cause thats all i hear from you how great lugia is, how your gym is anti legends......pffft thatd be as weak as sabrina saying no darks attacks or pokemons in her gym......you disgust me as a leader......even fishermen with nothing but magicarps dont complian when i whip out an over kill pokemon on it and here you are post after post saying no legendays in one hand and on the other "oh i beat it sooo easy"

Legendaries are nothing compared to a properly trained pokemon. It's just annoying to see them because typically, the people who DO use them don't have anything better.
I'll admit to being one of the ones annoyed by the use of legendaries, they have no place in competitive battling in my opinion.

Thanks to the new tier system in the guild, all Pokémon are allowed to be used in league battles. However, unless it is explicitly defined that it is allowed, challengers who challenge Gym Leader teams must use a team rated at the Gym Leader's tier or lower. This does not affect casual battles with the guild's members, unless the match conditions are arranged beforehand by the two combatants.
This isn't because of Legendary hate; this is to keep things balanced during official guild matches, which, at this point, is only for Gym Leaders and the Elite Four of the guild.
Ubers can be taken down by Pokémon in the Overused (OU) tier. Even OU Pokémon can be taken down by Pokémon in the Underused (UU) tier. There is nothing wrong with using Pokémon in the Uber tier. However, especially when trained well, Uber-tier Pokémon teams have an extremely easier time fighting teams of a lower tier, much like OU-tier teams have an easier time taking down UU-tier teams.
The tiers were made to balance competition; not discourage it. Trainers can still choose to fight other trainers in a higher tier and, especially with strategy, some lower-tiered teams can beat higher-tiered teams. The argument that Legendaries are only used by people who have nothing better, or that they are too powerful for general competitive usage, has no grounds when the battlefield is balanced.

Whatever you think of them is fine, whatever. but if you dont wanna play with my gyms rules ill show you my team of legends. and you will know what i mean by HATE.

If the rules are stated no legends, get someone to replace Lugia. Simple. 3nodding
But on to better things, anyone make a team to beat Team Rocket? Or you guys going to use your main teams?

Figures the one night I actually go to bed early I miss all this excitement >.<
I really don't see why people make such a big deal out of using legendaries, as Linny said they can be taken down by OU pokemon. You all need to remember the main fact when battling, their stats, how you train them, and most of all how you use them in battle.
The biggest example of that is a lvl 1 rattata taking down lvl 100 mewtwo lol
But since there's many people who disagree on the use of legendaries I always have a backup to replace my Mewtwo with.
