Skyla nodded a bit. "Yes unfortunately My eldest has well... been in an accident. As it turns out she wound up speaking in reverse. like if I was to record a phono tube and play it after turning it around and it would be backwards but spoken as if forwards without distortion or difficulty. And no one can find whats making her do it, even the great elders and ancients magic and potions didn't help. So a device was made she wears it like a necklace it puts what she says where it is like forward. we got it where she just whispers and it comes out a normal volume." She said referring to Diamond.

Alatrixia sipped her drink slowly listening to that thinking. "was the accident trauma to the front of her throat like catching a clothesline or tree branch hard to the throat? or perhaps a horse kicking her in the throat by accident from getting spooked?" She asked and Skyla blinked looking to Rosatil. "Kicked in the throat by a winged unicorn actually, She tried to ride Rosatil's steed out of the barn because he would not budge, she was just trying to be nice to her baby sister.

Shadow-snow? or is it snow-shadow I forget the way it goes. Well he freaked bucking and sent Diamond falling and kicked back in his freak out nailing her in the neck where the bone like knot is. After she came out of the medical coma she had trouble speaking but being in coma for 2 years to heal can make it hard to talk. But when she was heard talking I was notified and when I went to see her. She refused to say anything first off. But when she did speak normally it was vocalized in reverse." Skyla explained.

Alatrixia thought and then nodded whispering to Ysolda who took off then came back with a box. "I am not sure why, but thought of something and made this I am not sure why but I thought up a device that can tune anyones vocal cords." Alatrixia got up grabbing a young maid girl turning the dials then placed the device to the maids throat where the voice box was a odd humming came from the device. "Now do a vocal scale with 'ah' lowering and raising the pitch and tone." The maid obeyed and her ah turned to sound like ha and removing it turning the dial back to the setting equal to the first polarity and the maid looked at her "si taht lla ym neeuq?" then the made got a worried look and the queen smirked.

Placing the device back to the same spot "Again vocal scales the same." the maid obeyed and suddenly the ha turned to ah and the maid tried speaking again. "My queen did I do wrong to be made to talk backwards?" Alatrixia patted her shoulder. "No you helped me demonstrate how this works. it should fix the way Diamond talks. I call it the harmonizer of vocals." She said offering that with the treaty.

Sodia sighs, "But I am not of this kingdom, would I not be forgiven if I acted like I knew not females who hunt better than males due to being lighter and more flexible are not allowed to do that?" Sodia said and went walking out all dainty and elegantly walking passed the archery range at foot 300 feet away turning bowing to the prince and the other men with but rising up held a bow drawing back an arrow firing shooting 10 arrows in succession quickly which whizzed past all their heads. Splitting the prince's arrows a bit as well as hitting targets the prince missed then bowing again the bow vanished into thin air as she turned to walk off.

The prince's soft smile at admiring this woman went flat as arrows flew past both sides and over his head as the guards started moving towards Sodia to capture her the prince's eyes closed as he sighed looking sad. Looking back when one of the males with the prince spoke about the targets Sodia hit. There was more skillful an archer and was a female. one who he was gawking and ogling before she raised a bow.

The guards halted hearing this but then her brother raised a brow. moving closer to them. Sodia giggles and smirks. "I like do that to people like that it really gets them good. Call me Nina if he comes up to ask about me. I'm not finished getting him back yet." Sodia whispered. The prince did come up. "Nice job but you broke our laws miss. Women are forbidden to touch a weapon let alone use one. and firing past and over my head could be seen as an act of war. Just so you know." The prince said having the captain of the guards arriving with a large number of guards. "I have 12 witnesses to that act." He said coldly.

Sodia looked to him tilting her head. "So this is your brother? Odd how he don't have a drop of dragon in him like you and your mother. He must have been adopted, or perhaps stolen from the nest of his parents for some reason." Sodia said coldly back but then bumped her hip into the princess a little. "I do see what you mean about him being dashing. His looks are quite fetching."

Skyla sees Wolgar heading out a bit and hollers to him. "Wolgar from right where you stand not moving whats the properties of Mare weed!" she said quickly his eyes brighten and he starts in slowly but noticeable his speaking starts to speed up and keeps going as he just keeps rambling going back to the first herbalist seeming to be in a trance just rambling all about the entire history and uses of mare weed. Skyla smirks then sighs "thats the only drawback of his vast medical knowledge."

Alatrixia giggles softly. "He is much like Gina what is with werewolves being so fascinated with medical stuff and herbs I never could figure it out. And those fountains in the middle of the fields of herbs you may had seen well the farmers asked her why she wanted this plant planted and she stood there 4 days at least going on about it just like Wolgar is doing now so the farmers just planted around her."

Skyla spoke softly but loud enough Wolgar could hear it. "Wolgar don't make me keep promise 13." she simply said and Wolgar froze in mid sentence then yips turning into his wolf form sitting wrapping his tail snugly between his legs with his ears flat on his head scooting a** close to the ground but not rubbing on the floor. As he did that Skyla smirked glancing a 'like that' look to Rosatil.

Sodina pouted sweetly. "I honestly didn't know that, you wouldn't want to throw me in jail for acting before knowing would you?" She had puppy dog eyes towards him. "I mean after all I did come here mostly to visit your sister. Even though my dads trying to marry me off to any prince that will take me. He is sick of looking at someone who looks so much like his evil hearted wife that up and left him stealing his son, but leaving his daughter behind because he was fonder of his son." she said softly pouting.

"Um....You're the last available prince so he is trying to pawn me off on you if you wanted to take me." Sodina said softly sounding sad. "If I return with news of unwanting from you, Well when I left he ordered the headsman to sharpen executioners lorita ice axe. Not realizing I overheard him." She said softly. "Not that I expect pity from you to protect me or anything. I had already prepared to die because I look just like my mother. Just that instead of shadow wings I got multi colored wings." Sodina deployed her rainbow wings as she stretched daintily fluffing them and a rainbow feather fell from her wings from it being loose before folding them back into hiding.

The guard captain and guards even the prince dropped their jaws open at such vibrant wings the prince snatched the feather up before anyone else could. "Here um you dropped this." He said looking mesmerized at the shed feather. His attitude changed real fast at seeing those wings. Sodina giggled. "Consider it a gift of my favor; My dashing handsome prince." She said giggling then took his sister's hand and rushed off towards the female side of the castle. Getting to a room looking like a library away from his ears and eyes Sodina giggled slyly from having her fun.

Sodia sighed looking down a bit. "No I am not classified as royalty but I have royal blood from both sides of my parents. But because my mother was not aware my father was half phoenix himself Alatrixia had her and I as well as my father stripped of the ranks of royalty, none of us able to claim we was royalty. My father is Rosatil's uncle. The brother of queen Skyla ruler of the light lands in the sky Syna. If he was not stripped of his right of rule Alatrixia would have rose up starting a war with us because of it." Sodia said sighing looking down.

But after a moment she perked up. "But you don't need to worry there are no more prince's other then in Syna and here. the rest of the word have no kings or queens, princes or princesses. And the shadow lands Dyna which are of the shadow kin. Well there is just no living princes there and all the ones Syna has are already spoken for. So there are no available princes other than your brother. Well..... Unless Me, mother and father had our rank of royalty restored to make another prince be available.

Though there is no way Alatrixia the queen of dragons for a time before she up and vanished saying she was going home. No one knew where the place she called home was. Even in Dragonia the cave kingdom of dragons dwelling inside a mountain literally has just elders who oversee a council and maintain order there, but no princes there either." Sodain spoke shifting back to his male form, His eyes reflected sadness and a rainbow of colors in the color part of his eyes. "So unless I am reinstated as royalty your looking to have to be paired with your brother since the betrothal laws state a princess must marry a prince. He is the only unspoken valid titled prince left in existence. And Alatrixia doesn't seem the type to pair brothers and sisters together no matter how the purity of the bloodline would lessen." He said softly sipping the glass of blood that seemed to just appear in his hand from thin air.

"So in effect you shouldn't be forced to marry anyone you would resent being shoved off to. In Dyna, the shadow land in the sky. and Syna there are plenty of single unspoken for princesses. Just not any princes so when no prince is available there can be no arranged marriage. And I doubt I would gain your mothers favor to be reinstated as a prince just because I am actually a rainbow phoenix." Sodain said softly huffing a bit then shrugged taking a big gulp of the blood in his glass.

Alatrixia thought a bit. "What of the other royals in the world? What news is about them. I need to get a gathering together to try marrying my daughter off to a prince." Alatrixia asked Ysolda not standing next to her having gone off to check on the prince and princess. Seeing Sodain sitting talking with the princess listening in, Sodain gets up walking to the shelves looking at the books seeing an odd book he pulled it out and there was a click.

The ceiling opened and a large bundle of spiked logs fell towards Sodain and he reacted his flame dancing around him then flying up turning the logs to ash but he didn't change it back from the rainbow color it really was. Ysolda seeing this having gasped as the wrong sequence of books for the emergency escape tunnel for the royal family had triggered one of the traps and moved wide eyed not sure hoping to have moved out of sight knowing the princess probably heard her gasp running back to Alatrixia. Sodain just closed his eyes looking down as a pile of buried him up to his ribs shaking his head free of the ash he laughed. "Oops a booby trapped book."

Skyla nods a bit. "Yes I know but when he refuses to marry anyone he takes himself off the list of availables. I am not sure why but Kuri seems terrified at the thought of being married. So though one prince is technically not spoken for and single he removed himself from the list, being so frightened of being married Rosa." Skyla using her nickname.

"Other than Kuri, and your own son Alatrixia there are no validly titled princes as the other kingdoms did away with the king and queen per kingdom going with a presidential elect to oversee several villages. So other than Kuri who deeply fear marriage. There are no other princes entitled I'm afraid. And as scared as Kuri gets when I bring up he needs to pick the one he will marry, I just can't force him into something he feels such fear about. I just don't have the heart to force him to marry when he acts as if his very life is in danger from the thought of getting married." Skyla said explaining.

Ysolda worriedly fidgeted waiting then moved quickly over to Alatrixia whispering into her ear and Alatrixia's eyes widen. "He's what!" Alatrixia said shrilly getting up she bowed to Rosatil, Skyla, and Solaria. "Excuse me for a moment I have to check my surveillance cameras to see what Ysolda is referring to with Sodain not being who he makes himself out to be while talking to my daughter in the library." Alatrixia said rushing off to a side room shoving one guard out of the way. "Bring up the past several minutes of tonight's recordings from the library... NOW!" she snapped impatiently.

She then shrieked a bit. "How can he just stand there and do something like that!" Alatrixia said storming out grabbing Solaria by the wrist dragging her to the surveillance room. "Look at what your son is doing in front of my daughter." pointing on the colored screen that he has rainbow flames and wings which others would see if they followed and looked at the screen.

Sodain sighed shifting his wings which showed actively he had to deploy his wings ruffling the feathers turning them black as well as his flames quickly. "Hopefully I changed before anyone else saw." There can be an explanation to the thought of color if someone was peeking around the corner slightly to spy without being seen that the illusion of a rainbow wings and flame from the color the flames burned refracting with a crystal like effect.

But if there was more than one witness to his rainbow wings and flame of his phoenix side. Or if was caught on camera which there was a hidden camera even the prince and princess don't know about. "Hopefully I can rationalize the concept of perception with refracted light to give the illusions of my black wings and flames looking rainbow colored. Similar to how sunlight through a clear white crystal shard can display a rainbow effect from the refracted light effect." Sodain said quickly returning to the library sofa once he de-ashes himself.

Solaria's eyes went wide as she stood outside the door. "I didn't even know he could do that." She said and Alatrixia moved of towards the library swiftly a look that brought a look of concern to Skyla's face worry that the treaty will be voided before being signed because Sodain might have done something she gets up gesturing to Rosatil to follow as Skyla was going to look at the surveillance recording. "Well this is a bit concerning." She said witnessing the captured images on the recording.

Sodain heard a crystal chiming effect and a soft chanting as he sat there on the sofa like seat. He shifted uncomfortably the sounds he heard grew stronger as he started to wince holding his head. Shakily he reached out towards his glass as his flames flickered rising around his hand flickering between black and rainbow color as Alatrixia stormed into the room followed by Ysolda "I got the priests doing the reveal of the truth mantra on him as you requested Alatrixia. He won't be able to hide the truth to much longer." Ysolda said coldly staring at Sodain.

Sodain doubled over to the floor in pain holding his head. "Make the chiming stop it hurts." Sodain cried out seeming to be in agony. Ysolda sneered at Sodain. "Then show use what you really are stop hiding it. Once the truth is revealed it will stop." Ysolda hissed looking ready to jump Sodain as if she had taken an attack stance.

"I am not angry Rosatil and you need not worry the treaty is fine as is no need to terrify your brother Kuri." Alatrixia said shooting her own daughter a look that would silence her. "I seen with my own eyes what he really is briefly on the recorded video feed from the hidden cameras in this room. And I just want to see it with my own eyes. I want to see the rainbow wings and flame myself before my own eyes." Alatrixira growled at her daughter.

Sodain curled into a ball as he he screamed shifting between his male and female self quickly but then his flames burst out of him as invisible crystals shattered as a pure rainbow flame of a bird rose up meeting Alatrixia at eye level and it stared her down before screeching and exploding inward and the flames flowed back into Sodain who looked as if he was dead but soon after the flame returned into him he jerked gasping in air and coughing.

Alatrixia closed her eyes a tear falling down her cheek as she turned away to walk back to the meeting room. "If that is all there is for the treaty how about we go back and sign it to make it official Rosatil." Then Alatrixia whispered something softly and snap her fingers as her dragon like finger claws glowed. Then Alatrixia started walking back to the council room.

Suddenly as Sodain was slowly getting up trembling scared. He hissed grabbing his chest as it felt like there was a branding iron placed even the shirt part in the middle of his chest seemed to have a odd design burn into it. But Solaria would have the same experience, as would Victor. Once it was over Sodain panted then looked down sighing. Keeping his hand over the spot. Shakily he grabbed his glass of blood drinking it quickly as Ysolda blinked watching Alatrixia shed a tear and walk away after whispering and snapping her fingers.

Sodain let her move his hand but what was etched into his skin in the middle of his chest was a type of royal emblem. "Its more like what she undone to me. I don't get it, Why did she reinstate the royal status she sealed away from me and my parents?"

Skyla had grabbed a glass of water and was using a cloth wiping Solaria's hand the back of her hand off showing a royal brand mark had been burned into Solaria's hand. Solaria sat looking up to Alatrixia. "Why give back what you took from me so long ago?" She verbally asked Alatrixia.

Alatrixia sighed. "I was wrong to just up and revoke the royal status you, Sodain, and victor as well as any other child you would have had. If I knew you gave birth to the rainbow breed I never would have sealed your royal states away Princess Solaria." Alatrixia said softly adding "I mearly removed that seal which rebranded your royal seals into your flesh where they originally where placed."

Alatrixia sat down waiting looking over the treaty papers to see if anything else needed added. "Princess Rosatil I will be revoking the forbiddance of females wielding, owning and using weapons, and lift the restriction that only men can hunt so I will need a trainer to take on the few females that will want to learn archery and how to hunt as well I don't trust male instructors teaching females, specially when I caught my own daughter late at night in the empty archery field trying to use a bow when she thought no one was watching to make sure she would not get into trouble.

Vayla is a sweet girl deep down but she can act cruel and cold in front of me or her brother. Though it pains her at times to do it. Specially when my son sees it fit to have a peasant whipped in public because she or he was not fast enough fetching water for him or his horse." Alatrixia said softly.

Sodain smiled to Vayla as he st back resting. "Hmm that feels nice. Thank you." Sodain said forming a rose made out of ruby crystal with a long enough setm he placed it in her hair by her ear before closing his eyes and started snoring seeming to fall asleep.

Alatrixia shakes her head a bit. "I told her she would never be seen as weak or made fun of by following her true nature. But I seen the fear in her eyes when she didn't act cruel like her brother at times telling him it was enough. I seen the fear he shot into her with a look like he got a sense of pleasure out of it though it don't always happen there are times he don't seem quite like himself." Alatrixia said adding. "But so far since I threw out all the mirrors in the castle and hid the ones that was out publicly he seems not to get that deranged attitude anymore. Though he is still quite cruel." She finished then nods a bit looking the treaty over and says "This looks like one fine treaty you got proposed here. I will allow later negotiated additions should you have need to add it." She said then signed her name and placed her seal to few drops of melted wax which was Rosatil's copy.
