I know we're usually pretty liberal about the age of RPCs, but 5 is WAY too young to be believable. Please raise the RPC's age.
Please take off the Chuunin and Jounin rank benefits for your profession.
I've been asked by Hinote to let you know that, should you keep the pencils and paper, they cannot be used for sealing jutsu.

Background A girl of many talents and skills, Reiko learned all that she could about taking care of herself and her father while living in a ruined home. After the death of her mother at birth, her father tried in his early years to provide for his daughter, but eventually he began to sink into a depression over his lost wife, and basically become a vegetable in the home. His health relied solely on the resolute care his loyal daughter, determined not to lose the only family she knew. She learned to cook, clean, forage, hunt, repair, etc. Because of this she couldn't really attend school for a formal education since the demand for a job and constant attention bogged her down. This lasted for several years until the age of twelve when Reiko came home to an empty house.
Her father had 'woken up' that day while she was out, reflecting on what he had been doing until then. He decided that he needed to punish himself selfishly, and left within hours after taking some needed traveling supplies. All that remained of his trace was a note that he wrote describing how he felt about what he "did to her, and explaining that he had left for some extended family that resided in Kirigakure. No exact details were left, and the young girl whose entire life was taking care of her father. It took several months of living alone before she finally decided to do something with herself. Refusing to become as useless as her father did, the little girl wiped away her teams and joined the academy in Sunagakure after striking a deal with the teachers there.
Despite being a little older than the rest of the students, Reiko cleaned, cooked, and aided the teachers in the academy to get her way through. She wasn't very remarkable with anything, but her aptitude for everything eventually led to her graduating to a fresh genin near the top of her class.

While a genin can use the summoning jutsu with the Summoning Specialist shinobi type, the summoning jutsu itself is always C rank. The summons themselves are what determine the chakra cost and skill level needed to summon them. As such, since you're using the challenge RPC limited to D rank abilities, the summoning jutsu would be impossible for use.
Since you are using the challenge RPC, you are allowed a column for elemental jutsu of every element.

Alright, and what are the limitations on this challenge? What can't be learned?
You can learn anything D rank and below, regardless of specialty, though you're still limited by element. You'll still need a teacher to learn techniques that can't be self taught, such as sealing though. You don't get a profession, thus no base benefits, but you can take one genin benefit from any profession you want for each rank after genin. And, I think that's about it.

Support: Support type ninja are people who use jutsu to help other ninja in attacking, defense and any other type of need a fellow ninja would have. This ninjas is usually well rounded in jutsu knowing a wide range of jutsu from long range, short range and so on. These ninja are faster at learning jutsu and faster at using them too. (Jutsu -2 posts to learn jutsu, can perform jutsus that are below their without hand-seals, jutsus of equal rank can be performed with far fewer hand-seals, allowing the support shinobi to get off a quick jutsu in close quarters, jutsus of higher rank require the normal number of hand-seals.)
Elemental Control (Suiton): These ninja are masters of there elements allowing them to learn elemental jutsu with a easier time and make there elemental jutsu stronger. These ninja also get stronger jutsu when in extreme environments with there element. However when they are trying to learn jutsus of other elements they have a much more difficult time, and if they are in an extreme environment with the opposite of their element their jutsus are weaker. (-3 posts learning of jutsu of their element, +1 rank to jutsu used normally, +2 ranks around the elemental ninjas element, +1 post when learning jutsus not of the shinobis chosen element, -1 rank to power of jutsu when used in an extreme environment near their elements weakness. -1 chakra point cost of all Genin techniques, -2 for all Chuunin, Jounin, and Kage techniques for the chosen element.)

What you're told? YOU are the one who is supposed to read the ninjutsu list and determine where your ninjutsu go. The fact that you've been in POTS for so long, and apparently have not done so, it a very worrying thought.
