Yea, sorry for the not answering bit... my dad turned off the internet and now I'm connected through my dad's Router Via my XBOX Ethernet cable. Lawl.

Anyways, yea, Storyline isn't going to have a MAJOR update for a little bit. I have the next part of the confruntation with the Brutes ready for Conj and myself. But again, nothing Major untill we get the Laser on the Cheif.

So yea, I'm trying to be as active as I can without my dad knowing... So guys, keep posting and I'll try my damned hardest to get this moving.

Conj, BTW, edit your post. I had to hide my newest one from teachers so I wouldn't get introuble so I'm not gonna.

First things first, as a mod of this guild, it hurts me every time we have to lock down the thread. I know how much it sucks for you guys, and it also sucks for me because of how it slows down the story progression. Nevertheless, it happens because someone makes a mistake, large or small, that clashes either with the Halo setting or the plot and rules set in place by this guild.

That said, I'm going to get straight to the point.

The thread was locked because certain individuals decided to randomly create vehicles and enemy NPCs, then completely ignore their existence the next second. A scarab takes a while to leave an area, and a crashed hornet is impossible to fix for someone without a secondary specialty either in Engineering or Weapons Repair. If you create an enemy, be it flood or covenant, you are expected to deal with it either by facing or escaping it, not by forgetting it's there and then flying off on a magical hornet ride to action.
And when it comes to your character, please roleplay accordingly. If you're a private, you can't pilot a hornet without proper training, and if you're a captain, you have to take the lives of your men into account before acting. Don't decide to simply go to where the action is when something happens, roleplay your way out of your current situation and into the next. And even then, being on your own or with but a few other roleplayers often gives you opportunities for character growth that don't happen when five people are competing to post next. The best scenes are often those that reveal your character's innermost recesses of the psyche, not mindless action and destruction.

What I just said may sound mean to some, or unfair to others, but I think you guys deserve my true opinions rather than some half-truths and babysitting lies. It's only because I'm sure you will take what I said and prove that you're better than that, that I would ever consider saying such things. Now I'm going to unlock the thread, and hopefully what I just said will be taken into account.

P.S. Warren, Nick, your hornet was shot down for story purposes, and an NPC Major just rescued you. You're currently inside of an industrial complex, with Nori's barely conscious body. Nick, you're bleeding and have suffered slight abrasion to your right shoulder, which means you're going to be a little tender there for a while.
