Sorry, I went shopping with one of my friends to get birthday presents for my friends and my older sister.
We ended up buying this RIDICULOUS purse at FYE. It suits my friend, so I hope shes happy. ^^

Rei;; I feel even older. I started off slow. Now I'm advanced lit. Its like writing Fanfiction chapters.
Those can get a little ignore-fest, too. One on Ones are the best thing I've found so far though.

I hate one on one. Boring. They lack a true element of story and that being cast.
But, group rps are very complicated and often annoying...

@Tiefe: It's okay, and I guess it was needed. It seems things don't get done until the point is put across harshly. The next time things start to get out of hand like that, I'll try to be more assertive.
@Rosy: I was close dangit! scream rofl You're actually good for a newb, in my opinion. smile You were wary of when your character begins to look overpowered and invincible when you were creating her. You have your character paying attention to as much as she could and should, and you don't make it as if she should be the center of attention all the time. I say keep at the way you've been going about it. 3nodding If you don't mind critique, I'll start pointing out where things are beginning to look off.
I may have been RPing for a while, but I will never touch advanced lit. lol I think it's the pressure when massive posts are often expected of you. I want to be laid back, as I vary on how much effort I want to put in at certain times.  I've never tried one-on-one either.
Do you guys think New Tomorrow became quite a mess as it started? Yeah, I have to admit that was the first time I tried to organize an RP like that. I'm actually more of a follower.

Rei: If its lacking anything, most likely because the person opposite of you sucked. If you want a true element of a story... I think I've made person opposite of me cry. Albeit, most OnexOne is romantic. I can do action, but those don't go over to well. Romance is a lot more fun most of the time. Drama also goes over well.
Group Role-plays create Drama. There's always going to be one person that doesn't get along with others, or decides that they're going to do their own thing despite what everyone else is doing.
Azu;; Mhm. Being assertive is something you'll need in life. I'm not just assertive, I'm aggressive. : D
Its not that bad. Most ADVLIT that specific paragraph count and word count are full of egotistical a**-wholes who like making people feel inferior to them.
Its a chore.
In most of the Semi-adv I'm in, I've changed it to Light Lit. Where the posts are longer and more detailed. People seem to enjoy writing a lot when I contribute.
As for Tomorrow, I'm not a fan of just Dialogue. Obviously there has to be some action or inflection on to what your character is doing.
If you don't even strive to put that forth in your posts, then all you are doing is conversing, and you don't belong in this "Type" or role-play. People like that are, in my opinion, better suited to the Chat rooms that litter Gaia.
One on One is fun. You should find a partner sometime that shares a similar interest as you, and OxO.
Mhhhm. The general organization of NT is alright. I can tell you kidnapped by Profile thread that I made for Start me up. Which I don't mind. I don't teach, I don't impart knowledge and I don't share words of Wisdom.
The best way of getting things from me is to steal them.

I find it much more enriching in a group of people. Drama happens, and for those who claim to hate dramatic things, they lie if they are here on a roleplaying site. Most people have just forgotten what Drama really is. At least, thats what I believe.

Rei;; Yea. But dealing with one person is better than dealing with a group of people who don't know what they're doing, and refuse to accept critique. That or a person who will insult the IC of a person.
Its just easier with people you like.

Yeah, that's one thing I know too well...being too nice lets people walk all over you. gonk Being assertive where it's needed is something I'm continuing to learn. :3
I see, I see. I really just intend for New Tomorrow to be an RP where people can approach with whatever style they're comfortable with (except for simplifying things down to asterisk actions >.<). That...might not go over well sometimes, will it? The thing about Krazy I've seen so far is that, while she may not be descriptive, she doesn't seem to mind when people fill in the details for her (imply what her characters seem to be doing, as long as you don't twist it around to benefit yourself---dude, Krazy, if you're seeing this, correct me if I'm wrong ). She'll need to be reminded of things when she's a little off, though.
Ahh, what can I say? ^^;; I'm a stickler for organization (read: I probably have OCD o_o), and when I saw the layout of your profiles thread, I just had to apply it to New Tomorrow's. xd
