popped up
Wikipedia once again amuses me, it was once posted there, that color-changes, had a different trainer for each costume.
(The protagonists from Ruby, sapphire, and Emerald for a different color)
But that was proven false apparently.
And I got pumped for an Animal Crosser character when I read it on Wiki... I even came up with the perfect final smash gonk
It could have been called "Fossil" and the ACer digs up three parts of a Fossil, which re-animate and charge the battleground...
How awesome could that have been?

I had a whole post typed up to reply to each specific post, but I closed the wrong tab and lost it all. >,<
So to summarize, Eggness was right. I am always the one to bring it up.
Fish was slightly wrong. I don't think clone specials warrant the clone stamp, but I do agree that the "clone" characters are clearly based off of each other, though not clones in my book. Too different for that.
Yamato was a bit more wrong, in that the promise in question was Sakurai saying they would be "remade" not changed. "Up until now" type of situation.
Everyone thought it meant one thing, but he meant another. I didn't even call that one :XP:
The Ness and Mewtwo comparison was loosely drawn. Ness and Mewtwo are both psychics, and are floaty, while the Space Animals are all fast fallers and use Technology based weapons.
They have a similar style, but aren't clonish.
I do get a bit too serious about Smash, and I apologize.
Goldriff, however, was completely wrong. THOSE VIDS WERE PHOTOSHOPPED! EDITED! FAKE! I CAN SEE THE ZIPPER!!! :SCREAM:

Which is also what I am afraid might happen. But I digress, if I can't use Fox in Brawl I will use someone else. I guess that wasn't really the end of it then.

Samus has a fusion suit and dark armor color swap. The Ezlo cap would have been kind of "Meh" for me, but that would have been nice-ish.

It's not that damned hard to think a moveset for each character. Hell, look at all of the "Brawl movesets!" topics that Fish had to lock, or the mods had to lock in the VG forums. People were being creative. Well, some were... others were god-modding. But still. You know it to be true.
