I don't know.. I mean I know that in some religions that did have it.. they had it at a time when it was thought to be necessary to protect the women and children when there weren't enough adult men.
>< But right now, no I don't think it should be legal. Then again.. I've read way too much fanfiction and way too many... when there have been three somes so... >< I'm not going to say anymore.. just take a shower and sleep XD

Comrade Clara This whole thing against homosexuals and gay marriage is just silly. It'll pass, with time. Remeber when interracial marriage was against the law? I'm pretty sure some religious zealots used to Bible to justify that too. It didn't make it right. Not to be offencive to anyone who's religious but, ******** the bible. I mean it's all fine and dandy for you to be Christian/Catholic or any religion. Go right ahead. But when you start to use the bible in government issues, or in debates that don't involve religion in the least, just plain ******** off. Sorry to break it to you, but not everybody is religious, or from the same religion. I mean who are you to say that two people can't get married, because the bible says no. Ya, well what if these people aren't Christian or Catholic? What if they're atheist, or Jewish or Buddhist? You're going to deny two people matromony just because your religion says it's a no-no for people of the same sex to be married? It's not about what you think, it's about what they think. Your opinion counts for s**t when it comes to the bond between two people. If they love each other, who are you to tell them they can't be married? What they wish to do with their love life, and what they wish to believe in, is none of your damn business, and you have no right to tell them they can't be wed, because your religion says no. The bible has no place in the government, and they should stop acting as though it does.

2Brolly4 Not sure what that is. But international waters is when you get 200 metres or something out to sea, and then anything goes. There are no laws. So you can marry someone of the same sex, and it won't be legal, and it won't be illigal. It will be irrelevant because the point of legalizing marriage is so that the couples will have the same legal protections as straight married couples. You can go to a sympathetic church or make your own and perform it as a ceremony, but it won't mean anything legal or financial, just emotional and spiritual.

OokamiKage_X Ok ok what do you want the title to be? Also, Phoe if you see this... I'm not sure if Sir Ichigo passed it yet but she was asking for help against Riku... when you fight him.. I think the third time in Chain of Memories. Riku eh? All I can recommend is a bunch of Zeros to stop his uber sleights. x_x; that or sleight yourself, which isn't really as helpful as it could be.
I'd go with a series of high level keyblade cards interspersed with Zeros every 3 or 4 so that you can easily get them to card break. About halfway and at the end I'd throw some heal cards as well.
To be honest, I found the last Riku to be harder than Marluxia or whatever his name was.
EDIT:On the whole Gay Marriage thing, I'm against it. Don't try to change my mind, because you will be wasting your time. Feel free to rant at me or do whatever makes you feel better, but it won't do a thing to me. I don't inherently hate homosexual people any more or less than I inherently hate the rest of the human population, so don't try to stereotype me into some sort of gay basher or whatnot.

2Brolly4 Am I always the only one online at 4:00am? gonk Yes. Especially since you're what?... three hours ahead of me? Phoe: I really don't mind that you're against it. But the person in my class who is I have something to pick with her. Especially when she told them to "go to hell." IN A FARKIN DEBATE. I find incredibly informal and rude...

The bible has no place in the government, and they should stop acting as though it does. My "esteemed opponents" kept mentioning religious crap... and they're not including all religions either. They only thought about Christianity, Jewish, and maybe even Islamic denominations. I read that a prominent principal Buddhist sect that claims a lot of the residents of Hawaii supported the same sex couples' right to marry. >.> If they talk about religion in this real one... damn. We kept talking about seperation of church and state and they said that church and state are on a collision course.. I wanted to ask, "Which church? Which religion? Christianity? Judaism? Buddhism?"

I have never heard a rational or supportable position against it that did not include religion. Well I haven't heard one including religion either, but you get the idea.

Yeah I understand... unless I'm totally not understanding what you're trying to say. sweatdrop
The religious reasons against it just really aren't all that logical and reasonable.
Well even the slippery slope of it leading to beastiality, prostitution, and incest doesn't either..

Four out of five Baptist divorcees say that gay marriage would compromise the sanctity of it. xd
