You know, if insurance companies would cover visits to nutritionists, it might prevent alot of the other stuff they have to pay for.

kmaritza - thats what I though! they will have to pay way more after you get all the sicknesses due to incorrect nutrition.
But, it's just my insurance - others do cover it. ^^' My OB gave me tips like not to eat pasta, white bread, white rice, juices and sweets of course. So I'm gonna go on that - she said if I don't eat those things I should be ok. o.o

~ ~ I don't know if my insurance would cover a nutritionist, but if I did get gestational diabetes I could ask my dad for help at least. He has diabetes and might be able to help me some.
On a side note I'm finally starting to show beyond just being a little chubby.

Happy Birthday to Zoe! Hope you feel better Tea!!! heart
Yesterday's doctor appointment was disappointing. I had my second meeting with my VBAC doctor and at first everything seemed really good. He said everything from my surgical records looked great and there was no reason why I couldn't try! Yay! They took a culture for step B and I am measuring right on target and his heartbeat was good and strong. That is when things went downhill. When trying to check the positioning he began to think that he is transverse which would kill my chances at a VBAC automatically. To be sure I was sent in for an ultrasound (he's still a he) and sure enough he is transverse. The lady who did my ultrasound had a very negative attitude about him flipping headdown at this point. Her exact words were "Well you may as well just schedule the c-section and get it over with." Which really made me mad...I mean come on, just get it over with? I haven't gotten a chance to talk to my doctor yet because he had to go into a surgery but I am waiting to see what he has to say next week before deciding anything for sure. I am still holding out hope he will manage to flip himself even though at this point it seems chances are slim. I know Ethan was breech for a long time and waited until almost the last minute to flip.
Sorry for the novel! sweatdrop Please sent good thoughts of flipping to this little guy!!!

Aw Syll, I'm hoping little man will turn for you.
Honestly? I have heard mixed comments about the manual turning of babies. Now, I have heard there's some little trick playing around with a flashlight or music or something. If at the very least entertaining!

confused When I was pregnant with Ethan, he didn't flip head down until 36 or 37 weeks, if I remember correctly. I think they're jumping the gun there.
You won't know until it happens, you know?
Here's to hoping the little guy turns for you. <3

Thanks everyone! I still think he has time too. I checked out spinningbabies.com and they had some interesting suggestions on things to try to get them to flip. I guess people have had some success using them. I figure I would try them and the worst that happens is I look a little silly doing them!

Very nice name, Syllandra! Ethan and Caleb sound nice together.
It looks like we're probably going to be calling our Little Man 'Liam' (William Thomas) since Joel just loves that name. Now his family has to learn to pronounce it correctly. rofl
