Background Amira's family lived outside of the walls of any village, but upon nearing her birthing date, the mother decided it was best to head to the nearest village and deliver at a Hospital in case of an emergency. When the woman finally delivered her child, it was found out that she was going to be giving birth to twins. The first to arrive into the world was a small little girl with brilliantly shining blue eyes and a head of barely any golden strings of hair. Ten minutes later, another baby was born that looked completely identical to the first. Well, except the extension down below. Now with a son and daughter, the woman thought her life would be complete and she could raise her full family happily. Unfortunately that would not be the case. The resident Medical Shinobi took the two children away for a routine inspection to ensure the two were healthy and found one of the twins to have a special 'something' to them. Following protocol the child was whisked away to the Lead Medical Personnel while the other child was cleaned and returned to its mother.
They told the woman that there was something wrong with the daughter and that she would need to be watched for a short while to make sure everything was okay. Not seeing this as an issue, the mother was content to bond with her son while her daughter was being well taken care of by the Medical Shinobi the village had enlisted. When the girl's future natural affinity was discovered, a Med was told to return to the mother's side and inform her that the daughter had dyed due to a heart condition. It was a completely normal thing to happen when you weren't expecting to have twins and one got more nutrients than the other so there was no big issue about the medical people being bad at their jobs. The woman was just happy to have one child for her own.
As the little girl grew up, she was raised in the art of stealth, strength, speed and knowledge beyond that of those who were 'trapped' by the normal mindset. As a child raised for the Shinobi world, she was blessed with things that those who had to begin late were not gifted with. Taking up a weapon that seemed out of the ordinary for those in her clan seemed to single her out as an oddity. They often referred to her as "Lady Death" because of her appearance when she wore her cloak and wielded her weapon. Trained in different situations, and environments, her main strength soon became apparent. With an extremely weighted weapon, her basic strength soared over those on her same level. Though at this cost, her speed was greatly reduced. Not that she minded. With strength, who needed speed? She could get people to come close to her and rip them to shreds at her own pace.
Soon enough her training period was over within the clan and she was sent out to join the world of Shinobi and civilians to begin her life as a true Bushin. Choosing to reside in a village by the name of Kumogakure no Sato on a whim, she took solace in knowing she was the only of her kind to hold residence in the Village - which was exactly what she was aiming for. Being around those who she was raised with drained her of the will to deal with people efficiently enough to do her job. When she arrived in the village, her eyes were soon caught onto the form of a boy in a blue sleeveless sweater and jeans with a speckled bag. His hair seemed to be the same color as her's, and as he turned around, she swore she could have been looking into a mirror if she chopped off all her hair. Long eyelashes, facial shape, feminine lips, golden brown hair, and even the brilliant blue eyes that all made her into the looker she was - everything was captured in this male form. It didn't set right with her and she immediately got into contact with one of the higher up Bushin in a nearby village about the person. It was only then did she find out that she had chosen to go to the village she had been born into.
This person who stole her face was in fact the brother she was born with and taken from. The information hit her hard, and she desperately wanted to flee the village she assigned herself to, but refused to do so. She had a job to do and she would not leave her post until it was done. "To do all she could to aid the village in anything it needed." Her job would take her a lifetime, and she accepted that. It would not keep her contained within the walls of this village forever, but she would keep her heart hidden within this village and secure its safety whenever it required her. She was far from being able to do that as she was now though. Years of training was ahead of her, and she would begin to work on that the second she introduced herself to the Kage. She'd deal with the face-stealer another time.

It was only thanks to her mother that she still held onto a feminine side and new the proper care for a woman. Desite her mother's help, her childhood was ruined and deprived of the fun that most young children experienced. However, she enjoyed the military aspect of things; and learned no matter what she must accomplish the mission. Just like her father, and to take proper care of herself as well as knowledge of the human body. Unfortunately, an incident that was classified caused her parents to flee the village to protect their family. Knowing they won't make it far, they sent Hinoka to a family friend in the Hidden Mist; telling her that no matter what they loved her. And before taking off, her father gave her the last words of advice he'll ever be able to give her. Stay loyal to the village, and stay true to who you are. Never forget her mother and his teachings, and strive for survival. Grow, and live a new life. With her parents gone, the young girl was forced to mature at an early age. Please adjust your weapon amounts to provide for fewer senbon in comparison to kunai and shuriken. Senbon are considered specialized weapons, and as such are not as readily available to a Genin that has been trained in basic weapons, such as kunai and shuriken.

Because of many factors, among them the fact that how she was supposed to work isn't viable for POTS standards, gun based weapons aren't allowed which were going to be what she used to fight, I reworked the character and made something better

Combining both of those traits along with the fact that his is extremely skinny and bony he resembles a pale skeleton that is tall with a hunched back. Background Growing up as an only child to extremely demanding parents were perfection and excellence were absolute, Hideaki would usually be by himself. living outside of Kirigakure there wasn't many children around to play... or interact with. By being alone for so long Hideaki for mostly all his life spent his spare time entertaining himself with his imagination. Creating stories were he was a legendary ninja that would save the day and get the girl of his dreams even at a young age Hideaki always longed for 'companionship' it wasn't long before his father took gravely ill and passed away. With no other choice but to move into the village, Hideaki was whisked to a strange new world were people where a tab bit 'less friendly'. at the age of 7 Hideaki started to train at the ninja academy with a whole cast of new friends or so he thought as days passed Hideaki felt more and more out of place. He wasn't very good at Taijutsu simply because he wasn't very athletic or tough, he wasn't very good at Ninjutus he could never remember the hand seals. It wasn't long after he was pegged a failure and shunned. Hideaki never really interacted with the other children, even back then he had a creepy aura to him out of all the things Hideaki fears women are his number one fear as they judge him and teased him for a large portion of his life. With little to know social experience Hideaki took again to his imaginary world shutting everything else out. The pressure of becoming a Shinobi, the fear of being outkasted, the fear of being alone... In his land of peace Hideaki could make any dream an instant reality with the blink of an eye. it was later that he realized that he was a master of genjutsu utilizing the principals of imagination as the basis for some of the most celebrate and cunning genjutsu ever, Hideaki's life hasn't really changed while an adult in person a child at heart with nothing but innocence and curiosity in his heart along with the burden of the real adult world.

You have an element which does not exist in POTS. You are starting as a Jounin, which unless you somehow got an autorank you start as a Genin. You "Know" many jutsu which do not even exist in POTS. Of those few which we do have, are a different rank than you listed. You have medium chakra, without any bloodline, clan, demon or even talent. There are more flaws, but these I have listed are sufficient for me to KNOW that you have not spent much time (if any) looking at our rules or systems or jutsu. Jutsu lists can be found in the Jutsu subforum.
Basically, go to the Starter Forum [Here], and read everything there. This Beginners Index [here] will help you learn what you need to get started. Then when you have read everything, you can try again to create a usable character.
