I sit down cross-legged across from him. "It really does, doesn't it?" I take a deep breath and begin speaking in a soft but steady tone. "Now... cross your legs, close your eyes, rest your hands on your knees, relax your body, and take deep slow breaths. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Focus on the regular clacking of the sōzu. Use that rhythm to help lull yourself into a trance-like state."

I purr from Ayumu's petting. "Sulking and doomsaying are no fun!" I them look over to Ayumu and nod cutely. "Oh yes! Thank you!"
