Oh, is it geezer introduction time? I was gonna wait until I reincarnated my RPC, but I can't let myself pass up this opportunity!
I'm Jan, former Guild VC and Vizard. I tend to go and come back as school and health permits, but I'm trying to stick around a bit longer now. o/

Hm. Hello there.
Well both of those aren't very active right now. The 13th squad's captain is gone, presumably because of holidays and vacation and stuff. The Quincies just don't have enough people to actually be active. So you may want to try there first, to get more people RPing.
