Naoki felt his hair with a smile. Caribbean? he repeated. That is an island, correct? The boy smiled brightly to Lilly. And it makes your hair soft? he asked, tilting his head.
Are they the right size? Chiyoko asked, smiling. They're so cute, Hiro-kun. They will match my clothes? What about shoes for you?
Ginger grinned at Jasorne's comment before looking to the lighter he pointed at. That could be perfect, she said lowly. I think I might just get that one for him. Lord knows if I showed up giving him a lighter that said 'SATAN' on it, he would blow up at me.

The woman grinned, standing up straight and smoothing out the front of her dress as she too looked around. Have you decided on all that you're getting then?

Jasorne nodded, "Indeed I have", he said pointing two throwing daggers out in a display box that he liked. The throwing daggers had an engraved snake on both that looked as if he wound itself around the blade. He grinned at his selection, eager to buy it.

"Sort of; it's more of the general region. And the humidity in the air makes most people's hair all poofy. It tends to drive tourists crazy, but it also makes hair really soft and silky. You don't even need to condition there!"
Lilly sat back, smiling fondly. "I've been there once, when i was a kid. It's where i learned to swim. Do you swim?"

I don't need any shoes, Hirohito laughed. And I'm sure these will fit fine, they do match beautifully with your outfits, he said, leading her towards the counter to pay for them.

ShtrDrNGry Sou ka, Toshi offered with a shrug. Daijobu wo. When you have the brothers I have, you learn quickly to take what's said with a grain of salt. She laughed softly and shook her head. I would go out more, but I'd rather not. She shrugged again, pushing the darker thoughts from her mind before offering the boy a smile. I don't mind looking like a corpse...as long as I'm not one of those accident corpses. Or murdered corpses. She blushed faintly and looked away, unsure whether or not the boy could stomach such talk.

I would probably look silly if my hair was poofy, Naoki rather giggled, feeling his hair. But soft and silky sounds so nice. The boy coiled some hair around one of his fingers. Swim in the water? he finally asked, tilting his head slightly. What does swimming consist of?
Chiyoko followed almost blindly behind Hirohito, an overwhelming happiness inside of her as she gazed at the back of his head. Why doesn't Hiro-kun get anything for himself? she asked with a pout.

Ginger narrowed her eyes at the boy with a grin. Good to know, she said. I would hate it if you threw daggers at poor, innocent people.
I tried to have as much fun as I could, Naoki stated happily. But a lot of times my dad wouldn't let me. We didn't have a pool, and we weren't near any water I don't think. The boy paused and pressed his lips together in thought before shaking his head. He always said "Nao-kun, there is no point in going places and doing things that humans do." I have seen swimming on the television before though, and he said that there is no point in knowing how or learning.

The comment about 'what humans do' puzzled Lilly, but he chose not to pursue it; the topic of his father seemed to be a unpleasant one for Naoki, and the last thing Lilly wanted to do was chase the boy away. "Well, it's not really necessary to know," he said, "But it is a lot of fun. Listen, would you like to learn? I can teach you- my sister and i just moved into this big house, and it's got a swimming pool in the backyard."

Naoki smiled brightly, clapping his hands together. You mean I can learn? the boy asked. He was totally unaware that one was able to learn to swim after they reached a certain age. What is a pool? Is it different from the ocean?
I can carry some! Chiyoko smiled, grabbing some bags from the other and swinging them at her sides. I don't care where we go either. As long as I'm with you. The girl giggled under her breath as she followed the other.
