"Ok fine I'll explain AGAIN!" Naruto cleared his throat "Jutsu, or skills/techniques, are the mystical arts a ninja will utilize in battle. To use a jutsu, the ninja will need to use his chakra. To perform a jutsu, the ninja will bring out and release the two energies of chakra. By forming handseals, the ninja is able manifest the desired jutsu. Because of the extensive number of hand seals and different combinations, there are thousands of potential jutsu to be discovered. E-rank - Academy student level: E Rank Jutsu are learned by Academy Students which are the basic and most fundamental Jutsu for all graduating ninja. (e.g. Clone Technique & Transformation Technique)
D-rank - Genin level: D Rank Jutsu are Genin level technique and can be achieved by all Genin, though many ninja only learn their "type" of technique. (e.g. Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique)
C-rank - Chunin level: C Rank Jutsu are based on Chunin level technique though some Genin can perform this and some Chunin cannot. (e.g. Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu)
B-rank - Jonin level: B Rank: B Rank Jutsu are Jonin level technique but I can also perform this technique, emphasizing my determination and high chakra levels. (e.g. Shadow Clone Technique)
A-rank - Kage level or Jonin level: A Rank Jutsu are Elite Jonin level and up, even including some Forbidden Technique. Some Elite Jonin and Missing Ninja will create their own technique as their "Trump Card" or even forbidden one.
S-rank - Secret, extreme level: S Rank are Secret, high class level technique. Tecniques of this rank are mostly known to only 1 or 2 ninja and are often forbidden. Ninjutsu (忍術, Ninjutsu; Literally meaning "Ninja Techniques") vaguely refers to pretty much any technique that uses chakra and allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing. Unlike genjutsu, which makes the opponent see illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are quite real. Ninjutsu relies on chakra and, most of the time, hand seals (each hand seal showing a different animal in the chinese zodiac) to be effective. The hands are put in sequential positions that mold chakra in the necessary manner to perform a jutsu. This is not always consistent, however, and some of the simpler jutsu seem to become second nature to experienced ninja, after which they can perform them at will. Additionally, some ninjutsu can be classified as an elemental jutsu, in those cases where a specific element (wind, water, fire, earth, lightning) is used. Genjutsu are techniques that are employed in the same fashion as Ninjutsu, requiring chakra and hand seals. However, the primary difference between the two is that the effect of Genjutsu is illusory, creating chakra imbalances in the victim's brain, causing a disruption in their senses. This is often used to create false images or cause pain from trauma (because the body is led to believe it is in pain, and it feels real), however there are plenty of other uses depending on the situation. They are not used as often as ninjutsu because they don't physically harm the opponent, but several crafty characters have made themselves well known for their great execution of genjutsu. Genjutsu is created when a ninja extends their chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system of their opponent to control their mind's chakra, thereby affecting their five senses.Genjutsu is translated as "Illusionary Techniques". Taijutsu is a basic form of jutsu that generally speaking requires no chakra, but chakra may be used to enhance techniques. Taijutsu generally require no hand seals to perform and are much quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Taijutsu is simply put, hand-to-hand combat. Kekkei Genkai are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Kekkei genkai and their related jutsu can't be taught or copied by others, but it is possible to confer the ability to another person if it's localized in a particular organ like the eyes via organ transplant. Kekkei genkai abillities that work via the user's eye are called dojutsu. Kekkei Genkai is translated into Bloodline limit or Bloodlimit techniques." Naruto sighed heavly "Understand?"

Chapter 6: The Gathering.
as the group started to gather in the town center, the bots seemed to purr with excitement.
Inuyasha walked up to the bots, the goddess appeared shortly after. "So have you all come up with anything?" Inuyasha asked.
The goddess looked at the bots, which spoke shortly after.
"We have decided... We will join you on your quest to fight the warlord... We will fight along side you for the rest of your quest brave warriors! and we will lend you our skills so that together, we may finally put a end to his horrid reign!"
Miroku looked at the bots, there were hundreds, if not a thousand gathered, some of them flying around as well."So.... we have ... a small army now....?"
The goddess smiled "Where is the brave one that entered into my domain at the start?... I have something for him that im sure he is fond with it."
Link approached the Goddess. "Im here." he said
The goddess made a instrument appear before him.
"you do remember this? we summoned it from your world... I enchanted it to have stronger magic now, so when ever you need me Link, call me."
Link nodded "Thank you"
The bots looked around talking with eachother then spoke once again.
"We are in need of a leader... a general better yet... we have talked about it for a while and we have decided.... to chose Young Jack as our General. The fact that you can communicate with us using your wrist computer, makes you the perfect candidate for the job."

Vegito looked at Jack and smiled "Good going Jack." Vegito gave him a thumbs ups.
Naruto grinned "Your so cool Believe it!" Naruto said grinnig a big childish grin.
"Well well well looks like I can't call you nerd cork or a loser seeinf as your now a powerful general." Ranma said smiling.

Meowth was looking over for Kimiko, hoping to find his new mistress.

Kikyo stood near by quietly. She was proud of Jack since he now had his own army, and she was glad that Link had been rewarded for his bravery.
Deidara stood there with his arms crossed in front of hi chest with an apathetic look on his face.
