As he began to walk towards the Mayors office, he stopped to answer the question.

"Your mother is responsible for these powers...And why I wear these bandages..." he said, looking back at her.

He stood there for a second, as if planning something. He then turned back, going back towards the Capitol Building.
"Are you coming? Or can I kill anything moving, over there..?"

Zudah was able to get up, and listened to what Zahzi had said.
"I guess I know where to be now..." he said, before disappearing.

XV Looked at The Dead Body the at the Mayor Then at Kimi "That is up to the Mayor but If the law was to Be enforced It Would be Jail" He Looked back At The Entrance And aimed His Cannons That was again, Lowering his Face Blast shield Ready for Firing at an Intruder that would Come to close, He keeps scanning the tunnel for Live.

"Who Go's there?" XV Asked the moment his Scanner Picked up Zudah Entering The range of The Scanner "Zudah?" he Asked after hearing whom the Voice Belonged to "Who Is coming?" he replayed to What Zudah Sayd begining to Power Up Both cannons To Max Fire Power, As They reached Max Power A Deep Hum Could be hear Emanating from them, He turned his Auto targeting Off to get more Power into The Pules Cannons.

Dro'ki had safely retuned Laviatar to one of his many safe houses this one was fairly nicer looking inside but look abandoned on the outside he placed her on a bed and left her to sleep as he sat in the chair next to the bed feeling safe himself he drifted off into meditative slumber.

When the dust cleared to where Zahzi was, he was gone.
All of a sudden, Zahzi appeared on XV's back, he was positioned where if XV tried to attack him, it would only cause more damage to itself.

"Now...You're made out of steel and radiating electricity...I wonder what would happen if I...Took it? " he said, in a humored tone.

He then ripped straight through the shoulders of XV, using his own electricity to weaken it's armor.

Without even so much as a second thought, he moved his body in a liquid motion, moving directly behind her, and kicking her in the back.

"I'm trained to take out platoons, kiddo." he said with a smirk, with his arms crossed, walking toward her.
"Killing you is a worthless endeavor, but it should pass the time, until Zahzi is vulnerable..." he says as he unsheaths the two blades.

Zahzi looked over at Zudah, then over at Shina.
"I'd better make this quick..." he said, absorbing enough of XV's electricity to render it immoble, but not offline.

He jumped down, near where Zudah and Aiva were.
"Am I going to have to take you down again?" he said, walking toward Zudah.

He raised his arm very quickly, and held the sythe from cutting him by grabbing the area where the edge met the corner.
"Yes, yes...You must be pretty proud of yourself to be the second in command of a rag-tag bunch of whining goats..." he said, with a bored expression.

"The fact is, I don't give a flying f*** what happens to this government. Hell, if Sarit was leveled, I couldn't care less. My employers sent me here to take care of some certain individuals who they deem necessary to terminate. You just didn't make the list."
As he said this, blood was coming from the top of his hand. One of his swords were on the ground because of this, but the other was being slowly adjusted, to be aimed at Aiva's neck.

"I can remember the day hell started, Shina. You started it for me. Do you remember why, or do I need to remind such a vicious b**** like yourself?" Zahzi said, doing what Aiva told him to do, and walking toward Shina.

"Well, there certainly are a lot of you little pests..." he says, completely ignoring the warning from both of them. He then pulled out a small flask from his coat's pocket. He popped it open and peered inside. "I was going to save this for Zahzi and his little band of freaks...But I guess this will have to do..."
He chuggs down the contents, and puts it away, leaving half.
This causes something to happen...The air around Zudah for instance, changes. He himself, not much has changed, except for this smile he bares...He then begins to laugh psychoticly, as a shockwave is let out, taking out the first layer of shades near him. He then grabbed the scythe still in his hand, and threw it behind him, impaling it into the wall near the tunnel.

Sparks begin to dance at a more frequent pace as Zahzi walks towards Shina. "I was the boy you used in the Blitzkreiget Project. I was also the one you tossed aside because I wouldn't comply with the murderous path you wanted me to take..."

He kept the blades on his wrists he had made since then off, but made it seem like all he could do was generate the electricity in his hands.
"And I'm also the one who will be ending your pitiful existance!"
