   The Beast's head turned as he looked at Teresa, as she so boldly stepped forward to speak. "I think "may I speak" would be more polite, but at least you're civil. Go ahead." He said. "...Well, since you asked nicely, I'll tell you. I wasn't created to destroy you, I was created with the intent of washing all the life away from this planet in the event that the Calamity destroyed the Cetra. The Calamity you call Jenova--which, as Balder's memory tells me, has not been eradicated yet." Great proof they were good at their job. "The Calamity would have attempted to drain the Lifestream of its power and erode Gaia away until it was a shrivel, and eventually it would die completely. However, the Cetra were able to seal away the Calamity after I was created. I was a failsafe, created in case they were destroyed by "Jenova." Upon learning this after I attained this body, it confused me--why had i been awakened then? I should have stayed in slumber forever. But then I learned through Balder's memory of the Mako Reactors, and that they use the planet's energy--the Lifestream--as a form of power. Knowing this, you have all done nothing to stop it. This is the punishment all humanity will face. Whether or not you find it wrongful is meaningless--the chain of events has already been set in motion, and there is no stopping your annihilation now. Inaction is just as much the fault of those who choose it as it is the ones who did the action in the first place. Indecision saves nothing. Because of ShinRa's actions, and your inaction, here I am." He finished the explanation. "There. Does that answer your question? Is that the explanation you were hoping for? I hope so. I won't take your life today, since you were at least polite. But judgement will come for you all soon." At her last offer to join them, he chuckled. "No. But thank you for the offer." He had only one goal, and that was the goal he had been given by the Cetra long ago.(( OoC: ))

  Teresa remained quiet, she wasn't about to argue about his correcting her, instead went on to ask her question. It was after she said all she had to say that she listened to the Beast's words. Again, she would remain silent until he was finished speaking.Taking a small step forward, one very small one at that, the look of hopefulness seemed to fill the teenager's eyes. It was a little sad, in a way. It was clear there was no hope, but still somehow she managed to find some in his words, that would only end up crushing her soon after. "...Are you saying that...If we all fought against Jenova, not just Avalanche, but the many other friends we've come to meet from other worlds...If we could fight together, and defeat Jenova once and for all, as well as stop the mako reactors...Would you....stop you're mission? " And that was the hope she so held onto. Though her face twisted into a small frown at his last words. "...Why? You must be brilliant, even you can see that joining us would be better! You could make a real life for yourself...M-maybe create a form of your own..? " That may of sounded strange, but considering his power, she didn't doubt to much it wasn't possible given the right time. "Everyone makes mistakes..but that doesn't mean they can't be forgiven or become friends, and even family if they really wanted to change..I think you can,too.."
"What a naive little angel you can be.." A voice would speak out, and suddenly the source of that voice appeared behind a certain quiet silver-haired teenager, Kaden. Her arms wrapped around his waist, her head kind of peeking out behind him a little. She couldn't just peer over his shoulder, as her short height wouldn't allow her those small luxury's. Then again, it never really bothered her.Stepping up to stand beside Kaden now, Krul slipped her arms around his, and simply looked at him as though there was no mortal threat in the room currently. "You should stop running away, though I do love this cat and mouse game..I will always find you, my little pet.." Yep, this was SO the right time for this. Returning her attention to the bodies on the floor now, her eyes slowly gazed over to the beast, smirking coldly. "I thought I caught the scent of fresh blood...What a shame to go to such waste..mmm,Kaden? Don't tell me you don't crave it yourself.." What joy her words might bring to the families and friends of those killed today. It even could lead to make a person wonder, who was the truly bad one here, the Beast, or her?

"No. That's not what I'm saying." The Beast said, clearly having no problem crushing her hope. That was the main reason he had come here today, after all. To kill Zack and make the others lose their morale. The other deaths were just a bonus. "No. I said it already. If you make me say it again, I'll engrave it in your body." That was probably a good indicator that he had no interest.Kaden jumped a bit as he felt arms around his waist. "...?" He could tell who it was, of course... "M-master..." He grunted. "You should leave... I don't want you to get hurt..." He still cared about her, clearly, despite how much she had used him."Heh." The Beast stepped forward, his eyes on Krul. "And I thought I was bad. No remorse at all? Maybe you should join them, then." He said, wasting no time in sending a bolt of lightning straight towards her heart, just as he had done to Zack.  Just at Kaden's last words, he would suddenly feel himself pulled by his shirt, pulling him right down to her and in a sudden, quite passionate and very inappropriate kiss. She could hear the Beast speaking to her clearly, and kept the kiss going for several more moments without worry as the bolt of red electricity flew for her. Still, she didn't move or part from her kiss, only held up one hand and his little red beam? It absorbed into a brilliant flash of crimson, which began to drip down in the resemblance of blood. It was then, that she pulled away and shoved Kaden aside. "Such a rude one, you are! If I didn't decide on one forever pet, you would be my next one."
Suddenly, Krul disappeared. Within the blink of an eye, she was in front of him with a fist slamming harshly, like nothing he may of ever felt before to his gut. There was enough force behind it that even his power wouldn't keep him from meeting the wall, at the other complete side of the ball room. Then, she vanished again. The next time she appeared, it would be on him. Yes, she was on top of the deadly Beast, and she wasn't even holding him down. She wanted him to feel her power, and that power was intense. Even if it lasted only seconds, he would not be able to move his body. This gave her only a short amount of time to sink her sharp fangs deep into the 'mans' neck. Had she succeeded, Krul would drink his blood, in order to obtain some amount of his own power, or maybe if she was lucky, drain it.

Kaden was surprised by the sudden and, indeed, very inappropriate kiss. Usually he wouldn't allow that in such a situation, but with Krul, he couldn't help himself. As had bee made obvious by now. Once he was shoved aside, due to how she had been manhandling him and shocking him, he fell right to the floor, blinking in surprise.
The Beast wouldn't get such a pleasant treatment, however. His Pressure may not have been in full effect yet, but he expected everyone around him to be weaker than they usually were, and while he wasn't even close to his full power, he didn't think that made a difference. Since Balder had never met Krul though, he didn't know how powerful she was. She had divine power, which was the only sort of power that The Beast's Pressure didn't work on. So yes, when she punched him in the gut, he felt it hard. And he went down hard. It was then that he felt the Reaper on him, straddling him as if she had already completely dominated him. And in a way, she had; though she was tiny and light, he felt her power as she wanted him to. Fully. And it caused his eyes to widen in surprise, and slight fear. He let out a grunt as she sunk her fangs into his neck, and drank his blood, draining into his tremendous power and claiming it as her own. As the divine power she had was keeping him down, he wouldn't be able to escape it easily, and since his power was being drained, it might be hazardous for even him to stay here much longer. Still, he could do nothing right now except give in and allow the tiny Reaper to take a large portion of the power he had now. It would make her even stronger, and leave him far weaker. Though this wasn't his full power--otherwise this wouldn't be an issue. He would still be able to regain his full power once he escaped...
This would also release Artemis, Kana and Phoenix from the hold he had on them moments ago, as his power was being drained and he had to conserve it for other things. (( OoC: ))

 Xaiyou felt the beast arrived and didn't speak.He knew if he drew attention to himself, he wouldn't be able to activate Seraphim mode. Apparently their enemy could shut down abilities and this was one that he didn't want shut down just yet. Listening to Teresa's plea to the creature he couldn't help but sigh and draw in holy energy. Pinpointing into his necklace's charm. The necklace glowed white hot with the intensity to reveal all shadow and bathe it in light. Soon his wings summoned and grew in length and size. Runes and lines appeared on his body which glowed a light blue flowing which intensified whenever he flexed power. The last thing to happen which veiled him from everyone's view was that his wings had spread into six wings of pure white.
"Just like Destruction is required in the world the same is with Creation. You can't have one without the other. Even if he joined Avalanche and the rest of you, Someone would have to destroy everything. It's only natural for someone fall into the role as destroyer."
Xaiyou noticed the new player to the game. he wouldn't get involved till he had to. Standing up he wrapped his body with the 3 pair of wings while folding them in along the front of his body. the only part of his body that was open was face which had a few runes on his face glowing royal blue.

She may not of shown it, but inside her mind, she was even a little surprised she had actually gotten him down so easily. She figured with him showing here now so soon, he must not have been at his full potential of power, so this was the best and likely the only chance she would get to go with this idea of hers. If she could get his power, and lower his at the same time, that may bring more success to defeating him in the end. Not that she cared for anyone here but Kaden, but it was his world too, and if there was a threat to it, she would have to step up to protect it too. The Reaper felt his submission, his body calmed and became less tense from under her. Drinking the thick blood of such divine amounts of power for several more seconds, Krul slowly pulled away, but only a little as she whispered into the Beast's ear. "I just love the blood of such a powerful source..." Licking her lips in a twisted, seductive manor, the Reaper began to lower her head again. "Mmm...I'll not forget this taste..Just..a little more.." The power from the beast could be felt within her, and it grew stronger the more blood she drank from him. Anymore, and there might not BE a Beast to worry about. Though Kurl, so full of such amounts of power? That wouldn't end well ether.

"Ngh..." Exitiumortis grunted, but chuckled a bit. "Well, enjoy it. It won't happen again." He said threateningly. "Once I regain my power, you'll be the first one I-gah!" He grunted as she continued to drain his power. After several moments, allowing Krul to drain much of his power and claim it as her own, she would feel a sort of jolt of power shove her teeth away from his neck, and now, had she tried again, she would see that though his skin remained normal looking and feeling, it was impossible to penetrate now, as if there was an unbreakable substance underneath. A natural defense mechanism, ironically it was Balder's to protect against Reapers, and it seemed to save the Beast from losing any more power. "I found this neat little power in this demigod's brain," The Beast said. "Now, get off me or I'll make your death far worse when it comes." He warned her. "And it's coming soon." (( OoC: ))

]"We'll see about that.." She said to his mind, while the thirsty, power hungry vampire known as one of the strongest Reaper's of her world continued to drink the man's blood. She didn't do it softly, but clearly meant to bring as much pain to him as was possible. Until she felt a strange pressure shove her teeth from his neck, and when she tried again it seemed her snacking time was over. Her teeth would not go through again. This brought a cold, amused smirk as she raised her head from his neck, though her crimson red orbs remained locked onto his own. "Oh? How exciting. No one has ever threatened me before. Do you know why? " She didn't care rather he wanted to hear or not. "Because It is me, who pulls the threats..." She smiled at his last words."I can't wait to see what threats you will be able to pull off..~" Because in her mind, she didn't see him pulling ether one of them off. "Would you like to know a little secret? " She whispered,as if to just make it that much more 'secretive'. "I never lose." And then, she was off of him, returning right back to Kaden as if it was all one big joke to her. Her power over him would end, and he would regain control. "Run away now, little Beast. I will enjoy our play time later.." She waved at him tauntingly..
Had the Beast left, Krul would give a brief glance to the other man, some kind of Angel by the looks of it. ".Hmm? I feel as though I should say a little prayer...All these holy Angel's...That can't even do their job. " She snickered, looking to Isabel who was still holding Roy's lifeless form in her arms. "Then I suppose, the fail angel, or was it the broken angel? Isn't fit to bring anyone back. "

  "...That was a mistake." Epsilon said, directed at Krul as the Beast left the area in an explosion of lightning. "I'm surprised you were able to do any sort of damage... but don't expect it to happen again. The Beast was not at his full power. And by that, I don't mean he was close to full power but just needed an extra boost. Before you drained some of it, he was around ten percent of his maximum power." ...And yet he managed to kill some of the world's strongest warriors with no effort. "...I also guess it's fair to let you know that once he reaches one-hundred percent of his power, he will be able to activate his "Genocidal Obliteration" ability, which uses all his power to completely destroy all living things on the planet. Any gaps in the reality will be breached too--all worlds connecting to this one will also lose all life." That meant all life in the Reapers' Realm, along with all the worlds who had people come to this world. Squall's world, Chrom's world, Yu's world--all the life would be obliterated from all of them. He glanced at Krul. "You're stronger than most of the people in here, but even with the power you managed to steal, you couldn't handle the Beast past twenty-five percent of his power." So she had made quite an error in simply allowing him to go, but he would have been able to escape anyway. "...Anyway, I'm leaving. Have fun with your last few days. The Beast's power will reach maximum soon." And with that, he was gone."..."Jake grunted, his demonic fist clenching. "...Cloud!" He turned to the blonde."..." Why couldn't he do anything? Was all the power he had simply not enough? How was this Beast so powerful?"Cloud... you need to take over as leader of Avalanche again." Jake said."..." His eyes widened for a moment. "But I..." He looked to where Zack had been laying lifeless only moments before, until the bodies of the fallen had faded back into the Lifestream."Cloud," Ike said, crossing his arms. "The only way we have a chance at this is working together. We all trust you. You've changed, right? I'll follow your lead. Just tell us what to do.""..." Cloud nodded. "Alright. I let them die again... but, this time I won't dwell on it. I won't let their sacrifices be meaningless." Cloud said, his determination coming back to him, though it was a lot more subdued now. "I need to be broadcast around the world. There may still be people from other worlds who haven't met with us yet--we need to tell them what's happening.""Alright, Yu and I can take care of that," Yosuke said. "We happen to know a famous TV personality." He said with an assuring smile, though he was only doing it to try to lighten the others up a little. He felt so awful on the inside. "Come on!" He said, and he, Yu and likely Rise would go to make the preparations for that."Desmond," Cloud said, turning to the half-demon. "I need you, Jin and Cissnei to try to track the Beast's heralds, or the Beast himself. Try to find out where he gathers power. And see if there's a way to stop it or slow it down.""You got it man," Desmond said."This may be fun," Jin said. "I can't promise to restrain myself again if we run into any of them." He said, and the two went off together to find Cissnei and explain their mission, that is if she wasn't here herself."Jake," He turned to one of Avalanche's longest-running members. "You and Unisha find all the Serenitians on this world and bring them here. We're going to need all the help we can get." Jake nodded, and motioned for him and Unisha to leave to head back to Serenity together, along with their children. Besides Kaden, most likely. "Phoenix, see if you could sweet-talk your lover into providing some sort of assistance. If he won't, at least bring your father." He had heard a lot of good things about the former king of Serenity and his fighting abilities. "Zelda... we're going to need Link for this." He informed the princess. Even though he and Link had had their... differences in the past, he knew how skillful the hero was, and all of that was his own natural ability, which was all they would have for their battle with the Beast. "..." Yuffie... he was just about to tell her something, but she was... "Damn him..." He said under his breath. How did this happen? "Agrias!!" He turned his attention to the Paladin. "You know where Stark's Laboratory is, right? I need you to bring him to us. If we want any hope of winning this, we'll need his mind commanding the troops." He remembered she had arrived here at the same time as the Liler family, and believed she had been there beforehand. "Isabel..." He got down on one knee beside her. "I'm sorry..." If only he had been stronger... "...Would you say a prayer for our companions?" Meaning, the ones who had been killed of course. He knew the Lifestream worked different than the Heaven and Hell of Serenity, but it wouldn't hurt. Standing back up now, he turned to face everyone. "Tifa, call Cid. Terra, Ike, Soren--you're with Tifa and I. ...We're going to kill Jenova.""The Calamity?" Soren made a slightly amused sound. "A logical idea from you. This really is the end of the world.""It would have to be, I guess," Cloud said. "The Beast was right. We should have killed Jenova already. Sephiroth is dead, so the only thing left to close to book on our original adventure is to kill Jenova. See if you can contact Kadaj. I think he'll want to help." He hadn't seen the former remnant in a long time, so it was a long shot. "Everyone else, spread out! Go to all the cities in the world. Tell the citizens to find shelter, that the Beast is here. That we won't let him win. And if you find anyone else from Avalanche, tell them what happened here. Tell them the names of the Beast's first victims. But tell them that if the Beast wants our lives, he's damn sure not getting them without a fight. Go!""On it.""I am prepared.""It shall be done."Cloud nodded as most of the members sounded off, before heading towards the exit. While most had heavy hearts, there wasn't complete despair anymore. Cloud wouldn't let that happen--he couldn't. For Zack, he had to keep the hope alive. That's what he would do. Even if it looked hopeless... they would struggle until the very end.(( OoC: ))

]  "Hmm?" Krul turned to face Epsilon, there remained a unchanged amusement to the Reaper's features." And I should let you know, he won't reach one-hundred percent. It may come close, but it won't happen. " She waved him off as he vanished, only to return her attention to the group that was now speaking, Kaden's father trying to get Cloud to take back his position as leader. It wasn't long before Cloud found that motivation in him again, and began to set out orders for the team. "I get the feeling he doesn't like vampire's much, does he? We were so rudely ignored! " As if this was a joking matter! "It almost makes me NOT want to help! " Then again if Epsilon's words were true, she probably would want to if she didn't want to let her people and her realm be destroyed too. "...I'm here.." Cissnei, who was kind of hidden in the shadows stepped forward, from the moment she dropped her new fair off at a safe location, she made her way back to Balamb the very moment everything began to happen. She witnessed everything, and this time watched Zack die in front of her eyes. Her feelings may of been long gone, but that didn't mean he wasn't special or very important to her still. Then not long after, more people were slaughtered. As a Turk, she had seen a lot of blood shed, and terrible things beyond what most people could imagine, but this was just a lot to just put aside. She didn't feel much motivation to her, only a thickening sadness that would eventually eat away at her if she had to see more people die she loved. "Wouldn't it be a good idea to bring Hiyori along? Her skills may come to be helpful, the last I heard from her she was in the process of trying to make something just like that to locate the beast.." Of course she was keeping in touch with her, the two did just about the same thing after all. Spying on enemies in their own way. "I'll go with you.." Of course she was still here. Where else would she be? "As for that project..It's not complete..Or it doesn't want to pick him up. Maybe his power is so great that even my devices won't pick him up..I don't know. " Hiyori said from her spot not to far from everyone else, she was just sitting against the wall.. "...." Isabel barely did anything as far as movements or words went. Only just barely managed to nod her head to Cloud's request.
"....Um. I THINK you are forgetting someone.. " Tina shot a small glare at her father. "You guys aren't going there without me. " And especially not Soren, no. "I took out Sephiroth, I'll do the same for that witch.You will need my help, so don't even think about trying to say no. " Besides that, she didn't need permission to join, She had the gift of flight! So rather they wanted her or not, there was no doubt she would beat them there even before they got to the crater themselves.
Tifa shook her head softly, she decided it wasn't in her place to say anything to Tina right now, and instead did as Cloud asked her.Slipping out her cell phone, the first she would dial was Cid, who upon answering, seemed unease about picking up the phone himself. Every time anyone called him, it was for this very reason. The use of the airship.

     "Jin..." He would feel a hand settle over his shoulder for a moment, as Rydia stepped up beside him. "You best do all you can to keep control of yourself. I won't see you lost next if you act foolishly." Now that they knew the Beast could appear anywhere at anytime it wished, Jin losing himself on one of the beast's heralds could only bring it right to him, which even Jin himself was likely not going to survive an attack of. "I will take my Mist Dragon while Rosa, Porom and Leonora will use the Enterprise to inform others around the world..I'm going alone, we need to be fast." It would be much faster and less threatening to those who may of had ill thoughts of Avalanche's members.
"Please be careful, all of you.."
Leaning close to Jin, Rydia placed a small kiss to his cheek. Who knew what was waiting for them out there, it could be the last time she seen him alive after all. Turning away she began heading her way out through the balcony. She wasn't kidding when she said she wanted to be fast. The Mist Dragon appeared suddenly at her calling, allowing her to climb up from the balcony to sit down.Once she was holding on the dragon gave two large flaps of it's massive wings, and was off to the skies.

 Agrias Oaks Most of the conversations and attacks seemed to have faded in Agrias' mind. To her time seemed to slow to a stop, when she had seen Yuffie fall to the Beast. Others had closed in to confront this ultra-powerful man, whilst the Holy Knight ran to Yuffie's side. The blonde paladin could see that her princess had stopped breathing altogether, and set to the task of attempting to revive her. Grabbing the ninja princess by her shoulders, the blonde drug the petite body away from the powerful entity. Then, Agrias used a raise dead spell to try to bring Yuffie back from the beyond. Nothing happened. Panic began to rise, as the paladin recast the spell – only to see the same result, ”No... Not you too... Not again!” A thought occurred to the Lionguard paladin, she had some Phoenix Feathers on her. Opening a pouch, Agrias carefully pulled out one pure white feather that sparkled in the ballroom light. Gently placing the feather on Yuffie's chest right above her heart, Agrias began to pray. The downy feather sparkled brightly, and then faded to grey and then to black. Agrias' mouth hung open, as she witnessed the feather dissolve into blackened ash that blew away. …... Staring down at the corpse she knelt beside, Agrias was coming to the realization that her beloved princess, Yuffie Kisuragi Liler, was gone. Gently, gloved hands scoop up Yuffie's upper half, hugged and rocked the ninja to the now weeping paladin. Clinging to her, Agrias sobbed into Yuffie shoulder, ”... Come back.... Please come back... You have too much to live for... So many people love you... Stark... your kids.... Aerith... and me..... Don't give up now...” Piercing Agrias' consciousness, the paladin heard Cloud call out her name. Deep blue eyes sought and locked with Cloud's Mako eyes, when the mercenary explained what he wanted done. Stark.... He doesn't even know. With tears streaming black streaks down Agrias' cheeks, the paladin answered, “(sniff) … As you command, Cloud. It shall be done. I'll contact you when I get to Stark's Laboratory...” Yuffie's body almost slipped out of the paladin's grasp, and the blonde suddenly moved to catch her – gently cradling the ninja princess' head. Gingerly setting Yuffie down, tears continued to flow freely down Agrias' cheeks. Leaning over practically cheek to cheek, Agrias whispered in Yuffie's ear, ”I am so sorry I failed you, my dearest princess, but I shall avenge you. I shall love you always, and I promise I'll watch over Stark.”With a tender kiss on Yuffie's cheek, the blonde paladin stood up and strode out of the ruined ballroom. (OOC: I'm guessing that the Beast is not right there IN the ballroom, otherwise Cloud's orders don't quite make sense. No need to tell the Beast what we're up to.)

Xaiyou nodded at clouds command and infused holy energy through the room's floor and created three more copies of him. Each in Seraphim mode and creating portals much like himself. He didn't even really bother speaking. the four Xaiyou's waited as two portals opened near him. they were both black and he knew that his siblings must have arrived. He looked at the portals as both Rensho and Akito walked through the portals. The looks on their faces knew that something serious showed up if Xaiyou had used Seraphim form as well as his new Heaven Sent technique. Akito was the first to speak up "Guess i might as well help as best i can." Akito summoned his wings as a dark malevolent power pulsed from Akito's very core. The wings grew larger and eventually split into three pairs of black wings. Red runes began running up his skin. Akito's eye color changed into a crimson color. Most people would think he was evil with this power but he had since learned to control it. Three black portals arrived as he created three Akito clones each in Dark Seraphim mode. This was the truth of what he was in the end. An Angel but not a Holy one. He was a war angel meant only for the battle coming up ahead. The Ex Soldier looked at Xaiyou and his clones and then at Rensho.  Rensho shook his head in disgust. Mostly due to the fact that his brothers have out shined him by "showing off". Summoning his own pair of black wings he didn't have some new form to show off. Upon summoning three portals of his own, he created three Rensho clones from some feathers that was free falling from the air when his wings were summoned. "So i take it we are convening here instead of home because our home has become detached and thus floats in the sky and we have no clue where it is? or are we having this meeting to discuss our plan?" Rensho, Akito and Xaiyou each sat down in a circle together while the clones filed through their respective portals. Closing the rifts and making the room feel less cluttered. Each clone was flying around screaming the same thing. "THE BEAST IS HERE! TAKE UP ARMS!!!"(Akito and Rensho's clones said this)/"PRAY FOR US!!!"(xaiyou's clones said this) their power circulating the entire area. Everything around anyone had a new shimmer to it, that seemed to dance to any physical touch from anyone. Sending pulses towards the brothers, even with their eyes closed as they convened, they knew where everyone was in the area. Each of them seemed to be focusing hard as mentally they spoke to each other. "Akito, even if we knew what body she was now in, we couldn't force her powers back. We should focus on the beast!" "Xaiyou, we should be focusing on ShinRa. I have the perfect plan to infiltrate it by going in the front door." "Rensho, you can do your spy act later when the fate of the world isn't doomed."
