Psychic Pokemon with Technician.
I have never been more in love.
Mr. Mime and Breloom, via Dream World, both can come with Technician. surprised surprised surprised
Meaning, I finally might get my Technician team done. =D With those two additions.
EDIT: Ohhhhh s**t.
Telepathy: Prevents damage from team-mates during Double and Triple battles
Only Riguree and Oobemu come with it Naturally, but Dream World lets:
Gardevoir, Medicham, and Musharna learn it. <********, I"m excited for this game.

I thought of a 2 stage pokemon.
Starts off as a baby rabbit(normal type), then when a shiny stone is used on it it evolves into a jack rabbit that has a second type that changes depending on the area it is/the season.
Normal/Water(Surfing)
Normal/Rock(Caves)
Normal/Steel(Cities)
Normal/Ice(Winter)
Normal/Fire(Summer)
Normal/Grass(Forests)
Normal/Ground(Autumn)
Normal/Dark(Temples)
Normal/Fighting(E4/Victory Road)
Normal/Flying(Spring)
Normal/Poison(Marsh)
Normal/Psychic(Gyms)
...I can't really think of ones for Dragon, Electric, Bug, and Ghost.

Charmander = sitting on that rock
Cyndaquil = I remember its old trainer trying to take it back from Ash
Pokabu = Ditched at the Battle Dome, or whatever it's called.

Also, Ash's Cyndaquil was legit. He was competing with another trainer to see who would get to cap it, but it was still captured by Ash normally in the end.

If yu wanna be technical and count it, by catching legitimately, Ash DID save it from being caught by a potentially abusive trainer.
But in the end it was still wild.
