maenad nuri I have spent the day with food. Sushi leftovers for lunch, reorganized my pantry, watched Good Eats on youtube and I have soft pretzels baking in the oven. It is a good day. I had eggs and toast, Devonshire cream tea with cranberry and golden raisin scones, and a bison burger. nom nom saturated fat nom.

I decided not to go out with my friends to the goth club tonight and just stay home. It's relaxing, but I feel as if I'm missing out. I hate being broke.

Quick question since it seems like this word will not come to me.
What would you call the opposite of Individuality in regards to the Eastern philosophy where they value being together and overcoming obstacles because of teamwork?

I have an interview for the university I want to go to on wednesday!
I'm exited and also extremely worried. In addition to the interview I have to write a 1000 word essay on 'the role of a biomedical scientist'. I'm 780 words in and I've run out of ideas. xp

Round about the point where the fun-making is not followed by hugs or "But seriously, are you OK?" and doesn't look like it will be. Taking the piss while picking someone up is acceptable if they're friends. Key words here - while picking someonne up.

I live!
New place is getting settled now, all the stuff's in my name...unpacking as fast as I can, because I can't stand being surrounded by a wall of boxes. So far so good - it's weird being so close to a video store/emergency food place (WalMart, this place has an actual Wegman's grocery store, so I'm avoiding the WalMart when I can) I can walk there.
I think - if I heard phone plan guy right - I have a wicked good land line plan for once too. Once I get settled in properly, I might start asking for numbers of those in the US and Canada to annoy for a bit... ninja
We'll see if I can overcome my dislike of the phone for once. biggrin
