LOL I took a double take on that one at first too! Actually, that is Officer Boothe in the EI Report. He is another fine officer within the Gaian Limits. Note that he has different hair in both style and color. Can't see the eyes through his mirrored glasses, but chances are his eye color is different from mine as well. You know how it goes, those of us in same uniforms tend to make us all look alike! lol
