I haven't listened to Iced Earth's version in a while. I can't remember if I deleted it or moved it to my laptop.

Iced Earth? What kind of music do they play?
Is it metal or metal-ish? 'Cause if they are I think I'm gonna have to check them out.

I wanna say they're similar to Nightwish, but they kinda aren't. I love one album they did that was making songs out of literary classics such as Frankenstein and Dracula. That was the album Phantom Opera Ghost was on.

Hey, guys! Sorry I haven't been around lately! I've been fueling my love for Devo.
gonk I really wish they had all been born about twnety years later, so that I could have seen them in concert.
Man, they were freaking geniuses. xd
I love them. heart
And, hey, they're pretty much the reason we have music videos to day, so, hats off to Devo with their quirky energy domes!
But one thing REALLY pisses me off.
And that's how Mark Mothersbaugh (the lead singer) is living his life now.
Okay, what was Devo's main message they worked so ahrd to get everyone to realize?
That society is corrupt. Corporate America suppresses the lower classes. Humans, as a whole, are devolving, and will be their own downfall. That the media brainwashes people into thinking things are true, when they're really lies.
So, what does good old Mark do after the band quits?
HE FREAKING COMPOSES THEME SONGS AND JINGLES FOR LIKE... EVERYTHING.
EVERYTHING.
The Rugrats theme, Pee-Wee's Playhouse (DDDDDDDD:<)... a shitload of games.
And commercials.
The jingles that get stuck in your head for AGES until you finally buy it! The songs that have been PROVEN to stay in your head so that you remember their product/logan!
DD: WTF.
He's adding to the problem Devo took so much effort to point out in the first place! GUH. gonk
AND they're letting the big corporations make a Devo 2.0!
WITH PRETEENS.

I mean, I understand, a man's got to have some source of income, but... really. gonk

I was tying to do that weird-a** dance-thing that Mothersbaugh does during Jocko Homo at work today... xd My daddy looked at me like I was insane and said, "What are you DOING?!"
It was funny.
