Trent looked up from his day dream as the girl screamed. Tilting his head to the side his leaves rustled once more. Why was she screaming, Did something pop out of the water? His thoughts were interrupted once again When the girls fell into the water with a loud splash. "What's Their problem?"

She had indeed liked being carried above the water by the fairies. It was nice. Very much unlike flying on your own--she almost felt as if she were royalty for that moment, true royalty. Then, of course, they had both seen the man-creature-thing and Evermore had screamed.
Aurora recovered easily from the drop, but only let indigo eyes above the water after that, watching the odd man-creature. Her ashy-blonde hair floated around her, some of it curling in the water.

Ares heard a scream and ran quickly to a window--only to see Evermore fall into the damn water. What the hell!? Freaking out, he disappeared, reappearing at the lakeshore in his natural appearance--all makeup and disguise gone. "Evermore!" he shouted, walking into the waters. Was she okay? Where was she? Why hadn't she resurfaced yet? That other girl--who, he would admit, he barely even noticed--had already come back up!

Akira looked at the white scaled Dragon with a grin and nodded.
"Uh huh and by the way, you look awesome!" she replied before her head snapped back to Evermore when she heard her best friend scream (something that was happening a lot lately), blocking her sensitive ears by clapping her hands over them in the process.
"What's wrong!?" she yelled and then saw Ares pop out of the shadows.
Once again, she said, "YOU!!!" and pointed accusingly at the War God, not that he'd notice her, since he was so preoccupied at the moment.

Musica stood up from the couch and looked down to Ari seeing she was lost to her own thoughts. Thinking better than rousing her from concentration he patted her on the leg signifying he'd be down at the water waiting for her. He quickly glided over to the door and out to the hallway, seeing Ares was already gone he quickened his pace. Soon he was outside the school and saw where everyone was gathered he tried something else new. Using Light Magic to move oneself from one location to another isn't unheard of, but for someone untrained in it is very difficult. He focused his mind to imagine himself near the lake he'd seen earlier and then slowly he blurred out of his position and near the one he'd imagined. Proud of his accomplishment, albeit weakened some, he hurried over to the water side. Seeing the girls in the water he began laughing, taking his own shoes off and sitting on the shore to dip his feet in. His dislike of darkness started to fade as the cool water washed over his feet. He attempted to wave at the silly girls, not sure whether or not they'd seen him.

A few moments after Ares called out for Ever, she came gasping up to the surface. She had tried to stay underwater as long as she could away from that creature, but she couldn't hold her breath any longer.
When she saw Ares standing just a few feet from her, she launched herself into his arms and hugged him tightly. Normally she would never do this. She liked to consider herself brave and strong! But dammit, what the hell was that thing?!
Ever was breathing hard against Ares' leather vest, both from holding her breath for so long and from being scared.
"Ares! Ares, there's this... THING, near the lake! It's male, I know that much, but it's like, half tree and half human! I don't know what it is!"
She pressed herself even closer to Ares.

"A Monster on the lake side?" He asked himself searching around seeing nothing out of the ordinary other then another person enjoying the lake side like he was. "Blast these uninterpretable humans I don't see anything wrong here." He pondered to himself running a hand through the leaves on his head. "I wonder what kind of hideous creature could cause her to scream in such fear."

Thank you, Caroline replied to Akira. But, she was staring at Evermore, and the man she was hugging. He had... such... such a powerful aura!
You... Who are you?
Everyone could tell whom she was suffering to, because the dragon was very pointedly staring at the God of War.
You have an aura stronger than Uncle Ophi's! You're a god!

Ares held Evermore closely, confused slightly and looking around for whatever she was talking about--that Aurora girl was still out there, looking at... well, that was probably what Evermore was freaking out about. Ares chuckled at her, rubbing a hand on her back. "Relax," he murmured. "Seems harmless."
That was when Caroline spoke, and he looked at the dragon as if just noticing her. ...Dammit. She recogni--well, actually, he wasn't exactly in disguise anymore... "I am Ares, God of War, one of Olympus' main twelve," he stated bluntly, still holding Evermore.
((I gotta go now. Tired and been putting off leaving for too long... night all!))

Huh, Caroline commented simply. What the hell is a God of War doing at a girl's school for white magic? And Evermore.... why are you hanging off of him? Come on now, you've got more dignity than that.
The dragon stood up on her hind legs, easily clearing ten or so feet in height, balancing with her long, whip-like tail.
Why are we all screaming, anyways?

Ever didn't hear Caroline 'speak'. Even though her voice would be in her head, Ever was just concentrating on feeling Ares' strong and safe arms wrapped around her and his hand rubbing her back. She was never, ever one to believe that a girl needed a man to protect her, but hell! Ares was one of the main Olympian Gods! She would probably be cuddling up to Athena if she was the only Olympian God around, too!
Although, she did feel much calmer around Ares than anyone else, and that had nothing to do with him being an Olympian God. Sure, he could piss her off like no one else, but right now, he was calming her down greatly.
The fairies and spirits were starting to circle around Ever and Ares and were beginning to hiss at the war god in warning.
Ever was ignoring everything except for Ares. She simply moved even closer to Ares, if that was possible, and even lightly dug her fingers into the back of his vest, as if he was the only thing that could protect her and she wanted to anchor herself to him.
In an act of complete randomness brought on by her fright, the second big one she had had in that lake in less than 48 hours, Ever mumbled softly and lightly into Ares' vest.
"Thank you for the note."

She's a little nuts right now with having been frightened so much the past 2 days. lol.
