Most of the founding fathers were Deists actually. Also, "One nation under God" was added in 1954 by the Eizenhower administration to distance the USA from the atheist USSR. The fact they were Deists does not change the fact that the country was founded on Judeo-Christian beliefs.
And I suppose the adhearance to God (the Creator) in the Declaration of Independence is of no consequence.

It's been speculated that the word used for homosexuality in the Old Testament specifically means the practice of men keeping boys as slaves IIRC. Also, homosexuality was not understood as a sexual orientation until about the turn of the century thanks to the birth of modern psychology, so any references to homosexuality in the Bible rely on a very incomplete understanding of just what it is. Incorrect. The words, in both English and Hebrew, make clear of what it is speaking, since it does not say "homosexuality" but, "A man must not lie with another man as he would with a woman and likewise a woman with another woman as with a man." In the context of the word "lie" and the other times it is used this way (i.e. Adam lay with Eve and she became with child) is an indication of intercourse.
The New Testament also has the same thing to say in I Corinthians. (if I am not mistaken) Only the language is much more "harsh", calling it an abomination to the Lord.

full documents, if you please. Most of the ones you gave were very vague and some even contradictory. I would have to read the documents in their entirety to form an opinion/conclusion.
