I am co-owning Ilieria with Teennine.

Rights are as follows:

Teennine has full RP rights, OOC, IC and may make all major plot and mate picking decisions, Dovaxy has no say in this matter.

Teennine has rights of all three of Ilieria's breedings, and should receive a basket from each, should Ilieria breed three times. Dovaxy has no breeding rights.

Teennine and Dovaxy share full display rights, signature, teepee, group pictures, etc.

I, sage_the_vampirc_angel, am going to co-own Rishi with Devaira Shelman. (I<3uwoman)

Rights and Rules will be as follows:

Devaira will have rp rights. If she does not rp him for over three months the co owning can be broken with out her say in the matter.

Both Devaira and I will have sig rights

Rishi's personality should be kept along the same likes as it has been.

Rishi's rp color should stay lime green

Breeding partners will be left up to Devaira unless it goes as far as lifemating. Then I must be informed and have say in the matter.

I would like the first basket, basket homes after that will be decided depending on the number.

Lita Rutherford hereby offer's co-ownership of the Soquili Glow Heart to Fallaryn Under the following conditions:


Fallaryn:

1. Gains no exclusive breeding rights but may be gifted a basket from any of Glow's remaining two (2) breedings.
2. Gains Sig Rights
3. Gains the right to RP Glow so long as she is RPed in character and with the color of Violet. Must not enter Glow into any plot nor RP her in any Plot related RPs without consent of Lita Rutherford. Also must not RP her with any of those Soquili who bare relation with her (ie: Her mate, Sons, and Mate's family) without asking permission from Lita Rutherford.
4. Gains the right to RP Glow in the thread so long as her personality is in character.
5. Does not gain rights to anything not covered in this agreement.
6. Agrees that if she disappears without prior notice to Lita Rutherford for 3 months or more, she forfeits all rights to Glow Heart and the agreement shall be terminated with or without her permission.

I, Lita Rutherford, as Glow Heart's primary owner, hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Co-own agreement for Sachiko between Kaisanti and Syaoran-Puu

Kaisanti:
- Sig rights
- Teepee rights
- OOC & IC rp rights

Syaoran-Puu:
- sig rights

Shared:
Plot: Since Sachiko is mated to Sya's Sofiel, all plot is agreed between both of us.
Baskets: Breeding between the Sachiko & Sofiel: one basket each as usual, third basket (if there is one) 's owner to be discussed between us.
If Sya leaves gaia, Sachiko will transfer fully to Kai.

Co-owner agreement between Sirenz and Pippi18848 for the Shuckles Soquili.

Sirenz:
Shall recieve Sig/Teepee Rights and OOC RP rights. She may also recieve a basket from any one of the three breedings. Sirenz may also give her opinion on any breeding partners/lifemates should she wish to.

Pippi18848:
Will have full control over Shuckles. IC, OOC RP Rights, Sig/Teepee Rights, and Breeding Rights. She need not ask Sirenz permission to breed, but will inform Sirenz of any breeding tries should Sirenz wish to know.

Should Pippi18848 decide to ever leave Gaia, all ownership shall go back to Sirenz to do with as she pleases.

Co-ownership between Kiya and Sailor over Bheilorveilthion.

We both get full rights to him. Though, we must talk to the other before making any big decisions such as breeding. When/if he does breed, we both along with the female's owner, decide where said baskets go. 8D

Summer's Rights:
~ Sig/Teepee Rights
~ Has a say in a future mate


Split's Rights:
~ Sig/teepee Rights
~ Gets to pick a mate/breeding partner
~ IC and OOC RP rights

Breeding Rights:
~ 1st Breeding: In the event of 2 baskets, Split Personality and the owner of the mare each get a basket, in the event of a third they get to decide who gets it.
~ 2nd Breeding: In the event of 2 baskets, Summer Raven and the owner of the mare each get a basket, in the event of a third it will go to Split Personality.
~ 3rd Breeding: In the event of 2 baskets, Split Personality and the owner of the mare each get a basket, in the even of a third they get to decide who gets it.

Updating to make this easier:

Merci` has sig rights only, and will receive a basket from a future breeding. She has no say in breedings.

Kaliskanny has RP rights and all say in breedings. She has agreed to give Merci a basket from a future breeding/
