"You're going to cook? How splendidly surprising." Medei said earnestly. No one ever cooked for her. This was truely a delight.
As Bukotsu turned to observe the nick nacks and scarves, she wondered down an aisle with some old gothic style dresses. Some were long white gowns with belled sleeves made of velvet, others were black with red silk trim. If my heart were pounding any louder, he would hear it. At the end of the aisle, she found a gorgeous dress. It was one of the many white dresses, only instead of being all white, it had red trim. It had a laced, corset front and back. There was red silk trim around the bottom of the skirt and around the bell sleeves.
She wondered whether she should try it on, and without thinking, she walked towards a dressing room and tried it on. It fit wonderfully and looked quite breath-taking. Not just on her, but in general. She came out back in her normal clothes, and purchased the dress. With her bag in hand, she searched around for Bukotsu, and only until she turned around did she see him.
"Oh, Bukotsu...I bought something nice. I was thinking of wearing it to dinner. Would that be alright?"Medei said quietly, blushing. She wanted to make sure it was alright to wear it. Medei wanted to look nice after all...Even though it was only for Bukotsu.

"Ha-ha, yes I am going to be cooking for you," Bukotsu smiled as he looked at the clothes that were on hold. Apparently the clothes Bukotsu chose were for Medei. He instead had picked out a pin striped shirt and some fancy looking pants to go with it.
"If you bought something nice then I would have had to also, and I did," Bukotsu said as he pulled out his wallet and pulled out several large bills to cover the cost of the blue clothes and the orange-red clothes.
"You look great now, and if that dress adds to it, then I would never mind if you do wear something nice again," Bukotsu smiled as he received his clothes in his bag. He placed his clothes on his back pack carefully as to not wrinkle them.
"Let's see...Would you like to go the video store and check out a movie?" Bukotsu asked as he stood up with his bag.
"You know, something we could watch after dinner?" Bukotsu laughed lightly reminding himself that it was 'always' important to watch a movie after eating, it was some kind of ritual to him, but since it was a friend, he would like to share his 'ritual' with her.

Medei smiled when he remarked about the comment she'd made about him cooking dinner. "What did you buy?" She asked, curious to his purchase. She hadn't seem him pick anything up.
Medei blushed when Bukotsu complimented her. She'd never had so many compliments from just one person. It was astonishing, in a good way. She swung her bag slightly in her right hand, careful to not hit anything or anyone. What she hadn't told Bukotsu was that she'd bought something for him.
"Movie huh? Sounds like something I'd do." She laughed. How strange that they had some of the same 'rituals' one might deem as having OCD. "I'd love to check out a movie. What kind of films do you like?" Since it seemed to be something he was sharing with her, she thought it best to let him pick the movie. Besides, Medei knew that no matter what movie he picked, it would be good. They had similar tastes. She smiled casually at him, running a hand through her hair.

"I bought myself a shirt and some clean and nice looking pants, and I bought you something that I cant tell you what it is yet..." Bukotsu said almost teasing her.
He almost felt like fainting after giving her such a flattering comment. Which apparently to him felt like it took guts this time...
"I like some comedy and some horror movies alot, but then again I like watching a good action or a drama," Bukotsu spoke in answer to her queston. Unbeknownst to Medei, Bukotsu had a softer side and weakness when it came to watching a drama romance film. He then pulled her arm gently and led her into the video store.
He could only think of picking a video as well shopping for the ingredients to his dinner now.
"I think we could have dinner in my dorm tonight, apparently it is more suitable than the cafeteria and alittle less crowded than a restaurant, at least my dorm is pretty clean and rather large..." Bukotsu said remembering that he had to buy groceries as well.
"Is that alright with you?" Bukotsu said turning his head to look for an answer.

"I'm sure you will look quite handsome. You bought me something? You shouldn't have, though I'm sure it's only fair, because I purchased something for you too." She couldn't believe he'd done that. It was the sweetest thing in the world.
When he listed his preferences for movies, she nodded her head in agreement. "I'd have to say, I'm a fan of romance films, but I also like action, drama, comedy, and horror. Quite recently I watched "Suicide Club" and loved it." She let him pull her into the video store, and it gave her good shivers.
When he mentioned dinner in his room, she immediately looked at. She never thought such an invitation would float her way. "Sounds lovely. Quiet, private time to enjoy each other's company. I like the sound of that." Medei was rather excited now. "Is that allowed though? I wouldn't want you to get in trouble, for having a girl in your room." She knew it would be harmless, but she still didn't want to cause him trouble.

"You did?" Bukotsu said as he turned his attention directly towards her and slowly loosened his hold with her hand.
"I have never watched it, do you recommend it?" Bukotsu replied in place of Medei, "but I have recently watched a movie called Deathnote and Myth". Bukotsu was more of a bead cushion when he heard she mention romance, but he was also surprised by their commen interests in movies.
"To be honest, I 've had to watch a young girl, and had a friend help me watch her, soo yea I guess it's okay at this point... And I don't think you have ever gotten me in trouble yet," Bukotsu smirked as he still couldn't feel like letting go of her hand. It didn't bother him that they would be alone in his room, just meant more time together to know each other more personally.

She nodded enthusiastically. "It's nothing extravagent, but I thought of you the moment I saw it. A small trifle to remember me." Medei smiled, though she was a bit sad when his grip on her hand loosened.
"I would recommend it, if you don't mind a bit of blood, and some hysterical singing by Rolly. Deathnote? Myth? I don't think I've heard of either of those. I'm sure that if you like them, I should too, considering out parallel tastes." Medei was glad their tastes in movies didn't clash. It would be hard to pick a movie.
"A young girl? How did you come across such a responsibility as that?" What a feat. Taking care of a younger child, and a girl no less. Medei smirked when he remarked about her not getting him in to trouble...yet. She looked at him and smiled, squeezing his hand gently. She didn't want to let go yet.

"I am definetly flattered to hear that you bought me something..."Bukotsu said as his face flushed and had a large smile on his face. He was glad he bought something for her, or else he would feel very, very guilty. He hled her hand firmly. He could only look over at their hands and smile.
"Singing and blood sounds like something new," Bukotsu laughed. Bukotsu then simple smiled to her in regards to her not watching Death note, or Myth, "How's about we rent Myth? It's kind of a very impressive movie about Jackie Chan and some time travel," Bukotsu replied as he reached out to the movie with his free hand.
"I met this little girl named Sachi in my earlier days here at Ria, apparently she was really absorbed with learning martial arts and botanical alchemy after seeing me do it, so apparently I don't know where she is since she can handle herself," Bukotsu said as he looked up at the ceiling wondering where Sachi was.
He noticed that Medei gripped his hand to the point of squeezing and that he himself was feeling rather warmly up inside. People where passing by and watching them hold their hands together and make comments about 'isn't that sweet?' and 'what a lovely couple'.

Smiling, Medei watched his face flush as a smile formed on his face as well.
"Jackie Chan and time travel in the same movie sound awesome. Though I have to admit, my favorite Jackie Chan movie was always 'Big Trouble In Little China.' It just seemed to make me laugh." She said watching him grab the movie. "There is a movie called 'Ong Bak: The Thai Warrior.' The main character in it is the next Jackie Chan, I swear." She replied animatedly.
Medei listened to him talk about the little girl he'd met, Sachi. "She seems like a very headstrong girl. Perhaps I will have the honor of meeting her one day. Surely if someone deserves your friendship, they must be a wonderful person." Medei said, nodding to herself.
When she had gripped his hand tighter, she couldn't help but smile. She liked holding his hand. She didn't think there was anything wrong with that. When she too heard what people were saying about her and Bukotsu, she couldn't help but laugh and look at him with a smile. "People can be funny."

"Guhh....yea...." Bukotsu said as he heard comments which apparently made him shoot up in the blush-o-meter. His hand totally found it's way to firmly holding Medei's hand.
"I uhhh can't...seem to form words right now...." Bukotsu said as a wiggled smile went across his face as though he felt like his strong insides became jelly. People were looking at him now as if he were some love sick puppy.
"People...are weird..." Bukotsu said as he made a keaton like glare at the people who somehow magically went back to work. Bukotsu looked at Medei and couldn't help but realize they were already at the register for the movie. It all seemed so quick, as to how Bukotsu had somehow without knowing it, move on his own as if everything were natural.
"That...was pretty...zoom...fast..err quick..." Bukotsu said as he realized he pulled out several bills from his free hand handing it already to the clerk.

Smiling, Medei looked at the ground. "Bukotsu...relax." She whispered. People made her a jumpy, but never like this. She looked back up at him with a curious glance.
"And if you could form words, what would you be trying to say?" She replied, trying to help him in a way of sorts. Medei thought it cute that he seemed to be a little...out of sorts...to say the least.
"Onomatopoeia. What a way to win a girl's heart." Medei said, in response to his 'zoom'. She watched as he handed the clerk money to pay for the movie. "Next time, I'm paying." Bukotsu had been paying for a lot of things. It made her warm and fuzzy.
"Where to next?" Medei said, full of energy.

"I need to buy several ingredients..." Bukotsu smirked as he received the bag with movies in it. He added the bag to his other hand which had the clothes on it. His head was becoming full of funny thoughts and funny little moments.
"If I could tell you , it's that you're making feel awfully funny and ticklish inside...that and maybe someone felt like they just kicked me in the gut," Bukotsu said not knowing that his little stomach ache were just butterflies in his stomach.
"I mean, its not like your kryptonite to me or anything, it's just my insides are alittle upset, it was probably something from that swim," Bukotsu said as he couldn't seem to let his hand go, it almost felt like a perfect fit now and that it was something natural to Bukotsu.
"Well, I need stop by the grocery store in here to grab some things," Bukotsu smirked as he saw that there was in fact a large store across the way from the movie store.

Such a boy. Medei thought, smirking to herself. She shook her head and ran a hand absently through her hair, making it fan out this way and that.
She looked at him when he told her how he was feeling. "Well I'm sorry that I am making you feel that way. I can try and stop, though I'm not quite sure how I would do that." She replied honestly. Truth be told, he gave her the same feelings.
"Bukotsu, if you aren't feeling too good, are you going to be alright for dinner?" She hoped he would be, because she'd been looking forward to this the whole time. Medei looked around them, and saw more than just a few pairs of eyes smiling at them. It made her blush rather violently.
"Do you want me to come in the store with you, or would you like me to wait outside. I don't mind either." She said, trying to take her mind off the people who'd been looking at Bukotsu and her as if they were some perfect pair.

"Uhh... really it isnt anything..." Bukotsu said as he glanced over at Medei. He looked at her for a moment and glanced back to the store, "Sure why not?" Bukotsu smiled lightly as he looked over to the store.
I'll be fine for dinner as long as it doesn't kill me," Bukotsu said as he glanced over at the people looking at them in awe. He gave a slight frown as they pressed on with their own matters.
"People are still weird..." Bukotsu said as he led Medei into the store.

She shrugged, as he led her into the store. "I don't think it will kill you, but that's just me. At least I don't ever recall anyone ever dying from liking someone. She thought to herself.
Medei didn't really know what to say, so she stayed quiet. They had exhausted every topic she could imagine. Then she thought of something. "What kind of music do you like Bukotsu?" She asked quietly.
