Reiko snapped out of her slight daze and blushed somewhat at Luna's presence still there. Apparently Reijin-chan had heard the request and went to retrieve the supplies. Reiko herself was hardly an artist, she was more geared to playing instruments, dancing and the art of conversation and tea ceremony. Painting was something that she had never been able to do. "I could provide music for you while you and Reijin-chan practice... if you wish Luna-chan. I've been working on my shamaisen skills... I think they are... improving."

Luna sat quietly her heavier robes tied around her. Silently she sipped her tea with a small smile on her face. Luna knew what to paint exactly to set her mood, Tanpopo, she would paint her friend and give it as a gift for Popo was beautiful and her friend who was on her way to being a Geisha, and what better a way to come out with a bang and get noticed? She planned it out she'd draw popo in the rain holding a bright pink umbrella the rain pouring off the umbrella with the moonlight behind Popo illuminating her in a bright lavender and silver kimono Sakura flower lining it gracefully. Luna snapped back to reality at Reiko's words and smiled. "Please do." She held her usual kind smile that seemed rare before but becomming more noiticable now.

Kaori snaped out of her mental battle and looked up at the girl who had just enterd. that must be the girl they are talking about the one who had recently learned she was becoming a maiko. Kaori bowed to her because even she was a highre rank than herself but she kept most of her thoughts to herself. She would hate to displease Kyoku after all she had done for her with any stuipid comments or just being noseiy in gernal. she leaned back up and watched them all then she scooted back some to make room for the girl if she joined the geisha.

A smile came to face and nodded slowly to show that she understood, "Thank you, Onee-sama. You are wise beyond your years." At the sudden sound of a girl's voice, she knew it was her new novice. She turned around and smiled warmily, "Popo-chan! Please, come in! How are you feeling?," Iyasu nodded as she felt her pride come to her, knowing that she would be teaching her younger sisters the same way as Kyoku had taught her. "Oh, this is a new face in the okiya, Kaori-chan. And this is the head Geisha and my Onee-sama, Kyoku-san."

Popo turned around and went inside sitting where Kaori had left her a spot. She smiled faintly, "I am fine. I am feeling better." She was brief, for she was unsure of herself and unsure of this new world she was put in. Popo was weary about whether or not she would cut it as a maiko or geisha, but trusted that, whatever happens, its fated.

Kaori looked over this new maiko and was awed at her even sick and tired here features were beautiful and delicate. She would be a beautiful geisha like the other two if ever given the chance. Koari loweerd her head a bit so she was not staring and thought a few moments before remebering somehting that had been said when she had arived. She piped up "Can anyone tell me where the kitchin is so i may prepair you all some tea to talk over?" She looked at the three there from outside the little semi circle awaiting a response.

Konoka bowed her head towards the new maiko, smiling slightly. Soon, it would be her chance... hopefully. She lifted herself back up and back away from the small group. If her skills as a maiko didn't cut it, then her skills as a ninja, would. She kneeled on the floor, sliding the door open and shut it as she shuffled out. She walked past the head Geisha's room and peeked in through the crack. She sighed at the random items laying around and she quickly snapped the door open. She walked in, tying her sleeves back. She kneeled down and started putting the Geisha's makeup back in her box, fondly looking over the powder and lip paint. She dusted a bit of the powder on her finger and ran it over her cheek. She lifted the mirror and smiled. Soon, her whole face would be white. She smirked. Then she would be the best Geisha in the Okiya.

Yokome placed her shamisen in the cupboard and went downstairs. All her friends seemed to have disapeared from the okiya! "Where have they all gone to?" She thought. She felt alone again.

"Im glad to hear your feeling better popo-chan. Im afraid i dont know your very well, please tell me about yourself." She smiled at Tanpopo with calm and ease, she wanted to girl to feel comfortable.
"Kaori, the kitchen is down this corridor right here." she motioned towards the sliding door they had come thru "Tea would be lovely thank you, bring some rice crackers while you are there too, then come and join us."

"I don't know what to say, Kyoku-san. I like singing..." Popo glanced down. She felt bad that she did not know how to answer Kyoku's questions. She did not want to give a bad answer, so she left her answer simple. Maybe Kyoku would ask more..

Kaori bowed and sliped out in to the hall. she mad her way down it slowly till she found the kitchin. Quietly she went inside and set about makeing tea. She found a clean kettle and filled it with water and set it to boil. She looked thru a few cabnets till she found both rice crackers and tea. she set them on a table and searched and found enough tea cups and saucers. She found a tray and set the cups saucsers and crackers on the tray then went and pulled the kettle careful off the hea and added the tea leaves to steep while she srched for a tea pot to serve it in. she found one and set it on the tray along side the cups. She careful lifted the kettle and pourd tea into the pot then sliped the lid on. She quickly cleaned the still scorching hot kettle and set it out to both dry and cool. Kaori gatherd up the tray making sure napkins were on the tray. she maneverd down the hall careful and semi slow not wanting to spil or break anythin. She managed to get back into the room and set everthing on a nearby table with out droping a thing. she pourd tea and served crackers to the geisha first then to the maiko but not herself. She kneeled carefuly down near them to listen and watch them trying to mimic the geish she so badly wish she could be.

Reiko smiled then to her friend, it was good to see the girl remotely happy. After all she had been through she deserved all of the happiness in the world. Too bad it didn't work that way, as Reiko herself had learned. Sometimes the best of things happened to the worst of people... and the worst of things happened to the best of people. Fate was strange in that regard. Standing carefully she would give Luna-chan a bow before heading off to find her shamaisen, and once she did, and properly tuned the instrument, she returned to Luna's room, still awaiting Reijin-chan to return with the paints.

"Thank you, Kaori-chan." She gave a bow of thanks to the maid, before her attention back to the head-geisha and Popo.
Iyasu looked to Tanpopo and studiously observed her with soft eyes. Perhaps, she wasn't doing her best as an older sister to her. She had to do better to set Popo-chan at ease and to give her more confidence.
"Yes, Popo-chan has thought about making singing her specality!" Iyasu added, hoping that she trying to help her out some.

Yokome decided to wander the okiya a little bit, since she had nothing much going on at the moment. She went into the kitchen and poured herself a little tea and drank it slowly. The okiya seemed so quiet. Was anyone else around? Yokome thought.
