This time, the first thing he felt was courage, aiding him in moving past the the start of the drop and into the skies above it. His confidence was somewhat restored, and Imuiel kept on course, looking straight ahead.

The feeling briefly faded, though it soon came back in full force. His awareness of the drop seemed to be heightened, and Imuiel wasn't entirely sure if he liked the thought of that or not. The spark of fear that threatened to ignite was smothered swiftly under that same blanket of bravery, and he almost breathed a sigh of relief.

Imuiel wasn't expecting the burning vision to crop up again, especially not after such pleasant portents. It took him by surprise, and his glider jerked drastically to one side before he snapped out of it, giving a choked noise of alarm at how close he'd inadvertently managed to drift to the fog. At least this part of his journey was over--now, the rough air began.

This time, Imuiel seemed to speed through the rough air, still holding his glider in a white-knuckle grip that threatened to break the thing at any moment. He was close, he could feel it--and that last blessing still waited for him, just hanging there in the air. Almost there...

There it was. His glider easily landed on the island, as if accustomed to such things. The final orb hung in front of him, gently pulsing with a soft, warm light that drew Imuiel nearer. He cupped it close, closing his eyes as he felt the faint heat wash over him.
With a sense of completion, he was back at the start. There was nothing more for him here, now.

Andie was back at the cliffs to do the rite again. He just had to remember how to launch the glider which didn't take too long.

Soon he was in the air and listening to the whispers in the fog again. His vision suddenly blurred and the world seemed to be a chaotic mess until he managed to right the glider far below where he started.

Thean ended up at the gliders again. She just couldn't get the rush out of her head of being suspended. She grabbed a glider and tried to start it.
She turns the apparatus just right and launches out into the air.
The world may have been less chaotic then what the first fog whisper had been but Andie suddenly felt very, very anxious and fearful of the mistakes he could make.

The fear melted away though to courage and Andie no longer was afraid of failing.

Thean felt weird. She felt at peace, heavenly. She felt as if she had done this more times than she could count and would be able to navigate through anything.
Thean continued to feel like it was her right to fly in the sky. It was her holy duty. She felt someone else take over and fly her to safety over the waterfalls.
Andie was once again looking out in awe at the spectacular views of the floating islands and the fog far, far down below. He snapped out of it quickly though when the wind picked up.

As the wind picked up farther, the tighter Andie's hands on the glider became.
