"Oni!"

Lucas watched Hell's ruler rush ahead but he couldn't quite blame him. He was concerned that this creature was harnessing Chaos energy. If that were the case he'd have to step things up from the get go! But then something bizarre happened. His flames were turned into water!! And now it was about to pick both him, Oni, Naya, and the dead Celestials within it's current.

"!!"

Raising his right hand into the air, Lucas would make a fist as the light in the area dimmed and gathered towards his fist. However Lucas was well on his way to forming a defense against the waters that were crashing down upon them both. A ring of light would appear around the crystal and above everyone. Lowering his brow in concentration, Lucas took in a deep breath as the waters came down and hit the ring of light. Steam would roll away from the ring of energy and disrupt the flow of water as it would break apart into small puddles instead of one giant whirlpool. Everyone would get wet but they would not be swept away. Of course the water would soon dry up on at least Oni and himself as Lucas decided to take on the creature too.

"Let's end this quick."

Lucas would then harness his element and chase it away along with the surrounding heat in the area. The steam would condense before small crystals of ice formed in the air. The heat and light would surround Lucas and Oni like a second skin. Not only would this prevent the cold from effecting them here but their bodies would benefit from the kinetic energy. If Oni was giving off any body heat, Lucas would use it to oscillate between his second skin and his body. The thermal energy would build up over time which would give Oni a boost in power as the kinetic energy would in turn increase. Of course, Lucas would do the same to himself while he also turned the water into small shards of ice.

Overshadowed by the crystal in the center of the city square, the shards of ice rose up from the ground to about knee height. They were thin but they'd serve a purpose in Lucas' tactic. However he'd have to keep concentrating as he could feel his abilities hindered.

User Image OOC: Sorry I kinda didn't sea Alettea until now.

BIC: Takehitsu was now in midair. As a large rock was thrown at him it was a decent attack but Takehitsu was a versatile aerial combat veteran which made attack normally good against people in air pointless. He angled himself so his head was toward the opponent and flattened his double-sword to his body. With a burst from his rocket boots he flew past the thrown rock and stabbed at the opponent. With a twist of his legs the stab being a hit or miss would indefinitely not define much. He would brings his legs up and over flipping himself around the opponent and drag the blade for a slash down her back. Both attacks would kill most anything standing.

There was however another person who was nearby. She had tried to aid him but actually anded up giving away the secrets behind his knives. This was partially annoying plus he just started the fight so it wasn't like his hands where full until something bad started to occur. However threads began to hang loose from his cloak like it was beginning to unravel from use.

OOC: Light I will post later in Krystalia just right now I can't load the page for some reason. Well I know why but it wont be fixed until tomorrow.

Both would Fall? some Joke Ki would Growl as he Saw the Flames Rush Toward's Him, His Aura would Vanish into his Being as the Energy would Form into the Blade, the Crimson like Flames, Becoming Azure of Color, However the Power would increase. If it was not for Razorda's Magic Coating the blade was Forged with, it would be Easily Melted into nothing.

"The one to Fall, Shall be you! Come on!"

Ki would Raise Razorda Above his Head and the Flames would Roar! His Teeth where Bare as he Screamed and Howled as he Slashed Downward onto the Flames that were Launched at him, the Azure Flames Easily Dealing with the Attack.

The Attack However Was Not Finished, As the Blade didnt Stop Short, By Shifting his Weight he would Lean Forward with the Extra momentum his blade would strike the ground! The blade igniting the ground a Azure Shock wave would travel along the ground toward's Moirae! This Flame wasnt as strong as his other attacks. However something was Amiss, Was Ki holding back, Or was Something wrong with him?

Reguardless of what the outcome of the counter attack was, He hear Raven Say they needed in the Air. With using his Strong werewolf legs he would Jump High into the Air, Keeping his Sword low, This Presented another chance? but closing his Left eye he'd see the moon, and growl, And stare at Moirae, His missed his Chance for another attack.

"If you got a Plan best Speak up Raven, I don't think this Person is messin around."

< "That's no regular moon. Whatever it is. It needs to be destroyed." >

It pained her to say it. Why was she saying it to begin with? But she had seen it waver, even through her Sight. To Raven, it felt as though she had decided to kill a God. An involuntary shudder ran through her; it was against all Matreyan's nature to even conceive being able to destroy something like the moon. It was intensely sacred, present in all of their dances.

Calling upon Light and Vitality was something Raven mostly did with Healing. Mostly.

She immediately relinquished her shaft of the Lunar Scythe and let it fall to the ground, clasping her hands together. The action itself invoked a certain command, for as the palms of her hands pulled away, she took great effort in sifting through the electromagnetic waves, pulling and calling upon ultraviolet rays. She refined the amount of waves she needed, pushing to condense them into a curving line. The forming bow had only a short ways to go, but it would serve as the catalyst.

Some whom deserve to die, live, and some whom deserve to live, die. This is the circle of life, and the only order in all of the decades is the order of justice - to which is supreme - but victims can rarely carry out justice, but instead it is up to those whom can. Never be too quick to administer justice in the form of death, for not even the wisest of men can always foresee all ends of truth.

In the end, justice is not the ideal of being mutual, but finding out what is right from the wrong and upholding it wherever it may be to purify into peace. Through diversity and strength, we create peace.

------------

As Enoch had suspected: Wyndom was simply trying to lure him into a trap with his straightforwardness, but it seemed even though Enoch hadn't fallen for it Wyndom was going through with it. However, before we get into this we'll take a look at the reason Enoch had to protect himself from Gunnvarr. Gunvarr was composed of Hydrogen, Hellium, plasma, UV rays, Gamma rays, and his presence caused positive charges. What all did this matter? Well, to begin with the high level of heat was because of the plasma - which hid the UV rays. This entire time Wyndom was being bombarded physically by UV(Ultraviolet) rays and Gamma rays; however, neither were physically evident, but now that the UV rays had progressed so far along the signs would be evident and the pain would be evident. In the first levels of sunburn, one doesn't feel sunburn until it is far too late, and usually only by the next day. Now, because it had progressed so far, Wyndom would actually become very ill - and blisters would begin to form on his skin as his skin began to get poisoned. The pain alone could drive a man to tears, and would simply get worse and worse as the UV exposure continued. At this rate, Wyndom would actually die. However, not only was his body getting bombarded with UV Rays, but also Gamma rays! Out of the two, Gamma rays was worse and far deadlier. This would only amplify how sick he felt, and would kill him even quicker than the UV Rays did. All in all, a strike HAD been laid on Wyndom, but not on Enoch. Though it was not physical, but rather an indirect attack from Gunnvarr's presence.

As for the plasma and the other assorted gases..that is where a clash between Wyndom's attacks and Enoch's attempt at attacks occurred. Enoch's attacks weren't entirely ready to go all out, but Wyndom's attacks would cause a premature reaction.
"Shi---!" Was all that could be made out before the air would rip with a loud and sudden explosion - Wyndom's flash of light being entirely swept off the map as the larger explosion took the stage. The entire sky would be engulfed with the explosion, the force from it sending clouds in every which direction. Enoch would be blown away with the explosion, though he'd be safe inside of his shell, he still got tussled about inside of it. Enoch would focus intently on stabilizing himself inside of his shell, and the shell itself. Enoch would manage to keep himself from bouncing about inside of his own shell, but he moved along with it - the world outside severely distorted by all the spinning and twirling and tumbling. Finally, Enoch would come to a stop and face the direction of the explosion which was finally settling down. He was no where near Wyndom's attacks, infact they were either destroyed or blown away with the explosion. Even though he was protected inside of his shell, Enoch would lay back against the shell. His vision, ears, and body were all screwed over by the explosion - as would Wyndom if he wasn't dead. If Enoch was protected, and he still suffered damage, then what about Wyndom whom wasn't protected? Enoch would reach up, and would feel his ears which were bleeding. Damn..hurt by my own attack.

Now, to explain as to what had happened.. The instant the lightning had entered the air it was enough to ignite the hydrogen created by Gunnvarr, which in turn of course created the massive explosion. The lightning would go nowhere, but would infact come into contact with the positive charge in the air and become null - but I will explain more on that later. Now, when the explosion happened, the force created a massive shockwave which sent Enoch, Wyndom - unless of course he had some defense as to why he wouldn't - and even Tenbatsu along with the air orbs flying. Now, because Wyndom wasn't protected, that I know of, he would be sent flying - his eardrums could be ruptured, his eyes momentarily blinded by the flash but vision will simply become blurry until fully recovered in about a day, physical trauma rather high due to force of explosion(Roughly 18k MPH) - summary? Dead or dying. Now, back to the lightning.. As both Wyndom and Enoch would tumble through the air, the lightning that had been absorbed into the positive charge would do what is known as the "Return Stroke" where the energy from the two would merge, and then disperse back - but instead of it heading where Enoch was, it would be heading straight for Wyndom! However, there wouldn't be multiple - all of the lightning/electricity would have been merged and then launched back out as one with possibly 3 times more power(I'll just say roughly the same power as an actual lightning bolt).

Now that we're doing recapping all that happened, we will return to the present moment for Enoch. Gunnvarr had been blown in all directions by the explosion himself, but was slowly pulling himself back together - reforming his body. Meanwhile, Enoch would casually make his way back to see if Wyndom survived or not. Even if Wyndom had survived, the match was now over. Wyndom barely had any energy to put out, and because of this fact the match was getting old. He had seen what he wanted to see, and Wyndom was pretty wasted. There was no point in continuing. For now, it was time for Wyndom to start recovering - dead or not.

The small family of Celestial's had spotted Feng battling the creatures just as they were about to leave the boundaries of their town. Surely this girl was able to help them escape to safety!

[Heaven's Plight - Sudden Encounter ]

Tavian slowly paced through the area. He seemed to have nothing to do, so he was just roaming. He spotted an odd family, that looked like they were helpless. It seemed as though they were about to die, and he was trying hard not to interfere with their destiny.

That was a fight he simply couldn't win. He summoned his dual blades and began flying towards the family. He was nervous, he wouldn't be fast enough to stop them all.

All of a sudden, a girl comes from out of nowhere, and began attacking. She was brave, but losing energy. He landed in front of the family and began slashing the beasts.

Alettea

Only slightly taken by surprise Alettea managed to dodge the woman's sudden attack, but barely. Apparently this woman was not one of the fiends who liked to gloat with barbed words. This was no problem for Alettea, for she found shouting insults and evil laughter a waste of energy. Using her forearm she blocked the lady's swing and proceeded to fluidly slide into a crouch. In this crouch she lashed her leg out into an arc to possibly catch the other woman off balance. Whether this made contact or not, Alettea would roll backwards just out of arms reach for her opponent. Two conclusions came to mind as to the woman's simple attacks. One was that she was simply testing the waters or the woman was just not that powerful. Alettea knew the latter could not be the case, for usually no one was who they seemed to be. With this knowledge Alettea would continue to stay on the defensive until she got a better feel of the woman.

As Oni continued his charge he would witness the waters rushing him, and just as quickly as the waters formed they were all but gone. Of course not all of the water had disappeared and Oni was still splashed by a small amount it was no where near enough to stop his advance. But after the water splashed on him he would feel something else, warmth. All of that was no doubt done by Lucas, but now it was Oni's turn to show off.

The kinetic energy that was building up around Oni would only help him to take down the being in front of him. As Oni drew closer to the creature, he decided it was time for him start his multi-stage assault. First Oni would hurl his scythe towards the being, and with Oni's knack for physical combat the scythe was aimed so that it would slice through both of the creatures forearms.

But Oni wasn't close to stopping, he continued to run in behind his scythe. Watching and waiting for the creature to move out of the way of the scythe. Once it did that's when Oni would jump into action. After the creature was hit by the scythe or after he dodged it Oni would move in from the creatures left side. He would reach out to grab hold of the creatures left forearm with his left hand, where he would proceed to pull his arm forward and towards himself. This would cause the creature to be moving closer to Oni so it would take even more damage from Oni's attack. If Oni successfully grabbed hold of the creatures arm a red orb would form in Oni's right hand.

Oni would thrust the orb towards the creatures jaw in a mixed assault. The orb contained Oni's Fire Summon, Kamikaze, which would burn the skin of the creature. Following the orb would be an open palm strike from Oni, strengthened by his second skin, which would be capable of knocking the creature unconscious. Moments after the open palm strike, the orb that Oni held in his hand would explode with both Oni and the creature at ground zero of the blast.

Wyndom only had a small amount of protection around him, in the form of a bubble shield. His plan of attack was actual hidden within a mirage, and the Wyndom standing before Enoch was yet another clone. The real Wyndom was hiding himself behind the clone, encased in the bubble shield and was about to be thrown at Enoch to try and catch him off guard, hidden behind the mirage of Tenbatsu. As the explosion happened though, the clone was incinerated by the initial blast and Wyndom was sent flying. The bubble would keep him from death, but that was about all it would help him. Wyndom didn't have enough energy left to offer much more protection to himself, but he would at least retract his wings, protecting them inside of his body. Luckily his eyes were protected due to the clone blocking his sight long enough to negate the brunt of the damage. Although they would be closed, the intense brightness would still leave an impression on his eyes, but that would fade after a few moments. His ears weren't so lucky though, there would be an intense ringing in them before everything went silent. His body was sent flying several hundred feet away in a twirling mass of flipping and twisting. The only good thing about this mess was the lightning bolt, as his energy belt would absorb the electricity and store it there, which Wyndom could convert to some power...not much, but it'd help the healing process.
He would come to rest on his back, his legs flipped over his head before they would slowly slump down on the ground back in front of him. Whereas the bubble took the first burst of the explosion before being popped, Wyndom's body had to deal with the rest. A numbing agent was flooding his body so that the pain wasn't hindering Wyndom from dealing with the injuries, but Wyndom wouldn't notice this take effect as he couldn't feel anything anyway - he was unconscious. His body's healing powers would naturally kick in and begin scabbing over his wounds so that he wouldn't bleed to death. What little of his face mask had been retained was shredded off, and his tail which had been wrapped around his right leg had shielded that portion of his leg at the cost of the tail, but the was the extent of the uninjured parts of his body.

A few moments would pass, and before Enoch had the chance to arrive back at the scene, Wyndom had regained consciousness and would just be laying there, unable to move or even cry out from the agony he felt, his body was useless at the moment. "Ome. We're done."

. . .

A black portal laced with red electricity would open, and Ome would emerge from its depths. He quickly surveyed the scene before him before turning to Enoch, "Think he learned anything?"
It was more of a statement placed in the form of a question, and he only half expected a verbal answer. Ome would turn his attention to Wyndom now who was in pretty bad shape. That wouldn't do if he still had to learn about his new abilities, and how to control them. Ome would slowly stretch his metallicaly gloved hand out in front of him and clasp the air, but as he did so he would grasp the middle of his own weapon, a bow, which had suddenly formed. The dark shape would be illuminated at four points of sparking, red electricity, two at either end of the bow, and the other two on either side of his hand, in the middle. He would then draw a special arrow made from Ome's own spiritual essence and fire it directly into Wyndom's heart. Wyndom's body would stiffen and snap upwards for a brief moment as the arrow slowly sunk into his heart. As it did so, a more powerful healing spirit would wash over Wyndom's body, closing up wounds, healing torn or broken muscles/bones, etc. It'd take a few minutes, but after it was done Wyndom would be much closer to being healed, aside from his own spiritual energy which would still be drained for the most part.

"I assume you need no such assistance?" Ome would say to Enoch, knowing the answer very well. "Wyndom knows his weakness and that he needs to adapt to his new body, we must now help him do so...," and he would tack on the end of the sentence, "...friend."
Although Ome didn't really consider Enoch a friend, nor would Enoch do likewise. Perhaps ally would have been more appropriate, but even that could be stretching it.

[Heaven's Plight - Shadows on the Gates]

"You're being foolish."

Moirae commented as she watched the two take to the sky. The moon would not be touched for one reason. Moirae would simply not allow it. And within this realm she was dominant over the land as well as the skies.

"Disappear..."
She'd mutter and hold her hands up to the sky. Her scythe would reflect the crimson light of the moon as she glared up towards Ki and Raven. Raven would feel a very familiar and distinct force manifest before them. And in an instant a barrier flashed into view, a wave of crimson and indigo colors splashing to life if the two would continue upward. This psychokinetic force would push the two back down to the ground and Moirae would be waiting for them.

"....."
The shadows from her scythe would twist and bleed out over the ground. A dark pool would spread out like a stain that stole the light. A cold and lifeless aura would emit from the darkness as it was the eternal enemy of light. Raven and Ki would not escape from here if they continued to press on and Moirae would use the darkness to ensure it.

Swinging her scythe down and then back up again she'd command the darkness to rise up and shoot at the two. It would act like an extension of her own weapon as the darkness had become potent with energy. The two warriors would be cut in half if they could not avoid it. And if they barrier above threw them back to the ground they may have a harder time dodging.

So close yet so far the Gate was. Although Moirae knew that she could not play with these two for long..

[Heaven's Plight - Battle for St. Anne!]

"Hmf!"

Throwing her weight down, the cloaked woman slammed her left foot down into the ground for two reasons. She'd force herself to plant her leg down to brace against Alettea's kick and two, she'd cause for a tremor beneath Alettea to knock her off balance. As she did this she would swat her right hand forward and bat at Takehitsu's sword hand to knock it off target.

Alettea and Takehitsu may have found that her attacks were simple but now with the both of them at close range she'd begin to step things up. Crouching herself, the movement was fluid and simple enough to let Takehitsu's blade again pass by it's target as he flipped to other side of her. She'd weave left, duck low and erect herself back up and to the right.

As she lifted herself up she'd try and grab at Alettea's leg in attempts to throw her around and at Takehitsu.

A feral growl could barely be heard from the crack that had been defacing the crystal. The dark aura was beginning to overcome the blue-gray light as it bathed the Guild's courtyard. Something was manifesting...

[Heaven's Plight - Prelude to Chaos]

"....!"

To Oni's expectations, the creature strafed to the left to avoid the scythe. Things would go all to perfectly for Oni as the creature found itself being taken a hold of by Oni. The creature's grin curved down for a moment as he was pulled in towards Hell's ruler shoved an orb of energy into it's face. The explosion would not be as big as expected with the Crystal stealing away Lucas and Oni's energy.

Blood splashed away from the blast and the creature fell limp in Oni's grasp. Motionless, Oni had seemingly defeated the creature in one move.

---

A moment of silence would fall upon the ones at the battleground before the sound of blood oozing back towards the creature could be heard. The head reformed with an even wider grin and the creature's right arm would rear back as it harnessed the powers of Chaos.

The Crystal glowed fiercely and the ground would start to shake violently. The skies darkened before it was suddenly lit up again with a fiery crimson blaze of fire. From seemingly nowhere a giant meteor had been summoned and was about to crash down upon Lucas, Oni, Naya-hell, a decent portion of St. Anne! As if to mock Oni, the creature had summoned the meteor in response to getting it's head blown off. It was apparent that this creature would not go down so easily.

Worse yet, the creature was not done attacking. It'd crank it's right arm back up and attempt to claw at Oni's face.

[Heaven's Plight - Sudden Encounter]

"Please, save us! We were left behind...!"

The mother spoke to the man who had landed before her and her family. She'd look to the other woman who was fighting off the creatures and getting tired. Her concern for her was mutual as it was for her family but she would have to have faith and pray that everything went for the better.

The family would keep a careful distance behind Tavian to avoid getting caught up in the battling. It was now his and Feng's responsibility to keep them safe.

--
User ImageUser Image

Two creatures would approach Tavian and Feng, their swords in hand and their gazes set on the warriors. With them more creatures would come, armed and looking as the first two had. These were not demons but they did not have a pure aura to them. Something about them was familiar yet alien. The feeling of not remembering something and being so close to the answer would perhaps riddle Tavian and Feng as they looked upon the creatures.

Yelling a cry of battle, the armed creatures prepared to slaughter the two Celestial warriors and the family. Rushing in to attack, Feng and Tavian would find it best to prepare to fight through the numbers.
