Kappa is ok though? Those sound kind of like zetsu's water things.... Whoa! those got approved? I've............been lazy with summons stressed Oh cool, maybe I should work on that mimic contract I was considering after all... Muahahahahaha! The boxes reign supreme!

Shinsui Suou is my RPC. He is a Puppet Master and Chakra Mouths user that is about to vaporize the Forest of Clouds with the bomb located in his heart. He was Cloud Jounin/ANBU Commander and is so far my 3rd best RPC I've made ever.
