Oye, that makes sense. You're as bad about changing names as I am, Youko. But ehh, I can't complain. I don't think I knew of that one.
Adult males are funny. Most males are morons anyway, so it figures.
I should go sometime too. 'Cept I am not a morning person. At all. Though I should try to convince my mom to take me. Dout she will, but it's worth a shot. And maybe I'd get to dissect the thing. *Loves dissecting fish*

And I didn't want it to be "trendy"- trust me. I was plenty anti-iPod... until I realized... a CD player is big. And clunky. And doesn't fit in your pocket. And if you want to bring along a lot of different music... are you really gonna want to carry around a cumbersome CD jacket with you? I know I don't.
It's nice, it's small, it's compact, I can fit like... 7,500 four or five minute songs on it. 3nodding
Now that's what I'm talking about.

Meh, I get that way sometmes. Believe me, I really like you as a person, Youko. But we come from very differnt standpoints and...I like to debate stuff. *Shrug* I didn't mean any offense. I just hate iPods. 'Cause I've known people who got them and they seemed to get very uppity and assholey. Plus they're sickeningly trendy and I scorn trends a lot. And who the hell even has 7,500 songs? The biggest playlist I've ever heard of was 1,700 some songs. And this guy is the biggest music nut ever. I dunno. I just think iPods are a waste of money. Believe me, it's not you I'm criticizing. Not at all. Just iPods and the comercialism and consumerism they inspire. If it sounded like it was about you...sorry. That's not what I had meant to say. Alexis (fine, you win) Thorn, I don't think getting an iPod makes a person uppity/snobbish. They're probably already that way. 'Sides, I like my iPod. Its smaller than a CD player and I don't have to carry around a CD case to change music. Lots of music! (and my sister has a list of some 2.5k songs. Its kinda ridiculous) iPods are no more trendy than CD players were when they came out. They're just the most well known brand of the newest/best portable music system, so its the one people say.

Eh, they probably get snobby because they are 'cool' now that they have something thats 'in.'
I dont care if its in or not, i need something to hold my tons of music.

Anyways... I think i'm going to be on less then normal. I had a pretty tramatizing event yesterday. I was making a left turn in my dads truck. And some guy suddenly turns onto the road going like 50 in a school zone and nails me in the side of the truck. So yeah... i'm totally messed up from that. crying ;; I'm physically ok though.
