xion-tono My name is Alison. I'm 19. I'm in the Army and that's where I converted, in basic training. A good friend of mine in my platoon was in the priesthood and I would ask him questions every day. He ended up being the one baptizing me right before we graduated. That was back on June 28th of this year, so yeah... I'm a newbie. sweatdrop I just got married on Sept 21. My husband is in the Marine Corps, he's also 19, and he's a Catholic. Having a dual military marriage is by no means easy, especially when you're not in the same branch, so life this past year has been pretty rough. Also, I go to college in Kentucky and he was living in Ohio where we're from. Uhhh, I don't really know what else to say. >.< Where in Ohio are you from? and welcome!

I go by "hirafu" here on Gaia. I am 23 years old and I live in Washington state. A young friend introduced me to this game, and her mother is meeting with the missionaries and I tomorrow afternoon! She took a big interest in my faith after she saw my baptism handout on the coffee table. She is currently reading The Teachings of the Presidents of the Church book I loaned her. biggrin
I am a recent convert to the LDS church, and having the Gospel in my life has changed me so much for the better. I am grateful for the Holy Spirit as my constant companion and I am inspired by the kindness and welcoming by my LDS brothers and sisters in our ward. I am very happy to be in this guild now, too! heart
My testimony grows stronger each day, and I eagerly am looking forward to going to the Temple. And I hope to chat and become friends with many of you here in this guild! Thank you for being here as a sanctuary for me, and for all of us.

Hi, my name is Anthony, I'm 22 years old(tomorrow is my Birthday), and I live in Texas. I was raised Catholic, but I consider myself to be agnostic. I joined because I was interested in learning more about the Mormon religion.

Hello all! I am Katsuno_Hitomi. I was born into the church(parents are converts) in Florida, moved to Washington during high school, and came to Utah not long after I graduated. I am so grateful for the gospel in my life. Without it, I'd probably bein the loony bin, no joke. I have schizophrenia, and it has really messed up my life. I'm 21 and have never had a job. Thankfully, throughout all of my delusions, the gospel has always been my anchor, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
In less serious matters, I am a big otaku(I'm getting a Japanese BoM for Christmas this year), love Tolkien and Star Trek, and am generally a very nice person. I hope to have a lot of fun in this guild.

I know, not long but long enough for me to have a strong testimony of the church. I won't say where i live to safety reasons. Anyway, feel free to PM me if anyone wants to chat. smile

From alaska and i was just recently baptised i grew up with a pagan mom and an athiest dad sooooooooo yah but my great grand father was mormon and so was his whole family im kind of continuing the line

Well, I'm miserymemory, or nicknamed Memory,Blaze, and named Breanna. biggrin
Ummm.... sweatdrop I'm not yet a member of the Church, but, I am taking the discussions and really...what's the word... determined to join! mrgreen My parents really don't know either, which is the reason it's taking so long because I'm pretty much having to sneak out to the Institute of Religion two miles away. ninja
In other words, I currently go to the University of Oklahoma, I'm a military brat (with atheists as parents... gonk and crazy, strictly Baptists as grandparents stressed ) and I am majoring in Geography, minoring in either Archeology or Latin. mrgreen
I am hoping to meet new friends... especially since the friends I have from school are either devout Catholics or strictly Baptist who are attempting to turn me from the path our Heavenly Father has shown me. smile

Well hello everybody!! I'm sooooo happy to have found a guild for people who share the same religion and standars as me!! My name is Leanne and I'm 15 going on 16!
I have been a member all my life, but I was truly converted a few years ago when I started living with my grandparents after I was removed from an abusive home. Prayer, scripture study, leaders, and my loving family have all helped me to realize who I really want to be and have now reached that goal!!!
favorite movie is Saturday's Warrior!

♪♫ ****************************************  ****************************************hi everyone! I am so glad to have found this place! Im also a member and have been my hole life. Not aktive though. I came and went all the time until I met my husband in a konferense 5 years ago. Im home all day with our 2 sons while my husband works so it will be nice to have some one to talk to here that share our beliefe. 3nodding (Im the only member from my family.) I realy miss my husband family (they live 4hours jurny by car from us) who also are members and really fun to be around. Where we live now there are not many members.. sad especially not in our age... Greetings my Brothers and Sisters, I am X. I just joined the church a few months back. I've been in it for 6 months now and It's been the best time of my life. I have really changed from the old me that died on that day of my baptism. Once that new man arose from that water, I knew that I would give it my all as I continue down this road. I am 21 years old and am the only member of my whole family that is Mormon, They are Baptist but are inactive. But i wont give up on them! If you have any questions for me feel free to ask me.
