Hotstreak didn't seem surprised in the least when the fox spoke. Hell, when you're on a team with a bird-woman, a violent maniac that could create anything with "light energy" who had all the mental comprehension of a twelve-year-old, and a living shadow, a talking fox really wasn't much. "Mm?" he questioned Hitomi, mouth full. After a particularly showy swallow, he answered, "Half the team's already started on it; shouldn't that say how good it is?" he teased.
Gear saw Roy and Lum, and quickly (but gently) landed near them, carefully setting Bunko down. If he hadn't been with her when that crab attacked... He didn't even want to think about it.
"Heh. Figured you'd say that," Jack replied, getting a little dark skirl of delight in hearing that sword was almost complete. That meant they'd find it's power-gem sooner rather than later. How easily people let information slip when the just assumed everyone traveling with them would remain loyal to the end... He then grabbed a sizable chunk of the crab, having not eaten in a while, before flying back to the ship. "Sorry 'bout ditchin' you like that, had to go find out how much of the broken sword we have," he explained to Kikyo, taking a bite of the meat. Wow, it was pretty damn tasty. "Anyways, nah, it's not 'cause of Zuzu. Remember some of the stories I told about how things were like before my first visit here? I know I mentioned being struck by lightning; twice."
Jack wasn't the only one who was paying attention to how much of the sword they had. Seeing what kind of powers it could bestow on ultimately unworthy creatures, Kain was interested in what such a sword could do for him. He wasn't afraid of losing his mind, either. If that pale boy could do it, especially considering how weak a human's mind generally was, then there was no chance a simple weapon could break him like it had done to others. What a useful tool it could be...
((We killed a giant crab, and are now feasting upon it's remains! Morbid, yes, but damn tasty. xd ))

Amaterasu grabbed herself a chunk of crab before all it was devoured by the others. She sat down on a rock and feasted on the crab which was so good that she finished her bit in a matter of minutes.

Roy smiled to Gear when he set Bunko down on in front of them. Quickly, he picked her up and hugged her in mid-air.
Bunko was still shocked from the crab attacking, but she still hugged Roy back. "Th-Thank you Gear, for saving me." She told the man in green reaching into her pouch and holding out a handful of candy.
Minato sat down with his share of the crab in his arms beside Ammy. "Would you like some of mine?" He asked Ammy as he started to eat his crab.

The superhero smiled, glad the girl was now safe once again. "You're welcome. It's okay, you can keep your candy, if you'd like; superhero's don't save people for the reward!" he replied, with a nod.

Starfire grinned and took a handful before eating some. "Mmm~! Tastes good~!"
Oomizu finished healing Zim and went over to the crab, grabbing a bit of crab and munching on it. She then sighed and looked around.
Kikyo nodded. "Ah. now that you mention it, I think you did tell us about that."

((*sighs* looks like miroku is single again since there has been no news of CDP. well lets all just hope shes ok ))
laharl grinned as he thought to himself 'once this sword is complete, ill take it out for a test drive' he then looked over to star "Good im glad you like it Starfire" he then held her hand "Star. i love you, and i want you to remember no matter what happens ill never hurt you, if i even think about it though, i want you to finish me before i can ok?" he asked her

"Here." Minato replied taking his Flying Thunder God kunai and slicing the crab meat in half. With a smile he handed one half to Amaterasu, and ate the other.

"Alright, if it will make you happy," Gear replied, with a nod, accepting the candy.
"Yeah, not to mention how many times I zapped myself whenever someone broke in while I was working on any of my electronics," Jack added, with a nod.

"Thank you." Amaterasu grinned and quickly finished off her half of the crab. She stood and went over to the water where she dipped her fingers into the water to wash off the crab juice.

Starfire blinked in confusion at what Laharl said. Why was he saying that? She squeezed his ahdn and bit her lip a little. "Laharl, why is it that you said that?"
Pirogoeth continued eating a little of the crab meat until he felt her energy was completely restored. She then looked around with a bored expression, trying to find Luffy.

Laharl smiled and kissed her cheek "because im still a demon and we sometimes go mad with rage, so if i ever threaten you just finish me, i would rather give my life up then hurt yours" he said as he hugged her

When Minato had finished eating, he had walked to the water as well and washed the juice from his fingers. "That was very good crab for something that was trying to kill us..."
