I thank you for being honest, whomever you may be. But I must correct you on some things you have brought to light.
I have never banned or threatened anyone with being banned. The only people I have removed from this Guild have never posted once and even then, I only go through the memberlist once in a blue moon. Bring me the names of those I've banned that have been active because it's a tad hard believing that.
And if I have threatened someone with being banned, it is because they do not adhere to the rules Shrub has set up or they have been very annoying to other members who report the person to me.
As I've said several times prior to several people, I don't play favorites. I certainly have friends here, but I don't put them higher than any other member. If it seems that way, I am terribly sorry to you.
Yes I know I had a bad habit of deleting posts, but they, in my mind, were deemed spam or unrelating to the topic they were in. Shrub talked to me about that after some users complained, to which I have listened and do honestly refrain from deleting posts unless it is truly necessary.
Threads, however, you are very wrong on. I lock threads when they do not have proper discussion, or the topic or debate has been brought to a point where going any further would have the thread-goers repeating themselves. I hardly delete threads even though I should.
Deadly Lullaby is an effective moderator, but she is not as active as I am. She needed someone who was active, and since I am on everyday and supposedly once had a good reputation in this Guild, I was chosen. I was a plain moderator beforehand, simply taking joy in being able to help clean this place up.
In any case, I'm very offended that you have drawn me out to be a cruel person in leeway of being a Vice Captain. Not only that, but your assumption that I would ban you or delete a post that I didn't agree with. I'm really sorry you think of me that way because somehow your view of me has been tainted. I'm not the monster I've been made out to be. I'm a sixteen year old girl with a love for Phantom and this Guild and ALL of its members.
And if anyone should have a problem with me, I'd quite rather they PM me personally to tell me what I've done wrong or how I've wronged them so I can apologize accordingly and right these wrongs. I will not ban anyone who steps up me to name my faults, I'm not that stupid or "power corrupted". I can take the blows and still stand, though it's a bit of an insult that you had to do it on a mule instead of facing me personally. Though technically you have faced me, haven't you?
I thank you for your concern, but I would really enjoy that any members in agreement with you sought to tell me instead so that I might indeed change to better serve this Guild instead of knowing there is a mob of members behind my back, ready to spit on me should I turn around.
EDIT: I would also like to add that if your "group" would kindly PM me and give me their reasons, then I will again try to right what I have done. If enough members come forward, I will then contact Shrub about this personally and if she deems it so, I will remove myself as Vice Captain or as a moderator altogether.
However, I am reluctant to do so now because this is something I am just hearing about and if I am so terribly feared, then those users are fearing nothing because I am not someone they should fear. I am not a harsh person, I am rather easygoing. Yes, I claim sadly to have a temper, but does not everyone have their days?
It's sad because I honestly felt I was making friends with everyone in this Guild. But I will not ever ban someone because their opinion differs from mine. I have not ever and I will not ever do that. And I have ASKED for those who oppose me to PM me and express their feelings to me so that I might better serve them as a co-leader.

Aw, Uta, you do have a lot of friends here. RDS, Moo, Youko, Myself...basically everyone in the thread and I'm sure there are others out there too. Personally I have a bit of a temper too, and, yes I see how we all have bad days.
Honestly...I don't think people are judging you personally. I know I think you're cool and funny and...you got me into PotP for god's sake! And you read what the others were saying about you.
Just...don't let it get to you too much.
And also I don't envy your job either. I already get too many PMs and stuff than are fun to read all the time. I'd hate to have everybody telling me about everything that they're having a problem with in the guild.
I'm not going to take sides or get further into this than I have to. But...if it means anything, I like you, Uta. I don't think I could hate you if I tried.

Well I hope this all pans out, sure Uta can be a little hasty to lock and delete things but publicly posting something with that fake little victims mentality really miffs me becuase she's obviously trying to degrade Uta on a personal level which is completely uncalled for and could have easily (might I add should have done in the beginning) been resolved through pms, like a responsible level-headed guild member.

I actually have an amusing story about this...So the reason I go to these cons is to sell my artwork and even though I usually get crappy spots I do pretty well for a way amateur (in the selling department) artist, but the down side is I'm sitting in one spot for basically six or more hours at a time (I didn't even get a chance to LOOK at the dealer's merchandise...). But while I was sitting there I was taking pictures of some characters I thought were rather interesting and I had seen V the day before and I SWORE to myself that I was gonna hug/dry hump under the pretense of talking to him....Anyways as my friend was graciously leaving to get me some food she found V and actually sent her (as it was a girl cosplayer) my way. I was estatic and actually got her to recite V's crazy monologue with all the pretty sweeping actions and everything and THEN she gave me the rose she was carrying heart *still has it* I squealed and called my friend back at home to gloat ^.^
Now about my Red Death escapades...I cosplayed as Red Death all of Friday Night becuase Saturday and Sunday I'd be sitting in the artist alley and I'd be extremely uncomfortable in that particular costume (not to mention without glasses!). I had a few girl phans and actually one quite engaged male phan, which suprised me. Of course I had a few, oddly enough, gender-mistaken incidents one of which being a guy yelling "Sir, you are awesome!" I rashly corrected "Ma'am!" and he was like..." O.o er...sorry."
But the most amusing incident by far was when I ran into another female cosplaying as Christine from the Don Juan scene which of course became a posing Kodak moment (this is where I don't have the pictures, despairingly enough...). But while we were standing next to each other, I'm not sure if this chick that I was a guy or what,becuase she grabs me and does this dip which I totally didn't expect and (in case you can't tell from the pictures) I'm a very small girl with little upper arm strength so while people are taking pictures I stumble under her weight and almost drop her gonk Quite emberassing really becuase I really think she expected me to able to hold her sweatdrop
All in all thought a really fun time, but I'm still sad I didn't get a chance to check out the dealer's room I was gonna see if I could find that japanese phantom of the opera manga.... crying

My sentiments exactly. Why I couldn't have been PMed this and spared you all the nonsense is beyond me. I can only hope whomever it is decides to face me either in an IM or PM. I will not have this guild get in the middle of my fight with a few people who for some reason have made me out to be a monster.
On a lighter subject: Omg RDS, I love the train of your costume. And I would've done the same thing to the V, even if it was a girl cosplayer. XD I need to find those conventions in my own state along with that damned Renaissance festival..

Well I never knew we had one until I was talking with a friend about the one she works at and she tracked down the website for my state's festival. So I'mma see when they have it and where to see if I can go. I would just die of happiness because they always sounds so cool and fun. Plus I want to get shwig stuff. XD
