He didn't want this to be the final goodbye but it didn't look like things would work out between them. Focht wanted to forgive her before she left since there wasn't much hope of getting another chance to talk to her with out interruptions. Sai would find that the wall of air deposited her and the dirt it had picked up as well on the roof near Focht. Enough of the wall of air remained so the dirt didn't shift and start falling off the roof. He didn't turn to face her, his wolf-like ears were flat and blended in with his hair easily enough.
"Sai.....I am sorry. I tried to change who you are, but its not my place or my right.... I forgive you... for the things I do know, and things I probably don't want to know."
He sighed heavily before continuing.
"I don't want this to be the end but I have a feeling it might be. Just remember, I will try to be there if you need me. You only have to call for me using that special gift I gave you."
He had said what he wanted to and just waited for her to indicate she was ready to go or for anything else she had to say.

Letting out a long drawn Sigh, She made her own way to the roof and stood beside Focht, as she looked out into the battle field. She kneeled down, without glancing over to him, she didnt want him to see the hurt in her eyes. Though she worked on the bad Side, she did try to help out, though yet she will not be trusted, by those she tried to help. I'm sure, your life will much peaceful without the worries of being betrayed.... her voice grew soft at the last word. She has come to realize that She loved him, and only really loved him, and he was the one who loved her for her. Her blue eyes gazed, as she held back what would be tears of goodbye. Bitting her lower lip, she stood up and took in a deep breath. When this is all over you'll have a family to look after, and you'll be happier without me.... She relased the tears sthat swelled in her eyes, as she turned away. It was obivous she didnt want to say goodbye, but she thinks it will be best, she couldnt hurt the one she loved anymore.

Focht smirked a little, inspite of how he felt.
"I highly doubt that...... I can't love another. And I shouldn't have felt that way, you were doing what you felt was best....."
He stood up and moved behind her, gently trying to wrap his arms around her. The wall holding up the dirt faded, letting it slide down the roof. There wasn't anything stopping her from leaving right. In the end, it came down to him just wanting her to be happy.

As romantic as it was to see two enemies chatting it up whilst their allies fought for their very existance on the plane, over long lost quarrels and forsaken loves, KB hadn't the time for it. He needed the rooftop clean of targets, and on that note, clear of friendlies. His weaponry in stow was not nearly as precise as Basaran's. Speaking of the mouthy bot, Basaran seemed to be having a few issues dealing with the task at hand.
KB's voice spoke once more, though now specifically. As Sai apparently had ceased fire and decided it best not to fight, KB was willing to facilitate some of her other needs. Specifically that meant dragging Focht out of this hellish place and somewhere more appropriate for their conversation, after all, the lovebirds would make up in due time, their loins commanded it. So it was that Focht recieved yet another invitation to switch sides, thought this time more intimately.
Sairys, you've proved yourself a competant ally and imaginative supplier, your efforts are to be rewarded. Withdraw from this place, leave those who wish to ignore your attempts... As for you Focht, I see no reason why you should not take her hand and lead her some place safer, some place warm and quiet. I ask nothing of either of you save for to be mannerly and refrain from your more destructive natures... in return, my household will offer you anything you ask. This is a one-time offer you two, don't let the moment blind you, after this you will be denied acess to that which I offer, and being on my side will assure only that your measly plot on this planet isn't the first to be destroyed.
Of course this rant was via thought, taking only a moment or two. The pair could ignore him, lounge around in the ashes of of this ruined place or in the freakishly empty gardens. Even the forest was bare and lifeless, as the deific strength of the BC's inhabitants had made the place devoid of nature. KB offered a reprieve from this damnation to all who would remain civil, and swift death for those who would not.

*Kaiori clips her guns back to her hips, pulling her blade whip out in place of them. Holding the blade between her fingers, she calls out, her voice ringing in the dark.* Hello?...Anyone. *Her eyes narrow and she shifts her weight into an offensive pose.*

Phia was uneasy at first at the new presense in her home. There were so many and few she trusted but the aura felt...familiar. Phia tilted her head to the side, could it be? No! It had been too long! Phia was into the shadows and from them easily, coming out before Kaiori. Her eyes went wide.
"Kai!! It is ye!"

Sai turned her head slightyl as she felt Focht's Warm arms around her once More, She half smiled as KB's Messaged reached them. She turned around and glanced at Focht. her eyes wet from tears, as she moved back enough to let his arms slide till his hands were in hers. Lets run away from here, Just us two. This place is nothing of what it used to be, even the people are different. We'll be safe, and undisturbed, from these wars. As wild as it may Be KB's offer sounds like a heaven from this Hell. Her voice sounded desperate. She knew it was a chance to take, She's worked with KB before and Kb is true to his word. She glanced around at the battle around them, then back up at Focht. She knew that If Focht refused, There was nothing left for her here. Being once KB's supplier for his Dojo attack, Sai saw her workings ahand and finally in use. She knew Focht held this place dear to him, as he protected it for so long. She pulled away as she walked towards the edge of the building and replied to Kb Once again Kb, we'll work side by side.... She glanced down as she turned her body half way and glanced back at Focht reaching out her hand towards him Great sacrifices, lead to Great Success...At the end, when this war is over, we'll have our little place by the forest and start a Family....all it takes is that one big step.....

*Kaiori drops her blade whip. She smiles with relief.* Oh Phia! How have you been? *Leave it to kaiori to make it seem like she’d only been gone a week. She relaxes in the company of a good friend and tucks her weapon away.*

"What the HELL is she doing here!?" Hamartia almost growled to himself, now aware that Kaiori was at the mansion.
In the brush and trees some distance from the mansion, the happenings were being watched with great interest; however, the group watching had no interest with getting involved. The navy haired, white suited Hamartia seemed almost boiling over because Kaiori was here. "She's supposed to be that nut-job's monster now isn't she?"
"That's what the reports said. Though it would seem we were in error." A calm, somewhat young sounding voice responded to Hama. The person who responded was hidden in the shadows of the trees.
It would seem there was also another man hidden in the brush, but he remained silent. Another man present was more recognizable: Sigmund, the fire wielding stranger who had shown up and ofered his help to D some time ago. He now stood up and spoke, almost amused, to Hama. "Chill out man.... it's not like she's really a big problem. We only came to watch anyway." sigmund didn't seem terribly worried about the fight going on, or perhaps it was that he didn't think they would make much difference if they intervened. "Um..." Sigmund continued, "where's Val?..... it makes me nervous when he's not in plain sight...."
Hamartia snorted lightly to himself, turning to look at the mansion with a still annoyed look on his face. "That grave yard temple nearby is being renovated, and he had a problem with that; I think he went to fix it."
"Oh god help us," was all Sigmund responded with.

Focht sighed, there wasn't much for him at the Dojo anymore besides the gardens. Nothing really grabbed his attention as a reason not to go along with the offer. Looking at Sai, he nodded, letting her see that he was going to go along for now.
"Ok Sai. We will do this your way this time. Besides, I was trying to stay out of it anyways....."
He walked over to her and took her extended hand, standing next to her.
I can't think of a reason not to accept the offer. Do not give me reason to show my destructive nature and there will be no problems with this arrangement.

Upon feeling his hand within hers, Sai couldnt help but Smile. She laced her fingers with his as she stepped forward closer to him. Her heart had found its half and a warm feeling fill her body, though the cold breezes careesed her nearly exposed body from her torn dress. Mind linking back to Kb We'll be nearby KB Sai glanced towards the clearing that lead to the forest as she glanced back to Focht. lets get outta here, before we get dragged in...

Focht and Sairys had made a wise choice, and naturally KB and his associates would cover them during their hasty retreat. With those two targets removed and set into the friendly category things seemed to be looking up. The first bit of the skirmish that was D's mansion was going smoothly in KB's favor, changing the battle from something easily overlooked to something much more decisive. KB's campaign for the dominance and protection of the Black Company and it's members was well under way.
Now only a few objectives were left lumped together. Specifically subdueing the current combatants as best as possible, if not retrieving samples of them. In addition to this directive the destruction of the Mansion was a priority, as was the successful elimination of D and his counterparts. With those two issues taken care of KB would be able to seal his hold ont he nearby territories, and he would finnaly have a noteworthy empire.
Still, he felt as though he'd yet to save enough of them. Among the number left who weren't seeing things his way counted Kaiori and her flock, Phia and her charming Aria, Kobei and the family members associated there, and a number of forest occupants. The Citadel was an issue he couldn't fix at the time, though KB hadn't forgotten Cole or the fleet of warships looming overhead.
Excellent. He replied happily, patient as always.

Focht sighed, unsure where this decision would lead. There was one thing that he didn't want to do, that was leave D and Phia to their fate.
"I have to do one thing before we leave....."
He closed his good eye and relaxed, sending a message to D and Phia. There wasn't any attempt to hide the message or its content.
I hope you and your family make it out of here alive. I would recommend hurrying and getting away while you can. Xol and others seem to be here with a purpose.
He closed the mental link and smiled to Sai.
"Ok, lead the way."

A bullet clipped the armor of one of the four men, doing little damage, if any, and ricocheting off to places unknown. The four quickly made to advance on the boy, the goal being to surround him and stop him before he could escape.

*kaiori turns her head towards the voices coming from above. Being human sucked, she could no longer sense auras and it made it harder for her to get around. Her blues eyes narrow, Phia seemed calm enough, but why? She smoothes her tongue over her bottom lip, a nervous habit.*
