((@Lee: OMG, and I was realizing that it looked like Azriel was the only female in the group at this point when we're probably about to run into Zelos, holy shmeg. rofl

@Neverwinter: I have to be honest, you need to work on thinking things through...if it was a fight Darren was looking for, you should have remembered there's an arena in Meltokio. The group could have done with a little more time to end up finding him.

Azriel simply facepalmed at what transpired between Grimm and Darren. She didn't have anything much to add, as Cinkel put it quite well already.

"Well...as long as he's out cold, I think it would be best to put him in a resting place. The inn, perhaps?"

Chiaro could feel surges of energy coming from the nearby mountains, immediately identifying light and darkness among them. As she tuned in more to that surge, she could eventually identify fire and ice as well. "Them again..." she droned out, looking eye-to-eye with Oscuro.

Oscuro put a finger to her lips. "Shhhhh...."

"...Who again?"

Cinkel pointed towards the inn's direction, "It should be right over there. It's not too far from the entrance. You gonna need a hand lifting him?"

Cinkel crossed his arms and smiled, "Money? Why would you need this money?"

As Raine was walking down the road towards Meltokio, she felt an incredible increase of mana coming from the Fooji mountains, "What in the world?" It had been a long time since she felt mana in such a high concentration. "Well it is along the way and could be worth while to learn what causing it... plus anything this high is unlikely to be any good." The last part she learned the hard way on her previous journey. Either way she turned and started to head for the mountains. Curiosity had gotten the best of her.



It was clear that Oro and Schwarz were still out matched by their former masters.

"Come on! is this all that you can do?" Marv laughed as he blocked Schwarz's attacks. Marv only had a wounds on his arms but they were minimal at best. Schwarz on the other hand was covered with cuts and bruises the most serious cut being on his right shoulder. "I thought you said that you were going to kick my a** this time."
"Oh shut you smart mouthed piece of... True Demon Fang!" Dark energy consumed his sickles blade he shot at the mass of energy at Marv.
Marv stood his ground as the energy wave push him back, He laughed more sadistically as he saw that he had finally got cut on his face, "That is more like it! Come at me with every ounce of power you can muster!!!"

Oro wasn't faring any better against Rox. He wasn't even trying to attack back, and Oro wasn't about to just let him start any time he pleased either. As soon as Oro finished his first assault, he took a single step and began the second, then the next. This constant attack was starting to to get to Oro and was starting to have rasp in his breathing. Rox sighed as Oro began another assault, "Is this, or for that matter any other world really worth saving?"
"Shut your trap already! Holy Dive!" He jumped up and shot down at Rox pushing him back, "Howling Wolf!" power surged through Oro's leg creating a wolf head and a sound of wind similar to a howl as he did a spinning kick at Rox.
Once more causing Rox to be pushed back. "So that's your answer." Oro once again started his assault, "I truly am sorry to hear that Oro."

((... I think I made Marv here a tiny bit too... Battle Happy sweatdrop ))

(( Oh no nothing like that Azura... I just, didn't like putting characters other than my own, in a battle that was meant to be a total lose to begin with. Plus I think I'd have to godmode Marv and Rox if the others were with them at this point. confused ))

Rhone simply grinned at the conversation the group was having. He then reached into his pocket and took out a quite large amount of gald.
It's really no problem, guys. I've got us covered.

Fahriel stared for a few seconds at Darren's unconscious body and chuckled.
I see you've found your friend...but honestly I was kind of hoping to have something to do...A true knight never takes a vacation. He is always on duty. Consider yourselves armed with a bodyguard.
He looked quite content with his forceful entrance into the group.

Meanwhile, Zelos, after enjoying a fancy party with some of the more influential people of Meltokio, was walking outside of his manor in his Narcissist outfit when he heard a loud "thud" at the gate. This intrigued him, and he decided to check it out. When he got there, he completely forgot about what he was there for when he saw Azriel, whom he rushed over to immediately.

After looking her over discreetly for a few seconds, specifically at her chest and backside, he bent down and kissed her hand.
The great Zelos Wilder, at your service. What brings someone as lovely as you to this humble city?

Rhone laughed to himself for a few seconds and decided to tease his old buddy.

Zelos looks at Rhone curiously in a few seconds before realizing who he is.
Oh! Rhone, I forgot you could do that. And i calculated them long ago. Now I'm weighing repercussions.

Rhone tipped his hat over his eyes and chuckled a little.
Only you would notice a girl for that before you see the contrasting wings on her back. This is Azriel, I met her today oddly enough in Heimdal. ^_^"

Zelos finally noticed the wings on Azriel's back.

Vance turned back to Azriel.
yeah, I've met him a few times. If only Sheena were here to keep him in check..
