'Relax, you'll barely feel a thing,' she chuckled, and lowered her fangs to his carotid artery.
Her elongated canines punctured the skin on his throat, gently sliding through and into the artery. Blood gushed out of the two small wounds, and into her mouth. She held one hand to his chest to stop him from squirming and fed. A few minutes later she withdrew, took a step back, and wiped the blood that had trickled down her chin away, and grinned.
'There...that wasn't so bad, was it?'
