well my friends clarinet was named squeakers because she broke her reed and squeaked really loudly in a concert. She then named mine Gold Member to try and have a comeback so it kind of stuck. Mainly named so because all my tenor section has silver instruments except me so I stand out.

Ah, well, my Trombone is named Victoria. xD No idea why, it just fits her. I haven't named my French Horn yet, even though I've had her for 5 years now. >_>;; I Guess I don't play her enough for her to have a name? Dunno. I'm playing French horn in an upcoming musical at my school, so she might be named then. As for my trumpet, it hasn't been named yet either! And, I really dislike naming rented or school instruments. It's like... naming a pet chicken you know you're going to kill and eat! So, my Euphonium, tuba, and cello are nameless.

I named all my guitars. My first one I named Quicksilver, my second one I named Velvet, and my third one, my acoustic, I named Indigo. I named them for their colors and paint jobs, mostly. They're all so pretty! heart

My open-hole flute has a Japanese name, and it's a guy flute. His name is Kenji. My old flute got ran over in a parade..his name was Ron.
One of the clarinets named hers Rob..I think that was it.
Only one trumpet player named his. It's name is Bob.
