"Well, I've been friends with Shagatsu-san for a little while so I thought I might as well pay him a visit, seeing as we haven't seen each in quite awhile! I used to go to the teahouse often, but not so much anymore." Yokome said quietly. "I've been busy deciding on which maiko I will take on as my little sister."

"You are aloud to take on as many maikos as you desire." she said and took a sip of her worm tea. "But if you need any help I will be glad to."

"Never heard of her." she said taking another sip of her tea. " Sadly my okiya has no more maids or available maikos." she said with sigh but a smile quickly grew upon her lips. "But this means less work for me."

"Wow, I am surprised that your okiya has no more maids or available maiko! We have only a few maids and maiko left." Yokome said.

The next day, Shagatsu cleaned out all remnants of Omny, puting them in a small trunk in the back of his cave. He cleaned up the shrine and began to meditate, himself.

Iyasu climbed up the shrine's stairs to see the unpainted wooden structures that Shagatsu made. She smile softly as she came closer to the peaceful envirnoment.
"Shagatsu-san, are you here?" She asked hopefully.

Shagatsu smiled at a familiar voice. "Yes, what can I help you with?" He said with his eyes still closed.

"I was just seeing how you were . . . I have not seen you in so long! I wanted to know how life was treating you, old friend!" She answered as she stepped deeper into the open compound. "Where are you?"

"Over here!" He said from the small grassy knoll he was sitting upon. "I've been better. It seems the Geisha I was Danna to has left without a trace... How have you been?"

Iyasu listened carefully to his voice and smiled as he came into view. At the sound of the news, she had already known, her eyes looked darted downward as she shook her head.
"I know . . . a messenger came and told Tora in the garden and she told me. I am truly sorry for what she did to you. It was very cruel to do." She said sorrowfully and added, "It shows that she did not care for you and also that she has no spine to sneak a way like that without a word to anyone. If I am being out of place, forgive me . . . but it is how I feel."

"We all have our opinions." He said with a warm smile. "Come, have some tea with me." He said, getting up and softly padding his way to the shrine. He poured some tea and grabbed a few mats to sit on. "Come, it is warmer in here near the fire. So how have you been? How Have your studies been going?"

Iyasu followed Shagatsu into his little home and bowed to him for his generosity. "Thank you for your kindness, Shagatsu-san."
As he poured the tea, she took a seat across the way from him and bowed to him again as he handed her the tea. The fire cracked and popped as it gave off its warm glow.
"My studies have been fine. I'm still teaching the music class. I'm very proud of younger sister, Tanpopo. She's doing so well! I'm taking on another younger sister, Luna-chan. She and Tanpopo are best friends. It's funny how things work out . . ." She sighed softly, "I just wonder what will happen between . . ." Iyasu paused for a moment, thinking about the other night at the tea house, "Shagatsu-san, how have you been? Have you created any other carvings or perhaps any other musical compositions?"
