She really only does post on the weekends. Weekdays, she's busy in school.

The only problem with Ichigo's dad being the former 11th squad captain is that that captain was killed in front of an audience of other captains. It doesn't hint anywhere that he just lost his spirit power and vanished, it says many times "killed". Not to mention that the timeline is a little off, that captain died around 20 years before the current time so unless they were planning on putting filler in there that explains the five years he was on earth without spirit power then it doesn't really make sense.
Something more accurate would be his father losing his spirit power due to interacting with Ishida's dad (there are many solid connections between the two from the very beginning of the series) and falling for a human woman - resulting in his powers likely being stripped, or even better yet, BECAUSE he fell in love with that woman, he got Urahara to make him a spirit scattering gigai like the one Rukia had, and because of that lost his powers for a time. I say that because Urahara appologizes after the fight with the transformed Grand Fisher and Ichigo's dad says that he doesn't blame Urahara.

Deathgod Kuro Kihaku Personally I think that Ichigo's dad is the former captain of squad 11. Mostly since they have basically refused to reveal what the captain looked like that Kenpachi challenged for the position and the fact that he is incredibly strong and able to destroy an arrancar without even using shikai or anything. Though that is just my guess. Couldn't be, or at least I don't think it could because during the Bounto Arc in the Anime, it looks like Kenpachi kills the captain, or inflicts heavy wounds. Although I myself cannot come up with a better theory..... Also it appears I was beaten to that.

Okay, so anyone that didn't finish the first kidou lesson - which is basically everyone, can come anytime (that is, on weekends and later in the "training" week) to the kidou honing ground. One of the kidou staff will be present to ensure you don't kill yourself.
You won't be able to pass the exams without additional training.
