Does Fourth Division act as Sereitei's FDA? I thought Squad 4 only cared for the wounded... well, I guess plenty of whiskey, beer, and sake is a well-balanced diet!
No really, I've never heard 7th Division members eating properly...

I don't know but I have been away for a couple days. Well, not away, but my laptop decided to freak out and burn out on me, so I bought myself a base unit with a high-spec graphics card today.

What's the deal with training. Any special requirements for when or how I can train for stuff like shikai, martial arts, etc?
