It'd probably miss due to Mamoswine's Snow Cloak ability, then finish off your Ho-oh with a Rock Slide.

Probably Xion, but she appears to be late.
And HAHAHAHAHA! Switching to a Electric Pokemon against a Ice/Ground type. HAHAHAHA! And plus since a Pupitar with 10 less levels can knock a Ho-oh down to very little health with a single Rock Slide, I'm sure it'd be dead in two hits.
