Smiling Mist shrugged. "Well...I don't really know what to say to that, to be quite honest..." The puppy laughed at him again and he wrestled a bit with it. "Shush shush..." Both were laughing now. "Eh...like I said, I don't really know what to say to that..."

Joker nodded and looked at the time on his cell phone. It was well over five minutes when the rest of his crew came and they didn't come alone. Gambler strode in looking grim but she never lost her humorous smile when she entered. "Welcome Gambler. I see you brought some more friends." "Someone had to inform them of the up coming fun." She shrugged and snapped her fingers. The twin blonde russians came front and center. "These will be the kids bodyguards. They have this special trait of teleporting themselves from one place to anyother and distrupting the cosmos thingy and something or anyother." Gambler waved her hand in the air. "They could explain it but this isn't the time." "Obviously not." Raid said with a low growl. "Sheesh. Lighten up." Kyoshi looked at them all and had to chuckle. It was like the old times. Gambler looked at him. "Laugh it up birdy." "Whatever short stuff." He replied. Joker rolled his eyes. Monty grumbled soomething. "Can we please get on with this?" Gambler looked at Ziggy. "Are you the one running this show? Because if you are, you suck as a director. Let's get this thing going." She said.

Kyoshi followed behind the two kids with the russian twins on either side. Gambler walked behind Kyoshi with Monty and Joker covering there own backs. There wasn't any time to be joking and talking so they went right to work with the ones heading this operation. Kyoshi readied himself to talk to Zaine when they got to him but what the hell was he supposed to say? 'Sorry Zaine. I did a terriable job of taking care of Dusk. I fell in love with her, I almost endangered her life because of me and I let her go even though she left in the first place. Oh, by the way, the bar is doing great. I just need to restock the rum.' What the hell was Zaine going to say? Kyoshi's mind went into a whirlwind of thoughts.

Kyoshi hardened his heart and soul walking closer. "Tell me when your ready." He said calmly. It felt like he was being summoned to be judged. It was not like the first time it had happend but this was different. In a way, Zaine was his friend from a while back and he did owe him. So what ever Zaine had in store for just him, he had to take it because he wouldn't expect less from Zaine. He just wanted this to be over with.

Kyoshi looked down at his body lying on the ground. Had this been anyother time he would have been half way around the world before he would do this. It always seemed to make him dizzy and want to throw up. Even though he had done it many times before it was just something some never got used to. Ali and James had said when he came to that he had to Duck. Feeling the wind behind him he ducked. He ducked really low.

Kyoshi missed the punch but knew he was vulnerable to getting kicked and it was hard. It was far. It hurt like hell. He deserved it. "Hello to you too, Zaine." He was thinking about standing up but he was going to get punched. Then again he was going to get kicked and stomped on and the was worse. 'Oh well. Bring on the black eyes and broken jaws.' Kyoshi got up and faced Zaine. He stood his ground defensively instead of offensively. "Before we get down to business. I just wanted to let you know that the bar is doing really good but I need to restock on the rum." Such a smart a** and he was going to pay for that one too.

Kyoshi let the punch go. The stumbled back and stood up again. "I didn't let her go. She left of her own will." Which was the truth he just didn't go after her because it could have gotten her killed. "Plus it's not like I could tie her down because of that shadow thing she does." He touched his jaw and he winced. More pain. More scars. More pain. More scars. Today was trophy day on Kyoshi's body. First burn marks, now this. Oh joy.
