[Icepaw spotted Cometstream quickly and ran up to her.]
"Cometstream, I don't have anything else to learn from you. I think I'm ready to be the full meddicine cat!"
[Icepaw said strongly with a calm look. She wanted to be the meddicine cat and help heal the clan just like Berryblaze did when he was alive.]

 "To live is to slowly be born."_____________________________Embergaze_____________________________[Embergaze exited the warrior's den, dragging his feet groggily. He had spent most of the night in SeaClan, desperately trying to help Trouttail, and felt it catching up to him. He was happy to have an apprentice, though.
He padded forward, his paws dragging in the ground, and his eyes half-closed, still numbed with sleep.]

 M a p l e l e a f "Stand up for what you believe in; otherwise, you will be trampled on by those who don't."____________________________________ [Mapleleaf and Cloverpaw came bounding into camp, and Mapleleaf veered off toward the warriors' den, looking back at Cloverpaw. She didn't see Embergaze padding right in front of her, and obviously he didn;t see her. She crashed headfirst into him, accidentaly bowling him over. She jumped back, then stepped forward, helping him to his paws. She scuffed the ground with a forepaw, embarrassed.]
"Embergaze! I'm so sorry! I-I didn't see you there! I-I-I-" Mapleleaf cut herself off, giving her ruffled chest fur an embarrassed lick.
[She shifted her paws uncomfortably, looking into his orange eyes. She forced herself to look away, embarrassed. Ugh, why is he the only tom who makes me so clumsy!? she wailed to herself.]

"To live is to slowly be born."_____________________________Embergaze_____________________________[Embergaze reeled, confused. He saw Mapleleaf, and shook his head, bewildered.]
"Ah, no, I'm sorry, it's my fault," he insisted, feeling dizzy. "I wasn't paying attention, I'm sorry..."
[He shook his head again, then blinked. The silky she-cat was in front of him, and he felt sudden embarrassment come over him. He was terrible at socializing, especially with she-cats. He averted his eyes to the dusty floor.]
"At least I'm awake now," he said half-jokingly, then felt stupid.
[He noticed Cloverpaw running after her mentor, and brightened up.]
"Oh, did you just get back from training?" he felt himself ask without thinking.
[His eyes widened, and he mentally scolded himself for getting himself involved in a conversation. He shifted on his paws, feeling awkward. He just wanted to know, since he had a new apprentice.]

"No silly, I should've been watching where I was going," Mapleleaf assured him. She brightened at the mention of Cloverpaw. "Hunting, actually. Congratulations on Oakpaw! You'll be a great mentor," Mapleleaf mewed cheerily.

"No, no, I should've had a good night's sleep," he insisted stubbornly.
[Once again, he smacked himself inwardly for arguing. He tried to shake of the stubborn attitude.]
"Thanks," he said, once again averting his eyes. "Maybe I'll start with hunting with Oakpaw...to tell the truth, I'm not entirly sure where to start..."
[His deep voice rumbled through his chest, and once again Embergaze felt awkward and self-concious. Despite being a warrior, he still felt like a way-overgrown apprentice with a muscular body and deep voice that didn't suit his age.]

[Cometstream's whiskers twitched.] "Interesting that YOU made that call, Icepaw. Actually..there is one last thing i must show you about." [Cometstream left the two disappointed kits and padded to the medicine den, Icepaw right behind her. She rummaged through herbs until she pulled out an herb new to the late apprentice.] "This is Parsley. It stops flow of a queen's milk, when there's a death of a kit. Also, i must tell you this. NEVER give tansy to a pregnant queen, you hear me? It could cause birthing problems, which CAN result in death. Oh, and Icepaw..." [Her eyes narrowed lightly.] "NEVER fall in love." [With that, the she-cat put away the herbs, and dipped her head.] "Get Dicekit and Spadekit some poppy seeds later...cobwebs, if those wounds open up again. I will return." [Cometstream padded out of the medicine den, and over to Galestar.] "Galestar, may i speak with you? it's quite urgent..."

We are the swift... We are the strong...  Saltpaw[Saltpaw smiled and padded away from Highbranch, immediately looking for Ghostkit.]
"Ghostkit!" [She called happily.]
[She stopped a few paces away from the elders den, wondering if perhaps he was talking with Redpoppy still.]
"Where are you." We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

[Icepaw rolled her eyes because she already knew those things. She got a few poppy seeds out in a pile and looked for some good cobwebs. She found some and made a mental note that there were there. Icepaw waited for Cometstream to come back.]

"If you want, we can train our apprentices together until you get the hang of it, I'm sure Cloverpaw'd enjoy the company," Mapleleaf offered, not thinking.
[Mapleleaf shifted. And I would too. . . Mapleleaf cursed inwardly for so openly inviting another warrior in on her training. But something didn't make her regret it.]

We are the swift... We are the strong... Saltpaw [Saltpaw nearly jumped out of her fur as Ghostkit spoke. She turned, her heart pounding, nearly popping out of her chest.]
"You scared me." [She reported with a smile.] "You're going to be great at hunting with how quiet you are."
"I'm sure Owltalon will come back soon. You'll be apprenticed soon!"
[She purred and shook her fur.] "I need help with my fur...so I think I'm going to ask Pepperpaw..." We are and always will be... Breezeclan...
