I have one character already, but my friend who asked me to join is leaving me hanging for the moment, so I decided to make a new character, and I went with the Chuunin opening for Sunagakure. hope I get it

Sadly, no I do not. Though you can pm the Kazekage and ask if she or he can be available for what you need. Hunter was the Kazekage, though I think it's now Uchiha Zakoichi.
