Aurora pushed off the wall and floated down to the deck plates of the cargo bay. Her hair pulled back out of her face and tied into a ponytail, she wiped the sweet from her own brow and looked at Ritt. “Maybe we should have included the squad into our games.” She panted. “Make a team effort out of it.”

"I don't think we should. I can't come up with a single way to make anything fair otherwise," Ritt panted, as he glided over to the grav controls. "I figure if either of us got serious, there'd be a casuality somewhere somehow."
Returning the room back to normal gravity, he felt the weight return to him like an unwelcome guest. The ship fell back to realspace, as he stood up and stretched.
"Malastare's not much to look at, but it's a good place to refuel and restock while we can. Not like we need to much, but it's a nice halfway point for everyone to rest at. Plus, it'll be better reception to send to the jedi council if we do send my little request if we're not flying through hyperspace at faster than the speed of light."
~~~~~~~~~~
Az'zip entered the main throne room, as he gave the announcement to gather. Upon his throne, he did like most hutts did and enjoyed the lavish luxury. Nothing to fear here, Asura had relocated all the horrible stuff away from the palace for temporary storage.
he announced finally, as everyone shuffled into the main room.
He gave a loud chuckle at the several groans from several pilots, not too thrilled their ships were being touched.
Giving a quick ring of a gong beside him, Az'zip began to dig into his own food, leaving the competitors to be on their own.
“It would be an exercise in restraint. Only using the force when needed.” She taped the side of her head. “Like you could only use the force to see with. We would have to rely on ourselves instead of the force.” She said, dribbling the ball on the ground she walked over to Ritt. “Are you still deciding on petitioning the council on taking me as your padawan?”
"My vision is merely an enhanced and refined version of the skills you could learn. In reality, I would only need to be given the opportunity to sense you and the others. Although, even without the force, I worry that someone else might get hurt. Though, as a jedi, it is much more difficult to not use the force the longer you live with it. It's hard even for me to be completely abstinent from it, though you may still remember how to do things wihtout intuitively falling back on it," he said in thought, as he gave a sigh.
"As for the petition, I asked you for a reason. I don't intend to go back now. Plus, I don't think the squadron would really appreciate you leaving us. It's not everyday they get to see a woman in a tight flight suit unless you're around."
“I don’t want to leave the squadron, nor you.” She looked at Ritt. “The short time I’ve been aboard I’ve grown to like it here. I’ve never fell more at home than I do now, you and the squadron have welcomed me and are like a long lost family this wandering young one has finally found, and it feels right to me.” She smiled softly. “I wish to stay by your side and to learn from you.”
"Careful how you phrase yourself. People might think we're dating rather than building a tutleage and..." Ritt started, although he began to realize he really didn't know how to say anything properly. "You know, I'm not sure how I was going to end that. Fortunately, I would expect the guys not to harass you too much over something like that."
He opened the door and exited, waiting for Aurora to join him. "All things considered, I actually think that the council nomination would be the easiest thing. I'm more curious as to how Stryder is going to react."
“If the guys have a problem with me I would have thought they would have brought it up earlier.” Aurora followed Ritt out of the cargo bay. “They might be a little jealous of the time your spending with me, but that’s understandable, I’m the new kid on the block and I’m a girl in a fighter squadron full of boys.” She shrugged her shoulders. “It doesn’t really bother me what they think.” She looked up at Ritt. “Do you think Stryder wouldn’t approve of it?” she asked, one eye brow raised
The fleet dropped out of hyperspace. They would sneak into the system of Malastare, and unlike Ozzel in the many years in the future, not be detected by comscan of the planet. Sonya listened to the chatter of the deck. Fighters called role, as she announced to her squadrons in her voice.
"The goal of this operation is simple: To invade and occupy the Malastarian system and it's planets."
The main flight leader, a personal ace in the hole, flew at the lead of the formations, answering back after call.
"Calling all ships, Malastare will be ours to take in the name of the Sith."
Everything seemed to be in order. The blitzkrieg formation would hit the orbital station before it could respond. All that was needed was to see what would happen next.
"Stryder is a great man, but I've not been rather capable of handling myself. He's actually more likely to be a deciding factor in the appointment or not. The council doesn't trust him, much less me, his pawn in the fighter. Especially when I'm headstrong to defy him. But I'm not sure what will happen. But it's good to know that you don't care what others think of you," Ritt said.
Something didn't feel right, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. "Do you feel something off?"
“Sounds like a lot of political favoritism to me.” Aurora shrugged her shoulders. “Negative emotions are a path to the dark side, and I would be derelict in my duty if I didn’t meat and deal with such things with a positive attitude.” She grinned up at him.
She tilted her head to one side as Ritt asked her if she felt anything. Letting the force flow though her she too felt something, she couldn’t put her finger on it, but something wasn’t right. “Yes ma-Ritt.” She corrected herself. “I feel it too.”
Pash listened carefully to what the Hutt said, his mind working furiously as an idea popped into his head. An unattended beverage container nearby suddenly propelled itself into the face of the Iridorian Pash had spied, dousing its contents in the warriors face. Splattered with grog and with no immediate culprit to blame, the Iridorian did what his kind always did. He went berserk. Soon a massive fracas of Scum and Villany was rolling about on the floor, with blasters going off, vibroweapons being swung, and bloothirsty amoral bastards at each others throats. "What the hell just happened?!" Ardee asked, keeping her head down. Pash clocked the nearest offender with a punch to the face before responding to her question. "I'm thining the herd and providing a distraction. You better go now while the fight is keeping everyone distracted, I'll stay here and-" The gynoid was gone before Pash could finish. She moved remarkably fast for a droid in human disguise. Pash returned his focus to the fight and began ensuring that he would be among those who survived the battle he had telekinetically started.
((Sorry about taking so long to post again. I was at camp for a week and I've been trying to catch up on my summer assignments before school starts.))
Nova dropped out of hyperspace just as the blitzkrieg formation was forming. He quickly gave his identification to the fleet leader and quickly fell into place in the fleet.
I'll show them what piloting is really about!
"About time the old man arrived, Kawaii," Sonya mumbled, as she pushed the fleet forward. "I'm surprized he had the gall to show up after he missed your awesome battle plan. Fortunately, we'll be unaffected by his presence none the less."
Darth Nova got on the radio. "Hey, Sonya! Maybe next time before you insult someone, you could make sure the intercom isn't on, you retard!" He continued to glide on with the fleet, a smug smile appearing on his face.
This was the second time Cene had docked aboard the Sith's ship, and she still didnt like it. Nonetheless, she had been asked to land there as opposed to making planet side, due to her status as a top tier competetor. Standing outside her ship clad in her battle armor and securely gripping her carbine, her armored gaze swept the room, looking for signs of life other than the worthless droids she had seen all too much of.
